Evening GFD, never sell an asset only liabilities, definitely keep the shares but only sell the wife if she comes into the liability category. Good luck to everyone and let's have a couple more goals England.
HI Hawkspear, yes hopefully EUA are writing the blue print in how to navigate from junior to major
GLA
Hi CAW, interesting comment of yours about being a junior miner, but for how long? I think that we could expect to see exponential growth in the coming years, could be a major player in the region if not the world. With a massive/substantial dividend coming soon it makes total sense to hold on to these shares for the foreseeable future, why wouldn't you.
I am biased being a large and long time holder, but how can you not look at this RNS and all the other recent announcements as being anything but positive? Which makes the SP drifting down rather strange. I guess it's because the announcements are good rather than definitive, and many punters want quick returns. I don't believe all the conspiracy theories of the evil nasty guys getting together on our little company to rig the price. The truth is likely to be much more mundane.
Seeing the price steadily coming dowm I am under big pressure (from my wife) to sell and take a massive profit, but so far I am resisting. There must be others in my situation, and maybe not all resist!
There are a few different options CAW, either way it puts the BOD in a great position to take things forward as effectively as possible with whatever plan they have going forward into the Rosgeo JV assets. From securing the assets, right the way to sale or production, the BOD have it all planned out. They have got everything this far, so they will take it the rest. The largest shareholder point and minimising dilution was also nicely dropped into that RNS, great to see. All bases covered!
GLA
Great RNS today - cleared up some points made by some posters.
Hold tight of your shares and buying is a no brainer at these prices.
Seems to "Massive" Divi paid then option given to re-invest in possible new shares - which I will be doing if given that option and reap divi's from Rosgeo JV long-term !
DLA sorting out the "terms of sale" as we speak -
IMO sale done and price agreed just dotting i's crossing the t's ......
Cheers Mac, IMO though it does support the fact that nothing will be done until post dividend and so those them mentioning they are the largest shareholders twice.. Seems to me (as someone posted a while back) it may well lead to a situation that you can decide to re-invest part or all the dividend back into EUA Rosego JV post 'substantial asset' sale.
GLA - expensive stuff being a 'Junior Minor'
It's coming home
It's coming home
It's coming
The divi’s coming home
No problem gruffles, i have a good memory for those type of things. It pretty much says that they're there to find more resources, not interested in confirming or denying the existing info, only interested in finding new zones/resource layers -
"Absolute Dynamics’ strong intention is to conduct detailed research in this region. We are not here to confirm or deny the existing information. We look into the deep and open new horizons.
Stay tuned for the updates!"
If they find new zones then that's additional resources on top of anything listed to date, including that 104.6Moz figure.
GLA
Thanks Mac, that was probably along the lines I would have eventually got round to thinking!!
Quite a few posters will remember a certain poster who used to try and argue with me about this AP insta post being related to Eurasia, the location tag always gave it away when you knew Eurasia had first mover advantage there -
"absolute.precision
Monchegorsk"
They're going to play an important part in developing the district.
GLA
Sorry, i should have included the rest of the 'important part' -
"Absolute Dynamics’ strong intention is to conduct detailed research in this region. We are not here to confirm or deny the existing information."
GLA
Using AP to map any layers not already investigated -
"We look into the deep and open new horizons."

Potentially a cover to ensure that they have every base covered financially to move forward with everything as swiftly as possible. It's all very intriguing. JORC's to do on each JV asset, the more financing options the easier everything can run imho
GLA
CAW, point taken. Head in various places at the moment. Apologies.
Caw, I'd go with gruffles on this.
There's obviously been work going on with this JV since 2019 and I believe a resource upgrade could be on the horizon!
Gruffles, yes probably but just not sure why that would involved more money up front
GLA
CAW, possible increases in quantities and upgrade of resource quality would be my guess.
Is it me or does this imply that there may be more mines coming EUA's way from the Rosgeo JV?
'for example, in case the Rosgeo Joint Venture development this year results in proving a resource higher than already released (104.6Moz Pt eq) and only if further funding will add value to Eurasia taking into account the implications of shareholder dilution, which the Board and management prefer to limit, being collectively the largest shareholders in Eurasia Mining.'
