Our soon-to-be-published accounts will provide perspective on our self-funding ability for the next year.
Plus we're awaiting the latest metallurgy and ore sorting testwork also to be fed into the PFS. Whether they will RNS before the PFS or we only hear about it when the PFS is published I don't know.
grappa, following the drilling and receipt of the assays we're now waiting for the updated JORC from AMS that will 'form the basis of the PFS' as MC said.
Highside, agree on PFS but it needs to be time boxed and not drawn out. Why is it not finished, is there something they've got wrong and are basically trying to polish a tu*d?
Grappa
If nothing else i am honest, i can cry crocodile tears for you if you want but its better people no my real position so i dont get accused of trying to sabotage the SP.
From what i can see Lawrence has never tried to manage the Price, i cant see that changing , didn't i read he was playing the long/End game ? However much you disagree with someone's tactics if they state them in advance you cant be to surprised when they then follow them.
I do wonder what people expect the management to do other than plug away at the JORC and PFS ? thats the only way forward with these miners and its the key to establishing a value thats recognised in the industry.
Put simply your PFS is what sets you apart.
grappa, I have to agree with your sentiments. Another point that ought to be discussed is who is going to want to buy EUZ. There are exploration companies all over the world but only so many companies with the financial clout to be able to take them over. They’ve only got so much money to spend and if as a company we continue to drag our heels the money will be spent with others, leaving us by default to turn into miners. Only my opinion of course but right now we’re going nowhere fast are we?
I'm hoping we now do have enough data for the PFS grappa. They mentioned that we were in active consultation with AMS during the campaign so I reckon they gave us the nod when enough core was in with enough grade from the right zones to get sufficient indicated, maybe some measured for the PFS. I agree it wouldn't be encouraging if we could only survive on grants but I thought the REMIX document was very interesting and would only be concerned about EUZ not being included if other projects had been mentioned, we still can't assume anything though. Definitely we need to hear that Conrad or AH have been able to put something constructive together asap.
I get what you're saying scheds but at some point you have to turn it into a reality whist the money is there. Surely we have enough data for PFS? My concern is that they're happy to sharpen pencils and prove a little bit more and sit back and take the pay cheque. Everything is about timing, cash reserves and credibility. We are simply running out of all of them. The longer it goes on more the SP falls and more vulnerable and desperate we become to a cheap take over and we won't benefit from that.
The posts on EU funding by the guys are admirable and must take lots of effort and digging but again it's desperation and the only thing its proving is no mention of EUZ in any of it and a general consensus we need grants to survive. We look desperate and we are desperate and the longer it goes on the SP will continue to drop. Believe me if they dilute we are all done for big time.
Now if only we had someone in charge of PR???
grappa that was supposed to have a sympathetic tone, I'm feeling it too. On the drilling I noticed this when checking the date of 'VE Day' - "Further drilling is underway at the Toral project to form the basis of a Pre-Feasibility Study", it's as simple as that re. "Digging holes".
Highside, not a good post to make. I've always backed your posts and found them informative but not this one. This is people's hard earned money and savings it's not a laughing matter.
grappa the drilling is absolutely essential if we are to deliver a successful PFS. I know the SP is painful but the exploration isn't just an academic exercise. As I said yesterday the market is pricing us down because of the funding uncertainty, we've all got theories about what is or isn't paid for but I think new investors want clarity and some are leaving because of the fear of dilution. LR complains that the good work isn't creating value but we're not getting recognised for de-risking the asset because IMO the ambiguity around our funding position looms larger. If they can deliver a positive solution I think the re-rate will be spectacular but the fact is to date (bar the CDTI deal) they haven't and many are sceptical. Coming up for six months since the 'value event' was hung out there, overdue to say the least.
i'm happy to see the SP fall, obviously that doesnt make me Mr popular here but then i never was and and its not my aim :-)
The problem will be that the lower it goes the more damage is done to the companies "credibility" and that will affect any bounce.
Sorry…got my date wrong.
I think they are todays trades BrickSA and you have your 21 and 22 mixed ?
Come come guys….we are being played….the 5 transactions this morning are all yesterday’s…please see… https://www.londonstockexchange.com/stock/EUZ/europa-metals-ltd/company-page
It is poor. I'm 28% down so around £15k. There is no looking after the SP and in turn investors. Its a bunch of academics digging holes and producing 90's style graphs. Just hope someone buys us quickly before the money dries up. If LR tries a dilution we are finished and for good.
Roger mentioned EUA who are doing well, maybe they could make an offer and save EUZ.
Every time I think we must have reached the bottom and will start to climb up the very steep slope that will take this company to the next level the sp falls again. I can only speak for myself of course but I’m nearly 50% down now - the continued silence is working LR.
For gods sake get a grip and announce something positive that the market can hang its hat on.
I’d say good luck everyone but I think it will need more than my wishful thinking.
