RScorpio,
My exact thoughts after doing the dummy sell and offered the 7.195. Was actually expecting it to go NT.
Another set of large trades late this evening which could well be buys.
18-May-21 16:40:12 7.20 625,000 Sell* 45.00k O
18-May-21 17:06:11 7.35 872,024 Sell* 64.09k O
18-May-21 16:24:10 7.20 625,000 Sell* 45.00k O
18-May-21 16:23:00 7.20 200,000 Sell* 14.40k O
18-May-21 16:21:02 7.20 30,000 Sell* 2,160 O
18-May-21 16:19:03 7.20 172,024 Sell* 12.39k
Looking at all these large trades over the two days, it seems like there was a 6m sell at 7p by one seller and all of these have been lapped up at 7.20, 7.40, etc. by another buyer or buyers.
The MMs would have dropped the bid even lower than 7p if what looks like sell was actually a sell order on top of the 3 X 2m sells.
Definitely one of the buyer or seller will soon regret their action.
Good news fast approaching......i reckon....Gla ;-)
There have been some fairly large trades of 500k, 350k, etc. All at 7.20p. Could well be all buys rather than sells which are shown if they were offloading at 7.20p as per Parkez's comment. Never seen the spread so low as well if they were ready to buy at 7.195p which is also strange. Do we have both a large buyer and a seller?
On target,
There is just too much volume under the placing price of 8p for my liking ...
7.20 or 7.35 or even 7.80. ??
Means that most are selling at a loss
That was at 16:24, not after market close - just to clarify.
FCAP have now moved off the 7.22 offer onto the bid with a 7.6 offer.
So hopefully that's the 7.2 stock taken out?!
bought 55000 @7.20
dummy sell...138000 @ 7.195.
i think the MMs are happy to accumulate.
Another top for me,
better to regret what i have done than what i didnt.
Donât appreciate this drop with volume just before readout , personally
Crossing fingers
Thanks for link yesterday ontarget
Offering 7.2 now.
Seems like someone is offloading/ de risking
Doesnât make us happy but thats the way some funds operate before readouts ...
There were 2 more 2m trades yesterday evening at 7p. It looks like sells. Not sure what to make of it, but has surprised me slightly. Anyone with any ideas on what is going on?
.
2million sale... Does somebody know something we don't? why wud u sell such a large chuck during this critical stage?
Yep, Trading activity towards the end suggests its close.
News.....imminent??? Gla ;-)
Bottom line is Pharmagra gets 10% of any revenues from licencing deals and a 3.5% royalty on Evgen's own net sales.
In other words if we make lots of money, we have to give a bit of it to Pharmagra. If we don't make any money we don't give them anything.

Hi munch, do you have a link to the license agreement, I canât locate one that works?
Cheers
Is anyone else thinking the star trial is just infact an exercise of filling in the paperwork so to speak?
I mean surely in private they will have had volunteers to take the pill before this trial....covid has been going on long enough and SFX-01 is very user friendly.
Fund raise by Evgen and expansion by Raybow suggests they will have a good idea of outcome.
I know the trial is not just covid related...but as I said before....if you feel better after the pill its a pretty big clue.
Just my thoughts.
A great reminder parker....the multi-billion dollar Chinese Raybow, bought PharmAgra in 2019, who Evgen have world exclusive rights to SFX-01 and its analogues, and Raybow have just invested $15m ( 22/3/21) to expand PharmAgra manufacturing capacity in the US.....all bodes well. Gl :-)
hTtps://www.prnewswire.co.uk/news-releases/raybow-pharmaceutical-announces-u-s-expansion-801052071.html
SFX-01 manufactured in N.Carolina by Raybow...Chinese with two other manufacturers in China.
Expanding in N.Carolina..
Evgen fund raise to increase production.
So presumably enough manufacturing capabilities if in fact efficiency is proved and Evgens pill becomes the nations Autumn pill.
But licensing agreements when the nations pill becomes the global pill??
A risk/reward firmly in our favour imho....although no guarantees of course, but a complete game if Prof Chlamers reports positive efficacy data which would very likely see SFX-01 as prime candidate for Boris's home pill target and perhaps he's already put a forward order in for a 100 million doses or so.....can you imagine??? Gla ;-))))
Evgen Pharma plc, of Cheshire, U.K., said a preprint publication from Johns Hopkins University demonstrates that sulforaphane, the active ingredient in SFX-01, prevents virus-induced cell death in vitro induced by several variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and another coronavirus. Data showed that the inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 cytotoxicity by sulforaphane occurs both when cells are pretreated with sulforaphane and when sulforaphane is administered 24 hours after viral inoculation. The work also shows that sulforaphane acts synergistically with the antiviral drug remdesivir (Gilead Sciences Inc.). The authors further established that the effects of sulforaphane, administered orally, were observed in vivo in a mouse model infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, where reduction in both viral load and lung pathology were observed.
