You asked questions only a novice would ask, why didnt you ask these questions before? Why today? As for spelling, you can stick that up your backside, if you have ever used a mobile phone you would knw, but again, your sheer idiocy shines through. My suggestion, dont invest in stocks, when you dont knw the basics. Take a course or something, quite a few free ones, but again, the likes of you love to be spoon fed, do zero work yourselves, and then have the nerve to moan on a down day.

So funny, quality

Good luck all
Take the money and run
You have to laugh ! lolol
Murky
No answers to any of my questions then
Put yourself in a green box
And have a conversation with yourself
Steve
Thank you for your reply
And you answered all my questions in my last message
That’s got to be answered
Sadly I don’t have an answer
I just thought that you that come on here late at night might have some thoughts a little different from the usual ramping and deramping that usually goes on
Personally I don’t like secrets
How can you make reasonable decisions if you don’t know the truth
Shout as much as you like
I asked reasonable questions
Questions I’d like answered as I have money invested here
I didn’t expect any facts or revelations, just your opinions and views
Sorry for asking you good people
Can read this shyte anymore .......
cygnetcommittee you lost me with the following drivel.....
The buyer would like this deal to be kept secret
It’s in their benefit
But it’s not in our benefit
We own a huge part of this company
Isn’t it in our benefit to know who they are
Is everything for the benefit of a potential buyer
Are we on such shaky ground???
Pointless answering I know but couldnt help myself !
1/ YES 2/ YES 3/ YES IT IS IN OUR BENEFIT ££££££ 4/ NO WE DONT 5/ NO AS IT MAY SPOIL THE DEAL 6/ YES THEY ARE PAYING FOR THE PRIVILEGE.
Point of note - They the BOD know everything ! We the public know nothing ! We are allowed to know things as and when the BOD see fit ! Until then we may have to live of scraps of information or we can choose to take our money elsewhere and sell our shares to someone who trusts the company .
The last RNS enables the BOD to pay for many things . They asked for our backing to enable them to do this and we gave them our support ! We will find out soon enough why they needed the extra MILLIONS. That me not be today or even this week but things are happening .....
Sheregar
Thank you again for your reply
I was going to watch some drivel on the tv
But for some strange reason I’m answered by some that think I have an agenda to downgrade the company
I was just asking a few questions that I didn’t know the answer to
This is no wind up
I’m going to leave it now
Good luck all with your investment
I hope I’m lucky too with my investment in EUA
Hi Cygnet,
First of all, 8.1 and 8.3 disclosure notifications are not required outside of the formal sales process.
However , if a person(s) reach a holding of 3% or above, a TR-1 holding notification form must be submitted to the company by the holder and in turn the market will be informed via Rns.....see Fca rule 5.3 for more information.
At no point will any company make a formal or informal statement naming an interested party unless a formal offer has been made to the company.
Just for you cygnetcommittee,
I said
"There have been plenty of rumours/educated guesses but I think anyone revealing sensitive data would be in very big trouble with the law".
You obviously did not notice that I distinguished between speculation and revealing sensitive data.
Anyway, you are obviously at the wind up (IMHO).

Thank you for your reply
You are answering one of my questions
Thank you
I believe you hold a considerate amount of shares here. And trade from time to time
I’m sure you do well
And yes
The buyer would like this deal to be kept secret
It’s in their benefit
But it’s not in our benefit
We own a huge part of this company
Isn’t it in our benefit to know who they are
Is everything for the benefit of a potential buyer
Are we on such shaky ground???
Thick as mince they are really feckin useless.
Thank you Sheregar
But I think you are incorrect
There is no law that I know of against having an opinion of what is happening
Isn’t that why some finish there posts on here with
Imho
Andre
Thank you for your aggression
I’ll try and decipher your poor spelling and grammar
Get a life matey
I asked questions and surprise surprise you didn’t answer any
I’m still invested but not because of any of your posts
Enjoy life if you can
Night night sleep tight
cygnetcommittee,
I can answer another one of your questions.
Why the buyer has not been named (by leaked news)?
The EUA Board want it that way.
NDA's are in place and specific AIM rules (Takeover) prevent this information being released.
I hear you say, but surely it would have been leaked?
Remember the Japanese connection?
That particular news took absolutely everyone by surprise and proves that Eurasia/UBS and DLA Piper etc are the ultimate professionals when it comes to Multi billion dollar deals.
There have been plenty of rumours/educated guesses but I think anyone revealing sensitive data would be in very big trouble with the law.
GLA Sharegar.
Thank you for your reply wkworld
Yes you are of course correct
The board do hold a massive amount of shares
And credit to them for investing in their company
But
And it’s a big But
If they started to sell them on the market then the share price would plummet pretty quickly and they would be stuck with a massive amount of shares worth almost nothing
This is common sense
It is in the boards interest to get the best possible price for the assets and ours also
They can be multi millionaires at a fraction of the current share price
It’s the secrecy that throws a shadow over this
If the sell out price was one pence they could have a good life but not me
Im hoping for a very good return after all this time
But it seems strange there is no named interested party
Good luck
Well said Andre , this slaying is becoming very boring on here. I’m not sure why any poster here that is invested would listen to any derampers ??? If your not invested here you would not be constantly kicking off regarding the company ? Questioning certain points yes but not the usual drivel we see here ...pathetic
Cygnet - you know nothing. Its honestly a joke you have the temerity to ask those questions on a share board, as it just highlights how little you know about M&A. By the there was massive nees today of an asset sale with shell selling the permian to conoco for $9.5bn. What news was there leading up to that? What 8.1's and 8.3's were published? Your post is rather pathetic fella.
Without a positive rns in the morning the Mm's will prey on the weak and go for the jugular!!
Yes sadly that means we'll be back in the teens.
Committee, I can answer one of your questions. The reason we can trust the board to put shareholders first is they are heavily invested and hold far more shares than any individual shareholders outside of the board so by putting us first they are putting their own interests first.
Hi all
Another disappointing day
I have a few questions
When a company shows an interest in buying another company then it is in the news. There are rumours and very shortly the interested party are unmasked. In hours. We read about it and sometimes there are other parties that are reported to also be interested. This is how life works. People talk. It takes someone who is interested and clever minimal time to find out what is going on.
My first question is “ why don’t we know who the interested party is ?”
Apparently someone across the pond has now purchased huge amounts of shares at 26p
My second question is “how is the buyer not identified by a 8.1 or 8.3 disclosure?”
My last question is “why do so many share holders on here think the board has the share holders interests in high regard when it really is against human nature to put anonymous people above yourself?”
I am reluctantly a long time holder, I had hoped it would have been for a shorter time and that I could consider investing in the company after the partial asset sale
Good luck all
I’m still holding but with my eyes wide open
