For Pface bloody auto correct :-)
Place correct me if I’m wrong but our sp will have nothing to do what offer we get, it’s to do with the potential value attributed to the ‘stuff in the ground’ that’s my understanding...... hence why I think this will rise very very quickly on an offer of any sort . Well reason noble offer
Agree with you’re 9:24 post Mc ......... win win

Thanks Trading for your 9-41 post...just back from art class and was wondering what to do for the rest of a rainy day..now I know.
Well invested here & holding so done a fair bit of research but your your post will help fill in any blanks
so thanks again..pompey
See what a bit of patience can do....ROCK is a prime example. BUY EUA now whilst the sp is stagnant...when the news flow you will be paying a much higher price!
I think you might be right Kalan clearly thinks of it like a poker player. He probably knows 7.4p is baseline and wants to do x 4 for the risk. He's pretty much said it. He is a deramper to me and lots have him on filter but it's a lot more subtle and you have to know what you are doing to see it. But I'm all for a little voice of caution somewhere in the mix but if the board was sensible that would come through naturally anyway from genuine people, like that Bobby guy who seems to be very on top of the figures.
kalan is only out for a lower entry point which is fair enough but it should be noted was relentlessly attacking the stock last week along with the mob? Caution advised remember they tend to turn to suit their narrative.
For what it's worth re the selling of one asset or the entire company, I would think that the buyer would want the whole company. My reasoning is that if they can scoop the entire company with a fairly generous offer (e.g. good offer for MT and a little sweetener for the rest) then they wont run the risk of:
1. Us developing MK and adding more value and the buyer needed to fork out a fortune at a later date.
2. us adding value and then a competitor buying MK.
Either way we get to run off with a chunk of cash, and potentially another lot in the future.
I would think even under "a go on your own basis" 1p is lowball.
Flank additions, Palladium/Plat price rises + the company moving from an explorer to a producer would increase the SP beyond its original base point.
Not to mention always the possibility of a future season takeover if not this season.
At least Kalan your posts are constructive (but you only have to read back a few weeks on here to see the unfounded attacks on the stock - to see why many are defensive on here - tho things do appear to be more normal atm)
not going to act like iv been here for months just over 20 trading days like most of us (except for some of the lifers as i say) the lack of sub 2p has been comforting, of course those higher will be more likely to be cautious, i feel that sub 2p though will only be reality on news and if it went to that level of course the news would be negative, its a hold from me
Kalan, appreciate the apology, and yes I too think that AuricBlofelds latest post, is in very poor taste, and not for this board, however, posters must temper their views, with a balanced argument, other than take offence, and spit their dummies out, when people don't agree with them, plus we LTH's have been subjected to a barrage of negative determined posters, whose sole aim, was to gain a lower entry point, and scare off potential new share holders.
Excellent work trading - in your position I would be quite relaxed about the situation - as you say your downside is limited - a drop to 1p would see a dead cat bounce to your 1.41p average anyway so you would be able to get out unscathed. those who bought in at 4p on the ramping must be uncomfortable now. personally I am willing to risk losing half my money for a potential 4x gain but not risk losing 75% of my money for a 2x gain. Might as well just bet ona horse for that type of gamble. Good luck - envy your position.
Apologies Lenoman for lumping all LTH's together - just look at AuricBlofelds latest post to see why I may have reacted like I did. You have to admit that any attempt to appreciate the upside and point out the potential downside or say you think the share is overpriced is met with a deluge of personal insult - apologies again if you are one of the reasonable people on here.
p.s. I have just advised one of the new potential investors that he is right to hold off buying a share that I am in as more clarity is needed on funding - I always post what I actually think irrespective of whether I own or not.
i would agree it fits the narative, i feel the new NED is a back up plan of sorts should no deal go ahead he could be mooted for the next chairman given the size of the project (someone said its the size of preston) i would see a 1p-1.2p should no deal go ahead bouyed by the PD price and from what we see has been produced at WK in a few weeks or so, i have stuck with me 1.41 average as i feel the risk to reward at that price is 80:20 in favour of a higher price, time will tell on this one either got the 1p in the box or the £250,000 deal or no deal style
Kalan, A much better balanced viewpoint, from you, and you refrained from calling us LTH's appalling, well done.
ok trading I respect your moral stand - just wondered if it was insider information - I won't ask - accepting your statement as fact should result in a higher selling price and I think it fits in with the CEO's desire to sell up and run away with his cash. MT alone would still be a good sale IMO but I don't think the CEO has the stomach for years of work to exploit the other reserves. I still have concerns about where the company go if a deal can't be done as only 85% of the finance is in place through Sinosteel for MT and as I say I think the CEO is determined to get out. It's all about the sale process and price - the company was only valued at 0.5p before a deal was mooted - I don't think it would drop back that far if the deal was off but maybe 1p. From here that's about 40% of your cash back with a potential sale price that is 3 to 4x the current sp - so getting into tempting territory - but not yet for me at this price - Good luck to all holders and traders - cue vitriol.
im not in a position to do a valuation of the company so wouldnt pluck a figure out of the air just for the sake of it, but the insitu valuations even with a 50% reliability are promising
if it was a public comment i would share but it was private
we've said it before on this BB, they have to proceed with the mining operation at WK as doesn't make any sense to just sit and wait for an offer.
Definitely a win win for medium to long term, as profits will start to appear, no need for placings in future and whilst Palladium increasing, it does make the company money. No need to over complicate this, it is win quickly or win over time!
Where have you heard that?
Looks like someone has been spraying DDT , Bot fly's have disappeared for a while hopefully !
i've heard that party is only interested in 100% of us
Full take over or not - if I was the party to make the move on even MT alone, I would still be buying up chunks of shares at these values.
As soon as the news of even a component sale spreads that early investment will help fund the buy price.
Also WT does appear to be being kept, why else move your offices closer to it.
Yes I think your correct, I imagine a few of these 'individuals' are different aliases worked by the same people their IP would be easily tracked and now after their dreadful behavior last week have been outed.
No green boxes today though I am sure they will not give just yet.
