Thanks Jodav I'm rewatching (well listening while trying to work) that one again. Still haven't found the snippet I remembered re. packaging up and selling for shareholder value but interesting he addresses one of the early deramps as we were rallying when someone kept banging on about the resource being too deep and uneconomic. LR mentions the importance of having a 250-300m egress point in the side of the hill negating a more expensive central shaft mine (17.20 mins approx).
It would depend on the offer .
All cash, cash and shares or all share swop!
presuming there is a sale and this goes to mine - is there any possibility of an option where shareholders maintain some/all their shares into production or is it black and white if there is a buyout your shares are bought for a set price and if you want in on the production aspect you buy shares in the company who have bought out EUZ?
I found this one interesting

'It doesn't really get any better than this' - Ferrum Crescent's Justin Tooth on Toral drill results
I think the waiting game will be over in the next few months.
As the next string of results are released it will soon become apparent if this mine is deemed to be economically viable.
IF the extraction and processing of the raw materials is straight forward it's happy days for holders and a buyer will not be far away .

"We have everything we need" LR. I wish I could pinpoint it but about a year ago, maybe longer Laurence did an interview where he talks about shareholders not wanting a junior explorer attempting the costly and lengthy step to becoming a producer. Does anyone else remember it as I'd be interested to see it again?
We have a series of updates to look forward to, and clearly we expect a significant improvement in valuations but what next?
Everybody is discussing jv, outright sale etc but surely being open both along the fault and at depth, is It not conceivable that LR simply announces a new drilling programme that could both extend the size of the inferred asset and convert more of the existing asset to indicated. I’m not suggesting that this should happen but am interested in everyone’s views.
Well we've finished drilling and just have administration and the costs associated with disposing of the asset. To be honest I don't have the faintest what sort of money we're talking about but there is actually a possibility that cash raised from the warrants ends up being returned to shareholders. I don't see the motivation for keeping EUZ running following the sale of Toral.
Warrant to absorb, no big deal.
Love the way you have a day of buying and it barely moves and then a couple of sells and they drop it 10 % !
Thanks for the clarification, I'm pretty new to this and still trying to understand what all the terminology involved in share dealing. Glad its actually good news! I will do some more research :)

Bobby right in principle, a bit ott.
JMA46 just out of interest did you know about these warrants when you invested or has it come as a surprise this morning? Forgive me but you seem a bit emotional about it but it has been there in b&w since 29th March. All good :)
Looks to me like those in control of these warrants are raising finance as required with very litle effect on the SP, would love to see this continue to results, some call it manipulation others who hold long the road to riches. GLA.
Everyone looking forward to the RNS, then it lands and its another exercise of warrant, creaming off the share holders again! This cannot do the share price any favours, the trend changes on the hint of good news and the price starts to climb, then the share price is wiped out again by someone able to by a huge amount at half price?
GLA :(
....... that Turner Pope who handled the raise (see 29th March) subsequently issued coverage in July that has us at 0.095p per share.
These warrants if sold at around .05 give the seller a 100% profit of course, so depending on their risk appetite I could see why they might want to just take the circa £40k.
Tomorrow will be interesting...
It simply means more buyers than sellers , Also if you ask a chartist you will see it formed a golden cross and is now bullish , I see .10 as a reasonable target but id like to see it close above .05 tomorrow to confirm we are back on an upward trend .Great looking resource at he min next results will obviously make it a cracker or not but I would draw your attention to the EV revoloution the resources we have the location . Thats the reason i am here and feel confident that we are cheap at the min. gl and dyor
Fair enough, I felt that the morning rise simply ran out of steam as buying dried up. Not sure what happened after that as I was away from a screen due to work stuff.
MBT I always try and give people the benefit of the doubt but it does seem odd that you declare a holding of 177M and then keep on about a placing. If I've called this wrong I apologise in advance but I think most folk on this board are wondering why your declared strategy is so at odds with most of your posts. EUZ don't plan to become a miner and if funds were needed to see a sales process through then there would be many options to finance it without an equity raise. In most AIM outfits dilution is rarely far away but this is such a neat story with the endgame just round the corner I just don't see it being necessary.
Nice finish. A 100M trade just popped up. Hmmm....!
Up 6.5%
.049p finish on google, strong finish as I thought. Expecting a late trade of some kind. Stay strong positive people :) GLA
