Personally, I hope we stay suspended until sale thus avoiding all the market volatility (and shorters suffer most lol)
The mining season closing will have no impact on a buy out? Buy outs Will be calculated on the books of a company, assets proven and assets to be realised
Everything carries on regardless
Unless an offer price is specified in the RNS - in which case we gap to close to that - this will exhibit all the exuberant madness you'd expect of a typical AIM goldrush. Which will be exactly why the BoD are keen to keep us suspended.

Bellers, I was thinking the same. I know not a company, but twice I have made a house purchase with sealed bids and there was a always a cut-off date to have the bids submitted by.
Never mind Bonzob...ha ha. Peter Boat still there...a goldmine. (so to speak)
I don’t think we will have to wait too long for an offer to be accepted. If multiple parties are interested and it’s by a sealed bid then it will be pretty much cut and dried. Largest acceptable bid wins. The other issue is the mining season will be closed if it drags on and on. That Would set the start of mining for the new purchaser back until next Year .
canvey,bloody predictive text
Leigh on seaa, many a happy hour spent there in the Peter Boat.I lived in Cancer in the are sixties until 1977
Francis (Lee) actually lol. Thanks old son for the input...pretty complex then.
Blimey....I did...had forgotten. yeah...near the Broadway.
no.
Hi Franny, did you not state you were also from Leigh on sea?
Morning...neighbour?
SpikeyJ - just a little bit of fun, but based on what you know now, if you could buy £10,000 worth of EUA shares today for 7.2p, would you?
Be honest please.
I’ve seen many figures and valuations over the months. The most realistic one still being the broker note that was on EUA’s website...
https://acfequityresearch.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Eurasia-Mining-Plc-MA-Valuation-FINAL-ACF-03022020.pdf
Obviously there’s still a lot of variables ie bidding wars or even a lack of interest, but ultimately we’re only worth what another party can afford or is willing to pay.
As for myself, being in at 0.45p, I’ll be content with anything over the suspension price, very happy with anything over 20p and over the moon with anything over 30p.
Be good to hear from any with knowledge of these things...seem to recall there was a couple with large M&A experience on here last night...get a figure from them.
Morning Franny 1968, my neighbor :-)
A bit of each I would think and a sprinkle of good luck Irish fairy dust just for good measure, it is a game after all :-)
... clue is probably in the word “guess’, for most ...
I assume both Franny1968
In my case pure guesstimation! it's a price that would make my stock a very very nice round figure. So please don't use my guess for anything other than a bit of fun.
Just out of interest are any of these valuations from anyone with knowledge of how to value such a company or is it all pure guesswork....?
I used to hope for 25p and anything over was a bonus. I’ll reset my prediction to 80p so please put me down for that. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if EUA went for over £1, I just don’t want to set expectation too high
A very conservative £1.18 please!
Weathergeek £9 lolololololololol
