Great post Ian as always.
The Problem as you call it Fizzydrink is all in YOUR mind...
Everyone here who is a genuine investor and Not a shorter or deramper has great faith in the directors who have not sold any shares and have recently purchased more to the value of £50,000.
Now, why would the directors do that if there was a problem?
The company last November issued to all holders of 6p warrants a circular laying out the triggering of an accelerator clause
advising that all warrant holders of the need to cash in the warrants NOW or lose out. Every holder did.
Now, why would the company do that and trigger that accelerator clause?
Now, why did every holder cough up and purchase their allocation in shares?
The company recently did the same for the lower value warrants ( admittedly no proof of accelerator clause triggering this
time but the company may have advised )
The company has stated it is in talks to sell either assets or maybe the whole company due to the massive rise in the value of it's PGM basket.
The company is awaiting the final sign off on the additional 13m oz flanks.. ..
We can logically assume that the company is just doing some housework and tidying up the books for a clean break of some kind and a massive deal, when a deal of this magnitude occurs in an AIM stock things are a little different to a Ftse 100 stock, the stock value here can be moved massively by any dubious insider dealing and any slight leak or tip-off on company sensitive information can be very detrimental to the company value and its stock price, AIM stocks can be shorted for very little outlay, it costs a lot more to short a Ftse100 stock, and anyway, that company on the Ftse 100 is already in a vastly stronger position and is a big fish compared to a little fish on AIM.
We can guess that due to the leak the company has been informed by the NOMAD that its stock must be temporarily suspended during these important negotiations so no unfair dealings in its stock can be carried out.
It all makes perfect sense to me and as previously stated ....It was expected some time....just that the suspension got brought forward due to this leaking issue.
This suspension will resolve itself some time, and I will guess within 5 weeks, it will be advised to us via RNS.
There is absolutely no cause for concern so early on and at this stage, this company is fully funded, has no dept, has access to debt financing, if required, and is about to make some serious money.
It ticks all the boxes for the perfect investment on AIM
So Fizzy and Semtex go and infect some other board who give a toss as to what you have to spout.
Toodle pip
Thanks for your reply to my question Fizzy.
Thanks bluenotred. Your post however saying how boring my post was, is original, interesting and very funny. Well done. Many will enjoy your contribution this morning.
Amen brother
Under AIM rules this would of been the case. Therefore there must of been truth in what was leaked
As has been previously posted, NAV can be calculated, taking into account future cash flow. Then perhaps, if I was negotiating I probably take into haggle over ease/cost of mining too and how much of this resource is going to be around in the future..... ? Would you let it go at a discount, or ask for a premium?
Fizzy, I think, best outcome is a dividend reflecting an asset purchase and then re-evaluation of share price, given residual value and reflection of new cash input. The BOD then go on to mine the remaining mine/s. Anyway, we'll see, but I suspect the price will come back way above the suspension price here!
Think EUA should get in some of those simply wall street guys to help with negotiations..
24, I'm not denying that. If it's a buy out then we are all gone. If it comes out of suspension then the way its been handled imo is not the best strategy regurdless of what the rns says.
And, I was in New when that got suspended. I had weeks of how shorts couldn't close and how the share would make everyone rich. It susppened around 65p I think. It the reopened at 30p and dropped to 25p. So... I for one have not made any expensive purchases just yet.
Hey, Fizzy Wizzy, even if investors achieved just 1/5th of that value of over £1, wouldn't that be fab for all?
Fizzy, if untrue the twitter post would've and probably should've been denied, but it wasn't...........
Because rumours are starting and doubt put into people's minds. At some point we may come out of suspension with no deal or buy out. Then these rumours will already have a place.
In addition, suspending a share based on this twitter post sets a president. What happens when the next post and the next. Either deny it, confirm it or have a policy not to respond to social media. Don't suspend a share and say pending an announcement. Its been almost 2 weeks. If its their intention to maintain long term holders I don't think this is the best way to go about it. Something doesn't smell right imo
I still can't get over the "fair value" given future discounted cash flow on SimplyWallStreet. £7.50. 99.0% Undervalued. Wow..... :-))
With respect, I politely asked you a question which you haven’t yet answered fizzy.
No need for abuse. I am invested by not comfortable right now. If those who have **** me down are comfortable you don't act like it. Remember we can't do anything about it.
If it was an attack on shorts let's have some news so they can pounder over it. At the moment we are all in the same boat.
No one has yet come up with a rational explanation as to why Hammond released that tweet, I keep mulling it over, i believe it to be beneficial to EUA to remain suspended and are awaiting full flanks approval along with confirmation of which bank they will use to finalize a deal. A rns stating these together, plus resumption of trading would propel the sp to much higher levels, better to negotiate from the high twenties than the low sevens.
It was all a trap set by the bod to catch shorters out. Release a tweet over the weekend shareholders expecting news monday that didnt come shorters jump on board thinking the sp would collapse next day eua suspend trap sprung. Unlucky if you got caught
Why did you invest then suspension was always going to come..
How is the suspension feeding into the hands of the shorts please fizzydrink? Shorters are unable to do anything about their short positions during the suspension.
Sorry disagree lots going on and we will know soon enough. Confident all will be ok.
That suspending a share with little explanation is feeding into the hands of shorts. Why don't update the market with what's going on? Imo it doesn't look good to suspend a share for 2 weeks and no announcements. I think we can all agree this doesn't look great.
