Tick up!
X-Ray Transmission is amazing and has a similarity to an airport baggage carousel such as the chase scene in the movie "Eagle Eye"

Comissioning such tech could be a game changer... :)
"Sunlit uplands" has a good ring to it...... It was buggin me where I had heard it before, it was years ago when I read "Their Finest Hours" or the making of... or something similar.
Looks like Mr 50k was waiting to pounce gla
LR likes a Friday RNS so don’t be surprised if we get one. Last news fantastic next news could/should be stellar. Snaffled a few more while we wait.
By the way I think "Sunlit Uplands" was Churchill so I better reference that!
Thanks Boka interesting stuff. I think the ore sorting could be revolutionary to the economics in that it cuts back on the amount of ore you wastefully transport and process at the smelter. What I don't know is if can separate copper from other ore, XRT (X-Ray Transmission) sounds pretty clever so lets hope so :)
Cheers Shed, My past life was in the drilling world extensively and then distant Junior exploration from the funding side and through that, naturally was affiliated with geological and mining teams and sepration was and always has been to my knowledge the focus of many innovative teams as requires probably the most amount of time to achieve. Thats about the extent of my knowledge in that area. I know Telfer in the early 2000's I was drilling onsite during busy extraction days and Au seperation was always a topic of conversation, though well above my understanding.
Much would be easier to research and understand if we were able to gain more of a trasnparent live view into EUZ and Toral. LR and team have done a great job in many area's including efforts to achieve "grown Up Company" status however the information flow has unfortunately been the companies achilles heel.
Its easy for me to sit here without total context, and make the judgement that information flow would have a greater effect on SP but the reality of happenings behind closed doors, unfortunately now one will ever know.
I personally have only been on the SP for 18months and my hope is that the flow of +'s to come in the coming month's will finally be the "sunlit uplands" as you say for all those on here who have been onfor the ride for a lot longer than I have, and paid the price too.
Sorry I couldnt be more help but as you suggested, seperatikon has and is an onging difficulty. Having not done much research myself, mostly due to the time it takes.
Thanks Boka interesting - do you have any ideas about how we separate the copper from our other ore, just wondering if that has always been a conundrum but could it be one of the functions of the ore sorting technology? Just think of what's coming up in the near term - hopefully removal of albatross (funding fears), de-risked metallurgy, new JORC resource = slingshot SP = sunlit uplands for all that have endured the risk over the years.
Yes, Exploration geologists have a way of writting wite papers about white papers which I find difficult to apply relevance.
FYI, these are a couple of great examples for anyone interested.

Okay got you - I was being too literal. If it was designed to confuse me it certainly worked. From memory I was a bit excited about a possible porphyry as we had copper at depth and in shallow drilling I wondered if it fitted with a magma event. The halo concept I haven't had much luck with. Every search I've done to date you tend to get very long academic papers and I haven't found anything that could be particularly relevant to us.
Boxing is my other life, when I'm not a wannabe PI, :) Some context: My enterpretation of a "Rope A Dope", (while Feigning weakness is one perspective), the other is "While your looking over here, somethings going on over here" or "Watch my vague left hand, while I right hook with the right".
That reply seemed more of a dazzle with a bunch of words which comes across as vague, instead of simply punching with the blunt truth. Tell it as it is.
My conveluded disection
Don't quite understand that Boka - how is he feigning to be weak? To be fair half of it makes sense but the second bit I took as being deliberately vague. Should have just said we're not in a position to give definitive answers on the copper.
Shed, Id be confused too, With a reply like that, its as if he was trying to baffle you with BS :)
"not a vms not a porphyry but halo concept from those consequential in terms of theoretical behaviour"
A classic "Rope A Dope"
I'm a bit confused about the copper as they always skate over it with the exception of that one emphatic comment from LR that whoever develops Toral will be mining copper. If you're wondering why I'm confused here's a reply I had last year before I gave up trying to predict what it will mean to Toral....
"not a vms not a porphyry but halo concept from those consequential in terms of theoretical behaviour".
Brikz, I'm almost certain it's the new JORC resource announced on the 5th. That in itself is exciting enough as the super core from 025 will be added.
I have read the RNS again and it could in fact be more related to Funding as a resource rather than an additional metal...viz Cu. We know at some stage Cu will be added as in the initial NI 43 101 report we had an indicated approx 4 tons and inferred of 6.5 tons...and this no doubt would be substantially improved with the strategy of targeting the high grade zones. I have emailed LR for clarification but I feel perhaps an RNS this morning will answer my question....let’s see. GLA
JMA46 - if I had the choice, I’d go for Palladium, followed by Gold, Platinum etc.
But I don’t have the METS.
We will find out soon enough. It could be kryptonite. Then the MMs would be shaking in their cubicles.
The new resource has to be copper? All agree? Also this must be getting tight for the final METS results? from the AGM it was three weeks? which is anytime now? I don't understand what the big secret is about the new resource ? Why not just add this to the Zinc Lead and Silver which we know about? this would help raise the share price? Is there going to be warrants issued ?
"The marketing agreement is also in place ahead of our next round of metallurgical results and a new resource, both of which we look forward to announcing shortly."
GLA - More news anytime now
