why should we listen to you, you have only been registered since 20th November last, hardly a long term holder to be respected!
i started this post dory ! I am curious too however whilst i believe the information should be published unlike you i dont assume it is so until i know !! Hence the question/post. Thats your problem among many you think you are right when tbh many people on here smarter than you ( well most actually ) are prepared to have an opinion but accept they dont actually know !! Every post you post is negative if you genuinely hold shares then your behavior makes you dumber than you appear ! which frankly is quite a feat in itself :)
You might not be a deramper, but I don't get what you want DORE.
You call the company rubbish, you think DS and CS are lying about the assets, you question whether the BOD can get this over the line, you don't believe the company is worth its MCAP.
Why are you still here? You have highlighted several red flags that no sane person who as you claim, is still in profit, would continue to stay invested in.
Why haven't you sold up? Because you know there is serious money still to be made here, either that or your too greedy to take your profits.
Dore (Bore) alert - paid deramper trying to spread doubt amongst honest shareheolders... Maybe we should all sell and he'll be happy. What a filthy slimy character .... and his associates.
dore try reading some stuff ! past sales with binding offers where a higher bid is accepted after the agreement are always punitive to the seller and therefore cost the new buyer a significant premium ! Those are facts ! not random musings of an intellectually challenged fantasist! or you for short.

Do you actually hold shares in EUA if so please do yourself a favour and sell them and move on.
Just read through your recent chat history and Holding here (if you do ?) is obviously making you very miserable.
The bidding war if there is one/has been one is all happening behind closed doors.
The offer if we get one IMO will be the final one and locked in with lawyers so there is no possible way they will other bids to out bid them.

The DFS is for WK, in all intents and purposes is probably not material for the share price. If it was it would have been released. Fact.
NDA does not cover shareholders. Fact.
If the FSP was the reason for not releasing the DFS it would have been mentioned in the RNS.
dore123 quite possibly every word you type is a croc ! Once the fsp is concluded there will be massively punitive break clauses ! So that while possible the " counter bid " would have to be orders of magnitude higher than the agreed price !
@DORE123
Do you think they might have asked the authority to withhold said document for a while if not you should be able to find it pretty easily.
Because we would include any aggressive outside bidding party. The buyers who have spent months in the FSP have rights which need protecting, not only them but the investment banks who are working on a success fee basis.
You want the info? Go and join the FSP via UBS and table a non-binding offer at a similar level to the buyers who have went through the whole process to date. It is set up for that reason and run in a particular buyer privileged manner to attract buyers to the FSP, to get the further into of the target company you have to go via the FSP.

Thanks CAW1, that was the response that was quoted to me....
DORE, that is indeed a very good point. If all suitors already know the details of the DFS, why can't we? It's not like we will suddenly make a bid.
It seems very unfair tbh.
@DORE123
I do not want to sound condescending but did you actually know what a DFS was prior to this share ? I will lay a £ to a P that you thought it was a furniture store.

A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF UN-RESEARCHED FROM THIS 'starbuck'....
It doesn't take much research into Russian Mining Laws to establish why resource figures have not been quoted. This isn't due to lack of, it's because the amount has clearly passed a threshold well in excess of the 2m.oz mark.
All discussed in the telegram group.

@DORE123
You are winning the race for the stupidest comment by a country mile this morning.
The one with the deepest pockets!!!!!!!
'To me selling a company is in effect like a shop window, you want all your best produce "out on display" I was surprised it wasn't published!'
Yeah, but in this instance this wasn't a shop window style sale.
This was a few individuals walking into a shop, spotting something incredible/rare that they wanted for themselves and didn't want anyone else to have or know about. The shopkeeper wasn't desperate to sell it, he knew the item would eventually be worth a lot more in the future.
Once the shopkeeper found out these individuals were serious about buying it, he took them to the basement and told them to fight it out.
The question is who will return alive from basements? Or will they all be coming out of the basement together as a team?
The produce on display will have been on display to those party to the NDA, this is part of their requirement and should this information be released thus breaking the NDA all bets (sale) are off.
We have trust in the BoD because no one else is going to bring this home for us.

Hi, good morning, I didn't see the response from A1ex, it may even have been a "tweet" but I think it was something to do with Russian Laws but I may be totally wrong, I am only repeating what someone quoted to me????
Any company listing on AIM as a PLC has a duty to inform it's shareholders in a timely manner of price sensitive information. Anyone entering an FSP with a listed company would be aware of that.
A potential buyer cannot insist on shutting down price sensitive information.
Reserves at WK are highly important, EUA can only produce what they have proven up to reserve levels.
On EUA's website the reserve figure for WK has been the same since September 2017. They have been infill drilling to add to reserves ever since and constantly saying they will update shareholders as to results but haven't.
EUA are saying they are aiming for 700kg + of production per year from WK. The current reserves given give a mine life of 3 odd years so knowing how much they have added to reserves is somewhat important to shareholders going forward.
All my opinion.
I asked about the DFS a while ago. Apparently A1ex has posted a reason for its non publication, official reasons rather than a lack of transparency.
median I think you means the DFS, but yes that is a very good point you make
Cheers Lancerman, let’s hope for some news on FSP soon then. GL
