Morning all
Jeez lot of noise this morning , all go and make a cup of TEA ! calm yourselves :-)
Happyscot, good morning, did you not see this line that I posted within my post earlier on today, just to defend my post from such doubt.. it is in there I can assure you.
"Oh, and by the way, he stated as such..."
Near the bottom of my post, go on have a look :-)
He posted it the day before the form 8.3 RNS.. pretty open and shut.
It wasn’t a guess, see what I copied a bit further down
Good morning Happyscot.
Mr. Taylor said it himself on the other BB
Regarding Philip Taylor, this is what he wrote on the other board, the day before the 8.3 form:
fillupmaz: So I finally sold 3% of my holding today and left the rest as free carry having held fast all the way up from 0.5p. I found it best to ignore the noise from derampers and uninformed posters with a view to unsettle and dislodge other investors. I still firmly believe this will be sold for an amount much higher than the current valuation and while I may cash in a few more shares on the way up to the final sale the vast majority of my holding will stay put for the firework party at the end. I may have sold a few but this is still a buy for anyone wanting in. Now I have to fill out another of those 8.3 forms... and while I enjoyed the speculation unfortunately, disappointing as it is, I'm not the darts player! Good luck all, it's been a hell of a ride so far, but what a result and it's not at all over yet!! Just wish I knew how to put the rockets on here
Good morning GeckoLG and Ftsedow, - yes this is getting very exciting now, and thanks to your good hard work and factual posting Gecko we are going to be very nicely rewarded, a great bunch of investors on this board in the main.
All the best
Ian
Keep filtering, change the thread and if necessary report.
Morning Kirky66, there are I would guess lots of investors such as my self who have invested similar amounts of cash as this was only going to go one way and if you were in any doubt you did not do your research in full!
Unfortunately, we are not in the enviable position of having a 0.5p share price mine is 2.9p.
All the best
Ian
Wonder if he got much sleep during suspension !
Yesterday at 08:32 I posted this bit of info as to the reason for Philip Taylor selling 3% of his total holding, as a buy the way point!
"He sold 1 Million of his 32 Million to achieve his purchase price and is now on a free carry for the remaining 31 Million, very well played Philip Taylor..."
This caused some very amusing responses from some posters who should have known better :-
' why is a director selling some shares' ...
Philip Taylor is NOT a director or affiliated with the company but just a private investor ...
' How do I know this' ...
Form 8.3 is for NON-company directors to declare their personal holding above 1% as directors holdings are already in the public domain ...
'How did I work this out'
On July 2nd he declared his personal holding of 32,000,000 shares, worth at the time x 7.2p about = £2,304,000.
Now
On July 13th he declared his personal holding was now only 31,000,000 shares, worth at the time x 17.6p about = £5,456,000 or in plain English a gain of about = £3,152,000 in a few days.
Finding himself in this very enviable position he took the astute decision to fully de-risk his investment at minimal cost, if we assume he paid about 0.5p per share we get to a figure of 32,000,000 x 0.5p = £160,000 for the initial purchase.
If we take the fact he sold 1,000,000 shares at about 16.0p we get to = £160,000 for the total sale.
Can we now see the logic, his remaining 31,000,000 shares have cost him NOTHING and so he is in for a free ride, and why I said very well played Mr. Philip Taylor?
Oh, and by the way, he stated as such...
Have a good day all and good luck, we should have all played this as Mr. Philip Taylor has done if we wanted a chance to become multi-millionaires at NO cost ...
