This board cracks me up.
The "Stonks Go Burrrrrrr" & "to the moon" attitude seems to have taken root among some.
Sadly, unlike the tech industry, the guys and girls working on our behalf in the Mining industry can only work with the hard facts of what's in the ground, the likely risks and costs of mining it, and how long that'll take (obviously more to it than that).
Either way; no-one is going to pay 100% of the present day Value of the metal in the ground for the privilege of then spending years and billions digging it all up.
70p - low but I'll be content
£1 - Great, high probability
£1.75 - less likely but still very possible
£3.50 - v. unlikely but not impossible
£35-50 - Dumb.
Happy Sailing to all new and old shipmates.
So basically no-one has a clue what we will be getting, I have only binned one person on here and that eas after about 10 minutes and it was........drum roll ......hoochy as he doesn't seem to know his arse from his elbow...
It's high Monkey, the costs stay the same, the increase in metal pricing is direct profit on top. If the ruble falls in value then the cost in dollars also decreases.
It's a very cheap open pit soft rock mining asset to begin with in its life. There is scope for underground mining as well, but i think that would take place once the open pits have been depleted.

The idiot thinks an apostrophe is a science, the less he knows about guns the better.
I thought a Remy Martin was a gun?
Village idiot is now filtered, put the f**kin keyboard down for a bit you dingaling!
Captain Morgan is keeping me company and will help me sleep tonight. Alarm set for 7 :)
"The Russian feasibility study on the NKT palladium dominant mine (within the boundaries of the Flanks License) gives 15% IRR at the palladium price of $659 per 1 oz, while the current palladium price stays above $2,000 per 1 oz due to long term structural deficit in the palladium market."
What is the IRR currently? Based on my rough and basic calculation it would be circa 55% based on $2400.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/irr.asp
"For a good mining project the IRR needs to be at least 30-40% and some are much higher, but others are closer to the 20% which, in my view, indicates an only marginally attractive project...."

Flanks app complete, here you go Eurasia you can have all of the juicy data we've gathered over the years, all in for the license price, happy mining!.......Eurasia - " ta very much, what a deal, what a steal, what a sale of the century!! "
"Since the final approval of the Flanks licence (see RNS of 25 August 2020) the Company has been putting together the database of information from previous drilling campaigns in the Flanks area, that is considerable. 48,405m drilling (announced via RNS of 18 August 2020) is related only to one part of the Flanks License (NKT) and comes on the top of 33,100m drilled by Eurasia's Joint Venture with Anglo American Platinum. The Russian feasibility study on the NKT palladium dominant mine (within the boundaries of the Flanks License) gives 15% IRR at the palladium price of $659 per 1 oz, while the current palladium price stays above $2,000 per 1 oz due to long term structural deficit in the palladium market."

"Extensive prior drilling campaigns with c.48,000m drilled at NKT, a part of the Flanks application."
"Our predecessors also developed targets in the NKT area, and areas to the east of the Loipishnune deposit, and these work programmes in 2015-2017 resulted in pre-feasibility studies lodged with the State Cadastre of Mines in Russia."

NN will always be my favourite Monkey, i'm sure Dmitry said they would prefer a Russian deal and i imagine it's because the Russian's fully know and understand the exclusivity system, the resource exploration the gov (rosgeologia) do and keep a database about as well. People quite often forget that a lot of the ground has already been explored, the Russian gov fund bodies to do so!
PFS's have already been done on parts of the flanks we received and we got every bit of previous exploration data for them handed to us on a silver platter -

...divide by 1.4 (GBP-USD) now.
Crazy theories here about mm's, curses, fairies at the bottom of the garden told me...etc. With no news, the main part of the downward trend (and not AC) is the widening gap of the currency the sale will be in (USD) and the GBP we value our stock.
Still think we will get top dollar for the 15, a reduced amount for the 7 and then the rest is anyone’s guess
Either way, the best case for a sale price is it could go up to $6.5b if it’s 22moz but that’s a stretch IMO.
Still think the range is 67p-135p SP which is a T/O range of $2.5b-$5b ... anything below too cheap and anything above is fantasy land
Aye, Mac.
I believe there will be a sliding scale - for example, the proven (2.2 Moz), the very likely (15.5 Moz) and the potential (the rest up to 40 Moz) reserves within the acreage EUA own and have exclusive rights to (including the 5km zones outside). AP possibly could have been working on the latter two (perhaps for the data room but my bet is NN).
It is very exciting how this is going to play out and I think the end is near :)
GLA.
The application for the further 7Moz is more than likely all set up and ready to be submitted with the deal imho, why wouldn't it?. It would be one of Eurasia's next moves with the asset anyway!
GLA
15Moz and what's directly under legal exclusivity, being the next 7Moz, so 22Moz. Something with be attributed to gaining the legal exclusivity over further resources, just not entirely sure how they'll price it.
One open pit further along NKT pulls more of the 40Moz into a legal exclusivity zone, the area is very easy to expand back into tbh.

By your reckoning of 15M oz at $200 per OZ in the ground (though I disagree), multiply, take off 20% for Sinosteel, and divide by 1.3 to convert from dollar to pounds. Just take a minute.....work it out. DYOR
£35 lol I filtered hoochy a long time ago, just as bad as the deramping crew. He’s having a laugh anyway, no one actually believes him.
The range is around 67p-£1.35 at most - how folk are getting to the really high figures is wishful thinking (that’s an understatement - won’t say what I really think)
All this talk of 40moz - emm half of that ain’t in the licensed target area so why would we get top dollar for that? It’s all about the 15moz IMO and the potential to take it up to 40moz being used a bargaining/negotiation carrot to get more ££ for the 15moz.
So max value of deal for me is around $5b IMO
Hi Doodle, I've only got 2 people on filter, but I've got green boxes galore tonight. I just wondered how many more are hiding.
There is only H.H who has had the balls to admit he had previous avatars.
Both of my filtered posters have posted under different names in the past because they are embarrassed about their past posts.
The sooner some folk realise and ignore these misguided people the better.
On the money NTTG! Giving him the attention he craves is not helping him.
The preferred bidder will be NN. All Russian, and characters know each other. NN have had a horrendous 6 months, for which I have great sympathy (as will SC) and I think SC will give them a good deal. The numbers here are so silly, it won't matter to DS......or us. He and Russian Gov and NN will be happy the resource returns to Russian control......so I await a deal that gives NN some stability and longer term recovery, and we ,what we need right now, to move on.
How many responses were you hoping for in your poll B1LL, and what do you estimate the outcome to be?
It's niceot of familiar names posting.
I, B1ll have been here only as B1ll.
How many folk here NOW have changed names?
Newtothisgame. Anything over £1 would suit us fine but I have predicted up to £9.27
Its not going to be £70 per share Ceejay. It will be beyond current expectation, but you're way too bullish by about X5.
