I love it when derampers say stuff like “can anyone give me a sensible reason....” By now there are hundreds of sensible posts on this bb (amongst thousands of nonsense posts). It’s just a deramping tactic to belittle all the positive posts in one go and suggesting that anything positive can’t be sensible.
On the subject of suspension, M&A is a fairly common reason for a long suspension. No, it didn’t happen with sxx or gfrd. Guess what, those are ftse companies where a sudden offer won’t multibag the sp, so less need for suspension.
In fact, those who have been listening for a while will know they suspension was expected by many to happen before an announcement of a deal. Now that it’s happened ppl seem shocked, like it came out of the blue. It didn’t. This is bang in the middle of the blue!
you do talk some right **** you,
TerryL….need to know basis mate lol
and btw i am not refering to me lol what i have invested wont bankrupt me, mrs might castrate me if i lose it though :)
agree but my point had nothing to do with investing anything, my only point was 5k is a fortune to some, calling it a paltry amount came across as sneering a little
sorry if i got it wrong however back to euraisa i think we are in for a nice surprise, bad news would have been published by now good luck all
Hi Portsmouth, well said sir you have hit the nail on the head with that post..
Anyone who sold out and was hoping to get back in at a lower price has no sympathy from me ,
They were warned for months beforehand by myself and posters far more knowledgeable than myself that they were taking a hell of a risk ,so we're forewarned beforehand and now it's just sour grapes I'm afraid ...
Your missing the point elenor but never mind
Here is a post from Throneofgames from last December:- please read to see his research....ha ha

I have a small stake but...24 Dec 2019 18:07
thinking of increasing my holding. I'm not loyal to any share like some posters here seem to be. I'm only here for the money. I only know that they mine Palladium and other metals / minerals somewhere in Russia. Can anyone give me three reasons why they will increase substantially? I normally stick to FTSE 250 and Nasdaq / NYSE stocks that pay dividends. I had SXX for a while but got fed up looking at it and sold at a small profit.
He knows nothing and has to ask...says it all
Gecko generally agree with you but just want to point out 5 k might be paltry to you but to others it’s a fortune and in some cases life savings
Throneofgames, good afternoon, may I say you have used a lot of words in that post of yours to say absolutely nothing of value, you have invested a small amount of £5000 pounds, you obviously did not do your homework and maybe even cheated and copied somebody else's work and presented it as your own, teacher will not be happy, because had you done the working out yourself you would not only have obtained the answer but learned how you got to the answer along the way. It would appear that you just jumped in on this stock as it rose quickly up the charts hoping for a quick profit, well unlucky, good things come to those who wait, the clever and astute investors here do all their own homework and know what they are getting into and what the possible outcome scenarios would be along the way, and stock suspension was certainly ON our list of possibilities, as this blinder of a game by the management to sell assets and or full company at a time when its PGM basket was on a tear and in short supply made absolute sense of after 24 years of hard work, as the outcome of this gameplay plays out and the opponents jostle to finalize the outcome of this mega-deal for the last non-consolidated alluvial mine benefitting from lowest quartile cash costs, this is it, the last one left, ready to be bought out, the game is coming to a conclusion, brinkmanship is in play, we are all excited at what the outcome could be worth to each of us as shareholders.... You, sir, should not have invested in this stock as it is obviously causing you stress, may I suggest you go back to playing on your X box your obviously favorite Game of Thrones, as AIM is not for you and you have no clue as to what you have invested in. This stock suspension is of NO cause for concern as it was to be expected, but matters out of the company's hands have brought it forward, to where we are today, I personally do not expect any news next week.
Good luck to all genuine holders of this stock.
All the best
Hi @thronegames - "Also for those who value the company by multiplying the market price of Palladium by the number of ounces in the ground, a mining company is never valued in that way - there is a substantial discount to the market price" - you are suggesting knowledge of how valuations are made so based on that; what number would you put on this sale?
Throne games expert in straw man argument. For example none of the main crew value company without applying a discount. There are at least 10 pieces of strong evidence sale discussions are underway. Failing that palladium is soaring and we have finance in place. Sirius didn't have finance in place and no share price surge or clamour for shares with MM games and after hours trades. It was said the talks were ongoing for 9 months and fraser spent maybe 4 months reviewing his strategy and had his hand forced by going bust in March. We have cash cushion no debt. All the signs are you are not paying much attention and just like the sound of your own voice. Nobody is counting chickens but if hubris or optimism upsets you eff off back to your boring shares.
I would of thought the value of the asset's possibly for sale , must be based on the estimated weight of the precious minerals in the ground and perceived longevity of the license's and of course ease of extraction , which we have in abundance !
Thronegames, We have yet to hear of any sense from de-rampers, hence they are labelled bot -flies , they have no facts, only wistful opinions, and like you, offer very little for genuine debate, your post contradicts yourself so many times, its laughable, so unless you can offer us LTH 'S a degree of fact to debate, then may I kindly suggest you go away
Well put Thronegames. Finally a sensible voice.
...about the deafening silence following the suspension of this share. If it was simply a matter of clarifying the relationship with CITIC as per RNS then it should have been sorted in a couple of days; it's unreasonable to leave shareholders in the dark for weeks.
For those who think there is some bidding war going on in the background I would say I admire your optimism - we should have heard news by now. For example Anglo's recent takeover bid for SXX was announced without the shares of SXX being suspended for weeks. Also for those who value the company by multiplying the market price of Palladium by the number of ounces in the ground, a mining company is never valued in that way - there is a substantial discount to the market price. I've read very little sense on this board to date; the whole pirate / Galleon joke is wearing thin. Anyone who posts sense amongst these comic book exchanges is labelled a 'Bot-fly' - whatever that is, or a 'de-ramper'. And before anyone responds in the usual childish paranoid manner, I stand to lose £5k here; not a disaster as I'm well diversified, but disappointing nonetheless. I haven't yet come across a share that has been suspended for so long without any news but then I don't have much experience investing on AIM although I have over 20 years experience investing on mainstream markets. Can anyone provide a sensible rationale for such a long silence from the company?
