Be very careful as a Landlord. Some tenants are experts in the Law regarding their legal rights. Difficult to get a tenant out who doesn't pay rent/trashes the house so be VERY careful who you allow to live in your property. Most are OK but some cause untold stress and pain. I first bought on the 12th Oct 2016, hoping for a small gain from 0.8p and then again on 15th Feb 2017 when it went down to 0.54p.
It only got exciting from Nov 2019 and then got to taking-too-much-of-my-time-reading-this-BB from July 2020. Feeling exhausted from doing nothing except read!
Thanks for that tigra we are pretty new to it but we do have one so far, always learning. She's a mortgage broker so she deals with most of it. I trust she knows what she's doing. I'm just an electrician trying to make a few quid here and there. I do agree though it's not what it used to be. I'll have a look on there always worth furthering your knowledge from those more experienced. Appreciate that.
If you are thinking about property I would suggest wrapping it/them into a limited company. This is what I have done and it offsets the increasing legislation and at the moment benefits from a a decent corp tax rate. Hope this helps.
It's great to know I'm not the only one then!! It's obviously not helped with lockdown but hopefully we can all realise some amazing gains with the sale of EUA and then all get our lives back ha ha!!!
Just want this to happen soon, too much money tied up, was considering topping up more ARB but just feel this deal is so close. EUA and ARB top 2 shares at present with most potential for short term massive profits, hold strong.

I'm leaving my cash in for as long as possible the other half wants to purchase a second property to let out and is currently viewing them as I'm at work. Hoping for a conclusion before she makes me drag the money out. One thing is for certain if I have to sell before the end you can guarantee as soon as I hit the sell button the big RNS will land. (But no I'm not taking one for the team...yet )

Yup, I go through spells where I spend an inordinate amount of time glued to the SP and hoping for news...think it’s the false dawns which have me a bit drained. That and there was a strong feeling by many we’d have this wrapped up LAST YEAR!
If you take a step back you realise this BB is the same conversations day after, week after week. There’s a lot of great posters with superb knowledge but the best thing to do is go live your life.
The things you could achieve rather than watching and reading about something where nothing happens.
Something will have to happen at some point, we’ve all just got to hope it’s soon.
It sucks but in the world of investing it may take years to get full value, that's the game.
From lockdown a little perhaps, from this share absolutely not, why would a share which holds millions of ounces of metals that are all heading north in a super cycle be shattering?. Exciting is the word i would use, look at that Rhodium price, look at its 12 month chart.....beautiful!
