Was it not the Russian and Chinese banks that approached them towards the end of last year after a big sale went through?
@Smalltrader, I think you could be missing the point, EUA never put the for sale sign up in the front garden but actually potential buyers chapped our door and enquired about a sale, so no desperation just going through a long process.
Whenever lots of subtle de rampers, bitter missed the boaters and can’t bear others being successful moaners pop up, in my head I see Hannibal, the leader from the 1980,s A team! grinning with a big chewed cigar in his mouth saying “ I love it when a plan comes together !! “ :)
Figures in the reorpt to me read like an alchemists cook book! And you know what that means.. We've unearthed a monster!

Pd prices are soaring
@smalltrader. Well your name says it all, maybe add on clueless trader as well !! Jog on son
Smalltrader, you clearly haven't done any research on the company, nor read any of the previous RNS's which I suggest you do in short order, preferably before you spout any more nonsense and make yourself look even more foolish. The lth's here know the history of the company including the approaches made by interested parties (again, it would be useful if you bothered to do some background research) so come back when you have something useful or at least amusing to contribute.
Small trader... the company is not desperately looking for buyers! They have approached Eua! It’s in a FSP due to multiple interested parties! We’re not desperate.
I appreicate the sentiment Dean but kindly and politely I must say, bah!
"Multiple interested parties" may not be the same as multiple confirmed offers but come on. CITIC, UBS, the Russian one I always forget and now DLA. This is happening and the connections are postively global. How long ago was it that a US II took a 3 million stake? And now a top US M&A law firm is on EUA's side?
GLA is not even needed for those already in imo.
Whatever the outcome of the FSP, NN IMHO will be part of any agreed deal.
Rowka,
Re: 'Finally, the Company welcomes the incorporation of the Monchegorsk Development Agency, as announced by Norilsk Nickel on 16 September 2020, established by Monchegorsk's municipal administration and Norilsk Nickel to focus on Business and Investment in the Monchegorsk area, where the Monchetundra project is located.'
Having read that in today's RNS I immediately thought about your musings of a giant consortium formation , ie Kola ,
That concept may well still be alive!
And to you Onassis. We haven't always seen eye to eye but we both want the same thing from this share and hopefully today is another big step towards that. GLA
Of course he can say things in general. Think you dont know what you are talking about. Not invested why then contribute to a discussion you have not interest in?????
If there is a NDA then he should not be saying anything at all about the sale process. Anyways seems like sale will be done and company doesn't seem to go to production on their own and is desperately looking for buyers since August. don't know if they already have a buyer or still looking for a buyer with a better deal. Will be interesting to see how big the offer will be.
Onassis, when I was 5 Christmas day was good if you didn’t get a beating. If you didn’t have food poisoning by new year it was a bonus. This is a breeze.:-)
Ferg.gg, well everyone seem to be up late, it feels like Christmas eve when your 5 years old. lol
Good luck with your investment.
He cant disclose anything they are under NDA's
Hardly an immature comment. It’s factually correct. NDAs are in place.
Good luck all. Not in this. Always the last one to buy a multi bagger so will get in tomorrow if am able to. Since the relisting and into 2 months since then, there was no offer made so thought EUA is going into production in their own. Also there was a placing in August. But today's RNS is quite a big statement from the chairman. He said he cannot disclose anything in public domain, which is a sort of immature comment. It appears as if they are trying to pump up the share price. I will try to get in tomorrow for a small punt.
Dean I don't know if you're genuine or not but I can see why people think you're just de-ramping.
Looking at your history you said the below, but then seem to have come on here from out of no where with a big "caution" and post which let's be honest could be seen as very negative, so seems a bit odd given your own advice to another poster as below:
"Bruce, I’ve been trading and investing for 15 years now and it’s always the same. I tend to filter the majority of negativity as it can affect your mindset and sway your judgements the more you read of it.
Make a decision and stick with it based on the research you do yourself, if you do that and stick to it, you win more than you lose!"
Or youre trying to convince people to sell so you can buy in on the cheap!
Signs of a subtle deramp/trader, part 246.
"Good luck to you all especially LTH as you guys seem to have suffered the most. Not involved in this one, however, have a few companies in the same industry within my PF and we wish the best for all invested in the industry!"
- Wishes you luck and sympthasizes and relates to you before he fires shots.
"i'd rather people looked at it from both sides and not just emotionally as current holders and maybe risk loosing even more money which will affect your mental state"
- Claims to be presenting both sides of the argument and trying to protect investors.
Especially when some existing holders may get to the point during the early opening of the market and they could have sold/broke even from previous losses if the SP moves north a bit with day traders and sharks in the early morning activity due to the RNS!
- Advises you with a strategy that most traders would implement (sell in the morning first thing)
"Firstly, that the RNS doesn't state the sale has been finalised, nor has it advised it has even received offers. The company was always in an offer period the minute they put themselves up for sale months back. It's very misleading for current SH upon reading and a little bit savvy of the BOD to try and make it look like it has received 'offers' and looking through them to force the hand of any potential buyer that's sitting on the side lines. It simply states that they have appointed some professional advisers to assist through the sale process (in the hope they get a sale when and if that happens"
Misleading only if you haven't kept up to date with official communication from the company, how they usually present their RNS communication (subtle hints), and as he has communicated, doesn't know much about the company, so why are you coming on here pretending to be the all seeing eye. Discussions about disposals of assets and or sale of the company has been building up for a while, the whole idea was for Eurasia to scale up, obtain the licences and provide due dilliglence of what was in the ground and that's where we have built up to today, hence seeing the progression from early talks with the Chinese banks, to a suspension, to a formal sale process starting with UBS, to instutional investors at market price and now with the RNS you saw today.
Secondly, why would you restructure a board to focus on a sale process? That tells me they have nothing lined up and are actively seeking a new purchaser hence, trying to throw bodies at it to get a sale.
- Once again, you said yourself you don't know well about the company, if you did, you would have realised we have a deal in place with Sinosteel and a healthy bank balance following the placing, in the long run if there wasn't a sale, shareholders would be profiting massively.
" I hope i'm wrong in all of what I've wrote, but, I've seen all this before and watched people lose their live savings."
Why do you care about other people'
I'm a LTH with an average of 0.49p and a big holding so I am well in the money and as such can hardly complain.
A profit is a profit and some here deserve some good luck and I wish them well.
Oh dear. I hope you made money on the trades yesterday and today but I think you may have made a very serious financial error. Good luck to you and good luck all.
I sold some of my holding both today and yesterday.
I sold because we were due interims and we have had no real news on production from WK.
Last year we also had no news on WK production, that was because they knew it fell short of expectations as we were only cleared to extract 66kgs of platinum whereas the year before we had produced over 200.
The BOD keep quiet on what they don't want known and let you know what they do.
The interims didn't need to update on employing lawyers (and I clearly wasn't expecting it) but they added it anyway.
