@ Numpty and Bobby...I agree with what you say ito small numbers but the fundamentals remain the same....ie How did these additional shares get allocated on the JSE and how do you know how many more were possibly allocated on LSE if the JSE represent 6.3 %......maybe the 10% discretionary placement was already done taking into account the large number of trades recently on LSE ?
Bricks these are relatively small numbers, surely insufficient to make a difference
Previously I was told by EUZ secretary that 239,863,187 EUZ Shares were issued on JSE. Now based on the latest RNS there are now 351,217,208 which equates to 6.3%. That is a difference of 111,354,021 shares.
I wonder if African Pioneer has taken up these additional shares as another placement or whether EUZ BOD have already raised additional funding by doing another placement within their 10% discretionary limit and we will see another RNS shortly?
Gumbo, the delay in preparation of the ss, followed by not being able to release numbers due to ASX rules has hammered the sp. Anyone considering jv or outright purchase would have seen the figures, but then would hold inside information. once delisted from the ASX they are no longer prevented from publishing the full ss figures. Once everything is released the true potential value of EUZ becomes evident and we should see the healthy gains in the sp that we expected in September.....onwards!
Would anyone agree this is what’s prompted them to delist from the ASX?? Cash is low.... is this a means to an end ?
Lots of sells to Tempt you into buying, as well as more news to come.
Why what are you seeing ?
Looks like they are anticipating some buy's in the not to distant future!
Thanks mogwhy.
LR explains why AIM is where majority of shareholders and main market and also cheap to go to AltX of JSE.
How we turn Toral into a mine. Commissioning going well. Environment baseline to get going. Drilling to change resource into indicated later in the year. Some of drilling for feasibility. Metallurgy - initial numbers.
All buys on Nex.
How long is the process of delisting from ASX and what are the costs? The fact that it's listed on the main board of the JSE is an anomaly. It's a small cap with no profit history, so AltX is the right place for a penny stock.
Picked up a few million first thing on open , hopefully we will see more buying on the back of this news .
Looks good for Monday 11th March for an updated RNS with figures
I do think that it’s unfortunate on Aussie investors, but necessary for the company to move forward.
I was secretly hoping for a way to be found that gets the full ss published without the company incurring asx removal costs at this time, but that clearly wasn’t possible. Onwards!
Praeclarus
Fantastic news.
Like it! very positive move, well done Mr L R and co.
Depends how you interpret it. I see this as a great weight being lifted. Asx with its lack of interest killed any potential slingshot rises as investors usually follow suit on other markets. Ie, I have been in since before the double the resource announcement in the jorc and various other milestone news, and was surprised by the asx poor response which dampened things on our market. Now the coast is clear and we will take the lead. And of course there'll be nothing stopping us from releasing the npv, opex etc figures, that we were anticipating to see... I'd be optimistic ; )
Do we think we should go up in the am,?
Excellent news , may try adding more first thing could be a busy day tommorow!
Great news indeed. Withdraw my momentum comment of 5 hrs ago now. Great way to get those report numbers published once this is all behind us.
Great news
