Oh dear eating humble pie having got the abacus out I can see it works. Its now a strong hold for me.
2Moz @ $1800 = £3.6Bil
Let say 10% to be generous NPV for the Pall in the ground = $360M
Nice round figure of 2.5B shares gives us a per share price of 14.4c
Convert that to GBP blah blah and its closer to 10p a share
I'd say $1800 - $400 extraction cost - = $1400 /oz
2moz = $2.8bn
We own only 80% of monchetundra so thats $2.24bn or £1.76bn
10% generous is £176m
between 2.6 billion shares is only which is 6.5p
and flanks (x6 or so) inc would be approx 40p
Following is the minimum value tweeted by the company itself and also pretty much declared in video interview.
https://twitter.com/eurasiamining/status/1190305370578849793
So 17.7p minimum. End off....
It was mentioned when price was under 2 so actually it was more then 100 percent...
they will pay 2p once assets are sold... it was mentioned in pod cast... we all here and find out...
The company have told us what they value it at. Via interviews and twitter. So you are here for what share price if not x10.
EUA will pay a 2p div at current sp when you see hundreds of pigs flying - it represents a yield of 58% for me and I came to this party fairly late. LOL
Actually I just looked it up - so for balance this was done at $1800 and 2.5B shares. Those numbers have changed since but its a good indication of the range we are in
"Ok so rough calculation so we know if we are talking about 25p or £2

If I've done my Maths wrong then happy to make the walk of shame. Otherwise adjust those numbers as you see fit bit its not going to be wildly different until we step up to the 15Moz point"
Newtothisgame2 - The basis for some of the high numbers being banded around all starts from the base position in the Optiva DCF risked and fully diluted valuation 13 months ago at 2.8p. The risk discount for MT was 50% and the NPV was done at 12%. The PD price used was $950. Since then MT received its Mining Permit - a huge derisking milestone. Even if we simply reduce the risk discount to 40% instead of 50% (very conservative imo) then this adds c.0.5p for MT. Then if you look at the c.80% increase in PD price since then, this actually adds way more than this % to the bottom line as it is all extra profit. In Optiva's sensitivity schedule that adds c.4p to MT. So these give a base case total today of say 7p-7.5p. That is quite hard to argue against as we are also 13 months further progressed at WK as well as MT. Now we have to look at potential for expanding the size/scale of the projects eg the MT flanks possibility of adding in 15m oz and the recent purchase of WK plant from the contractor which will now deliver 100% to their bottom line compared to previous much small %. We should also take account of the North American Palladium sale to Impala in early Oct for CAD$1billlion for a project of similar size to the current MT resource. That project is more advanced than ours (in production) and in a perceived safer location compared to Russia (but not to overplay this given Norilsk's close proximity to us and being a Russian miner themselves). However we are much lower capex due to open pit. That deal equivalent to EUA equates to c. 9-10p. BUT if any hope value is attached to the flanks area at MT (which cannot be fully included obviously, but equally cannot be ignored) this could add materially to the bottom line. 15m oz is c.9 times larger than the NAP/Impala project. I can see why this could move us towards the realms of 15p+. From where we are today imo it is not hard to see why people see at least 3-5 bags.
actually weve done the maths on this already - remember we dont get the full Pall price we get a in ground price which is around the 10% mark. 2Moz came out around the 12p mark off the top of my head
Think forum don't do much to price,Market have control... BLUE AGAIN any way... hope no genuine HOLDER sold...
For 3 or 4 posters on here you cant say a bad word otherwise its a deramp. Just stating the price is falling amounts to the same thing.
The sad thing is people believe that ramps or deramps on this forum actually affect the price......
When I was sitting on my EUA shares 2 weeks ago with an average price paid of 0.47p sounds like you might have told me the mkt rarely undervalues a stock! I guess you would have been wrong? I will send another post with some figures in a few moments to show where the POTENTIAL (no guarantee) may be for a multiple from here
ok well you do the Maths
2.6Billion shares @2p - thats roughly £52M
Now take a look at the balance sheet of the company and tell me where the magic makes that appear.........
The company mentioned special dividend in the call - then somebody took the £50M sinosteel number and came up with a 2p div (based on 2.5B shares at the time)
if you show me a company with 15mill oz plus of palladium in the ground to compare this to i will surely show you the comparison.
no tax on dividends , if held within isa .
I thought Dmitry said only certain shareholders would qualify ?
2p dividend was mention in podcast... any one got that link?
Newto thisgame2 - Out of interest home much detailed analysis of the figures have you done or is your entire thesis based on your last sentence?
No div of 2p mentioned, it is a 50mil (USD) subcontractor payment and someone on here was a bit to eager to say 2p. Anyway, in one of the RNSs it states EUA will look into their div policy so maybe there will be a div, or maybe not. Personally id rather be hit by capital gains tax than income tax on dividends.
What mrcarrick says - some people thought we were going to borrow 50M from Sinosteel and dish it out to shareholders
The only divi you are going to get is when they sell an asset until then the company doenst have the cash sat around to do that
2p div was mentioned by the uneducated who thought we had 50mil for a div.
Potential div could come though.
Can someone please help?
Was a dividend of 2p mentioned?
