An asset sale of $750m = 16p
An asset sale of £750m = 20.7p
(Estimates)
And yes- this does NOT include
A) bank commission
B) tax applicable
C) money they’d wish to use towards other/existing project(s)
I believe they said all other (non sale) projects were fully funded - therefore spare cash would mainly head out as a special dividend.
Also a new director linked to sorting the deal would not get a salary & only shares which could be linked to either the dividend or share growth potential (I wonder if they will get taken to court for none payment of minimum wage :)
newtothis please read the following im of the mind that the $750 million is not for us and regardless of any sale 3 deductions must come off the offer those being, the banks fee, the directors 22 odd% and most likely a discount to the purchaser around 5%
Investor demand for Norilsk Nickel five-year Eurobonds exceeded $ 2 billion, told RIA Novosti Andrei Soloviev, Head of Debt Capital Markets at VTB Capital, which was one of the organizers of the placement. The company on Monday placed Eurobonds in the amount of $ 750 million with a yield of 3.375% per annum. Initially, the issuer oriented investors to a yield of about 3.625% per annum; during the collection of applications, the benchmark was reduced to the final range of 3.3-3.375% per annum. "The volume of the order book at the peak exceeded $ 2 billion, more than 110 applications from investors were submitted within the framework of the transaction. Substantial demand from investors allowed to increase the volume of the transaction from $ 500 million to 750 million, reduce the transaction price parameters three times and place securities from the final yield of 3.375%, "said Soloviev. “Based on the results of the placement, it was possible to achieve the lowest coupon in comparison with the previous issues of the issuer's Eurobonds in dollars,” he added. From October 16 to 18, Nornickel held meetings with investors in Europe (Frankfurt and London) and the USA (New York) on the possible placement of Eurobonds in dollars. The organizers were Citi, JP Morgan, Societe Generale, Gazprombank, ING, Sberbank KIB and VTB Capital.
Bid has slipped to 3.35 but still time for an afternoon rally.
Could have a strong finish then harts
Is very true and to be fair you didnt make my list with your 2p divi posts and valuation of 25p-£2 based on 2moz. Although since you have been telling others that the 2p div isnt a thing and any divi will be on an asset sale so thats good
3.4 bid and 3.5 ask
1 MM with 300,000 at 3.4 and 2 MM's with 300,000 each at 3.5

Littlebricks little mind........;-).....where are mms sat on bids
TBH.....As a recent buyer of EUA i was invested initially 10 yrs ago, i find the research on this bb pretty good. Agree though, dyor
And do not shortcut the research by just reading he boards. You can just about any board and many of them are optimistic or rampy but as I said before a study was done and 72% of AIM stocks lost investors money so you need to be careful on AIM. Have lost about £10k in AIM stocks that looked rosy but ended up worthless. EUA is making up for that and some though
NN's presentation today in a PDF nothing to exciting to be honest but you might find something

Red and green flashes with a bit of yellow.
Hows l2 looking for the last hour
Gingerhippo I completely agree with you, research is key to any share, not just looking back on last year but the last few years, otherwise you end up coming stuck with a share of a 50% loss like I had earlier and have to decide to sell or wait for a recovery
If you can't research for whatever reason, stick to investing in funds imo. Go for good, not extraordinary, performance.
In the words of meatloaf two outta three ain’t bad ??
I came late to the EUA party. Wish I would have got it below 1p. But it took me a couple of days to do my research, by which time it had already gone up a lot. And I'm fine with that because the alternative is terrible...
A couple of other companies have been mentioned today. I just don't have time right now to research so I have to leave well alone, even though they've gone up.
@calamari - if you say you don't want Beyoncé and Emilia Clarke. Would you get little extra return :) lol
If you still have more than one option open to you - split your risk between them. If one of them pays out then you still win and offsets any loss made on another
Thank you oil investor that is all very true and I take on board what your saying
Could it be you've turned yourself in to the "Drake" of stocks. One mentioned of you and it drops!
Only joking with you - but you need to decide as you've been told by 5 different stocks boards that their stock is the right stock and it's a multi-bagger looking to go 10x up.
Best thing you could do is just research the top 5 stocks you've found. Look deeply into their Ethos and the way the board of directors behave with their shareholders. EUA Director I can speak off as I'm with this stock - He's been brilliant in constant RNS' even if their not to everyone's taste. Seems to be working hard on a deal for his company and us the shareholders. Usually you do see directors just clearing tons of cash for themselves and sinking the share price with dilutions or fake RNS news until the company is dried up.
Imagine your sat on a plane bing bong this is your captain Sam speaking. Setting off as soon as rob gets here not sure where we are going but it will be ok
