Cheers LB28, thank you.
It is very simple, the Company is now officially in an "Offer Period" - this means that under 8.31 (I think) of the code - any entity with over 1% holding must declare their position. Expect a lot more of those TR1's to show up over the next couple of days - including the BoD and other II's, even maybe a couple of Retail Investors who have very deep pockets.
Just had a peek into the past to refresh my memory, here is the post from Bigmj:-

RE: Good morning 18 Nov 2019 08:17
I just gave notice to convert all of my 11,833,333 warrants this morning , this should be virtually all of the outstanding 0.6p warrants, I think there is maybe another 2m to go. If the MMs are expecting to find these on the market they will have a nasty shock, I wont be selling these anytime soon..
It will be nice to see Bigmj pop in ...
All the best.
I had forgot about bigmj ian, it will be interesting to see if he appears again on the chat boards while this goes on.
Very well done.
GLA
As Harts points out his 32 mil shares are currently worth circa £2.4m and probably only cost £160,000 at 0.5p...
When will Bigmj show up with his nice pot, what was it now 13m just in warrents .... :-)
Astute guys!
Well done I say.
I know this isn't a short - but I thought any short greater than 0.5% had to be previously declared to the market?
Why do they have to declare in the first place ?will it mitigate losses ?sorry don't understand lol...
as commented on the other forum, it will be interesting to see notifications of short positions come through
in the runup to suspension there were huge trades going through. £100k+ at a time, many a day. The big boys were loading (this guy is probably one of them) and the writing was on the wall. I said it then! I guess we might find out where some of the other big trades went now we are at the business end of sale if holders have to declare. GLA. Sadly I'm not in the 1% club :(
Did you notice under Connections tab for Mr Taylor it states "City Merchants". I thought, for a brief moment I read it as "connection with.....CitIC Merchant. lol.
why not?....given the share price last year, it would have been an investment of c. £100k
nope.
Anyone with an interest (long or short) of 1% or greater must declare it within 10 business days of the offer period (1st July)
Not seen this before. Does rule 8.3 of Takeover Code means you have to declare any interest (or short) position from 1%+ . I presume we will be getting a list of others having to declare including any big shorters like the TW club or "affiliates"? Or am I reading this wrong?
potentially £100k purchase last autumn...not a bad return to have continued to hold.
could be a few pi's on the notification listing
Phil Taylor the darts player?
That is quite some holding. Good to see them coming out of the woodwork already!
GLA
At 7p it's worth £2.24m!
I know huge!
is that not just the day he filed it? How could he buy yesterday
Apologies read it wrongly was reading on my phone with a poor layout for the table. Good to see.
NOT Declared short position
Hart
'Interest' not a 'short'....
Interesting short position declared from Philip Taylor, TW’s boss lol?
