"Lego head" lol
He does have a bit of "So how did the plastic surgery go then John?" about him! Bless...
Morning all
T4G thanks mate, better explanation that'll teach me for jumping straight into the EUA perspective!
Les no worries, it is slightly more complicated with EUA as you need to separate in your mind who owns the mining license, from who owns the company that owns the license.
So when we talk about "selling Mt" it's actually "selling our stake in the company that has the Mt license" which is nowhere near as snappy, but more reflective!
Tbh I'm not looking forward to Sunday, your lads have started scoring and we're conceding in spades now, so not a good combo! Should be a good game though, doesn't sound like a nil nil defensive masterclass is on the cards!
Gla hope today is a shade of deep blue
Morning Marshall
Not this weekend we are going out with friends on Saturday for a meal and have been invited round my son’s on Sunday for a Sunday lunch so no cooking for us this weekend and watching the game having a few beers

Hi T4G
Thanks as well for the explanation as I said maybe I am just over thinking it now that it is getting very close
Hi PPorsche
Yes it is Arteta he’s hair looks like a figure from the Lego movies there is never a hair out of place and to be that black must be dyed, wonder if he wears a hat to bed to keep it in place :)
Hi TFG, Thank you for explaining in plain English. Much appreciated.
GLA
*it not I. I might be chunky but definitely not Lego. :- )
If I ain't Lego then I swear Arteta has action man Brillo hair.
Hi Les. Lego head? Is that Arteta?
Hi OSF
Thanks for the explanation it sorts of makes sense, maybe it’s just me overthinking it now we are getting close and even started to think of things to do in retirement.
I always try to look at things from both sides as no one is always correct in everything they do.
Looking forward to Sunday should be good and let’s hope that Lego head puts a good team out
Would be an even better weekend if we get the mother of RNS at 18.29 tomorrow
ATB Les
Hi Les
So the way I understand it is that, for example MT, the mining license is held fully by the Terskaya Mining Company, a privately owned company.
EUA own 80% of this Mining Co. 20% is owned elsewhere by other parties.
Our 80% ownership is housed within Zao Terskaya our own subsidiary sitting in our company structure, parent company at the top.
Our EUA shares relate to the parent company, so all beneficial interests the company has (sitting in its subsidiaries) we benefit from as well.
If and when we sell our interests we will be selling some or all of that 80% in Terskaya Mining Company. If all of it, our Zao Terskaya subsidiary will have nothing owned but a wodge of cash as consideration, which I assume it will pay to the parent company to allow EUA to keep or liquidate it as they see fit.
The mining license itself will not be moving (I don't imagine) just a change in the ownership of the mining company that has it.
Same goes for other subsidiaries and the interests they hold in other mines/ mining companies. The dividend we get, will come from the cash our subsidiaries receive for the stakes they own.
Hope this helps, and indeed makes sense!
Hi all
I have no idea about company structures and welcome any comments from people who know better
We have Monchegorskoe, Yuksporskaya and Terskaya holding licences and I know they are all bits of EUA, does that mean we hold parts of them included in our shares of EUA, only just a thought if they are independant from EUA and we sell 75% of EUA are the assets held by the other companies included in the working out of the 75% to pay the DIVI or will they be classed as seperate companies so we do not get a share of what they hold.
I bet that I have not explained this very good but I am sure you get the drift or just reply and I will try to expalin a bit better.
Cheers in advance for any replies
