Morning Brookers.
Thanks that's interesting, bit more digging required then!
Morning oldspursfan
For info re Luncroft Holdings, a company of that name registered in the BVI announced voluntary liquidation in Feb 2018. Who the shareholders were I wasn't able to discover ....
Morning GFD, sorry if that made no sense. I'll try again.
Check the RNS announcements from Nov 17 to Jan 18 and you will see Alexei Churakov/ Venus Garden Holdings buying their way in to the tune of 29m shares and 7% stake in WK (Kosvinsky Kamen subsidiary).
DR mentioned ownership last night, and I had done some digging a while back to see if I could trace who owned what. I'd assumed that when AC/VGH sold their shares to Veles the beneficiary interest went with it. TBH I was more interested in tracking down who owned the remaining 25%, thinking equity buyout of that stake was on the cards.
I reposted what I had discovered then, but thought actually, those 29m shares went, but dont recall the 7% stake was mentioned. Looking back, it isnt. Question therefore is was I mistaken, and does AC still own his 7% of WK?
I think he still does, so my analysis needs tweaking a bit.
"Ah, bugger, have you checked the Kitco spot prices this morning?"
"Yeah! Just looked, want me to terminate that transaction we've been working on for months?"
"Yeah, better do, if the price has dropped off a bit then there's clearly no long-term global demand anymore"
"Agreed." *picks up phone*, "Dmitry, bad news....."
That about sum up how you think the conversation would go? Jog on you silly boy
Thanks Billions, I appreciate there are two sides to an argument that should both be presented in a fair, accurate and reasonable manner. No problem with that but you have finally convinced me that things are so bad I have just taken my emergency cyanide stash. If only I hadn’t been so stupid with my money I would have been spared all th................"..
Only thing he has run is a bath. Guy probably os one of those dumb ******s
Cult?
Wf Cult?
Only one band of dick-drips resembling any kind of Cult here and it's you and your merry band of sheeet stains who act solely again shareholders in this stock.
Do you all sit together?
Can you give us more Info as to the last Billion £ acquisition you micro managed.?
Fantasist Bilbo, all cults have them.
Hope this helps.
Ask him about the m and a deals he’s done.
Billions,
We will see!
Much of the current step back is due to China beating its chest as it knows rising commodity prices is not good for its economy. China is a massive importer of these metals.
All metals but especially those that we have access to, will grow in demand as the green revolution progresses.
Palladium is ALREADY in deficit.
It's funny how facts gets manipulated and distorted by the cult. Not long ago calculations were being done at 3000/oz and making claims that MT was too big to buy out and it would take a consortium and bidding war.
Long term ave price are used for valuations, these will be below 2k.
Russian platinum deal is for copper an nickel primarily and I would expect higher grades and reserves.
Good to see some talking sense now ar least... but some are still tw ats unfortunately
Dear me a short term drop PLD still $2500
Rhod $22000 and iridium $6000 and the usual suspects flapping about in a state of blind panic.
Not stopped Russian Platinum $7.8b deal - note date for phase 1 production 2024
‘the full launch of the Chernogorsk field is planned until 2024, while the second stage until 2030’
‘Russian Platinum, one of Russia’s leading mining companies, owned by Musa Bazhaev has reached an agreement with leading Russian financial institutions VEB.RF and VTB to fund a project for the development of the Chernogorskoye field with the planned volume of investment more than RUB 570 billion (US$7,8 billion).‘

Billions,
You really do not have a clue with your shortish or shortism view.
Why are you here (6 time asking and still no reply) ?
Redpanda dmitry said palladium has to be over $2200 for it to be feasible. Billions is just a scumbag trying to **** in the wrong pot.
You think they value the company on the spot price?
I highly doubt potential buyers are walking away from a deal to own PGMs because the metals have dipped in price for a few days
These are prized metals and any forecast for the next 10 years shows where the prices will end up
The buyers arent buying on this weeks prices, just as they werent buying on last weeks
The falling metal prices will be the undoing of this BoD.
They had over a year to sell the co when prices were at a record. Which they failed to do. If they don't wrap up the sale soon buyers will walk away and I can't see them being able to mine profitably.
Well if the commodity prices keep falling and we get a shi**y RNS in the morning...could see 40p+
Lol
Just to add re WK, I'm not actually sure now if the 7% AC ownership transferred. The shares did, obviously, and they were originally awarded to AC alongside and at the same time as the 7%. Does anyone know for definite if AC still has his ownership share of WK?
Evening DR
I did some digging a while back and found the following in terms of ownership
MT - license is held with the Terskaya Mining Company. Ownership is split: 80% us (via subsidiary) 20% was awarded to Luncroft Holdings Ltd per 14/10/2014 RNS. They've been a long-standing shareholder sitting around the 0.5% ownership level for several years.
WK - license owned by Kosvinsky Kamen Mining Company, ownership split: 68% us via our Kosvinsky subsidiary; 7% bught by Alexei Churakov via Venus Garden Holdings (24/01/18 RNS), sold to Veles via direct sale Jan 21. Remaining 25% is stated as being owned by "Yuzhno-Zaozersky Priisk, a local mining company" per the RNS of 16/06/2010. I've found nothing since to suggest that has changed.
When did Luncroft transfer their 20% of MT to UAP, as not seen that?
Cheers

Andy Haldane, Threadneedle Street’s free-thinking chief economist, is bowing out after 32 years in central banking
Why are metal prices dropping then
Dmitry and Christian are not daft, they are both very shrewd businessmen, more so Dmitry. I believe the plan has been to sell MT and Flanks for a long time. Eurasia hold the license via its subsidiary TGK which in turn owns 80% of the licensed areas. The other 20% is owned by UAP, Urals Alluvial Platinum, based in Cyprus for tax purposes, and you guessed it, owned by Dmitry and Christian.
Yes it's dropped but it's still significantly higher than it was 1 year ago!
Dmitry was "excited" with Rhodium at $5,000, if he was excited with the profit at $5,000, $21,0000 gives an extra $16,000 PROFIT!
Nice!
Palladium up 350% in 5 Years.
