Telsa battery day!!!!!
No one knows the number of interested parties apart from the BOD. All we know is multiple so could be this many but we don't know for certain.
Inforapound sorry where is this info on 7 interested parties? I only see multiple?
7 interested parties? They said "several" but I've not heard that number being mentioned before where did you hear this, I don't recall them ever using a number other than "several" or "multiple"?
Great time to buy in or top up , well done , wish I had more funds too but I’m all in here now , 3 top ups since my original investment
Nearly 13 weeks into a FSP and they still have 7 interested parties says it all for me
Top up or hold
I’d get in GAW right now...no brainer £150 by Xmas.
VAL taking off...hopefully finally doing catch up with the other pharmaceuticals:)
Just bought £22.5k as I’m not at all worried. Maybe stupid but time will tell
got another dilema, cashed out my SYME on no RNS this morning for £750 only a small stake, do i reinvest in syme and hope to make that to say £1300 fairly soon or wack it in EUA?
It's normal to get a bit worried when your investment drops in value. If you didn't, you would be deluded or a bit arrogant. It's certainly a test of nerve, and a personal financial decision for us all, which is why I personally welcome ALL opinions.
Well I added some more at 17.8 and sold a bit of alba to
Do it!
Come on baby come home to daddy!! Lol
Daniel; same here. Only just avoided a massive loss on SXX (but suffered a loss none the less). Different company here, solid BoD, imminent sale, lots of background market turbulence. Keep the faith, go and re-read some recent RNS's. Ask yourself what's changed, and remind yourself why we're all here. Good luck!
"You should only buy a stock if you'd be delighted to see it drop by 50% for no reason so that you can buy some more" - Rick Rule (words to that effect)
In hindsight we'd have all sold at 28p and buy back in at however low this goes obviously. If it was that easy we'd all be multimillionaires by now.
Last week buying at 19p was declared a bargain top up opportunity, and I too was happy to buy more @19.5p, now it feels like that was a mistake (again in hindsight obviously) but looking at the charts it's pretty clear every day is now as high as this sp is going to be unless we get some major news of some sort.
We seem to be dropping 4-6% a day nearly every day and have been for a month and there's no reason why that won't continue until if/when the sell happens, which is going to get a bit scary even for the most hardened LTH's surely.
me too if I am honest, downward trajectory for the last month. Patience not my strength and has cost me dear (sadly time only ever runs out for humans, so I find it hard to believe in patience). Left NCYT at around a pound in March, left Indiv at 43p just before it went up to over £1.20p. When I did try and have some patience (waiting in SXX for the SP to recover) .... well we know what happened next. Pd still close to $2300 so holding up ok. GLA
They can drop the sp down as much as they like ....
But they won’t be getting any of my shares ,,
Stop the panicking , keep away if you can’t handle the drop
I think you mean hindsight. Unfortunately how do you predict the short term top of the market for a company under a FSP?
This is just dragging now...Wishful thinking I should have sold at 28p and dumped the profits into OCADO:(
Oh well...see where we are come Xmas...
Certainly nothing to worry about unless you are day trading the share, anyone holding for a sale will be handsomely rewarded (IMO DYOR).
Only reason to worry if you are trading is that you have a 50/50 chance of being in when the RNS lands.
My view is the ACF report was published to benchmark sale of Eurasia to buyers prior to the flanks being approved, in which valuations must have been appealing to buyers as there are still multiple interested parties and UBS & CITIC have since signed up on a success fee basis. Also some BoD members are only compensated if a deal is concluded so everything points to a sale happening and there going to be sizeable fees for those stake holders working on a success fee basis to make it all worth while.
We’re in good hands just switch off until the offer RNS lands
Understandable how people are getting worried here - on the face of it it could appear that there is something wrong.. then the rumours start about the Board re-shuffle etc etc. NOTHING has changed.. only market sentiment generally.. metals are a little out of favour due to the current Dollar strength. but you all have a choice..
but I know mine.. and im staying to find out 100% deal or no deal ? as Mrs Edmonds would say..
We are now at the end of 12 weeks of formal sale process , a time frame when majority of sales are announced , will we get an offer on table ???
UBS surely don’t want this to drag on indefinitely, BOD wrap it up an move on .
forgot to add.... His view was the only possible reason for the bod changes at this particular and sensitive moment would be because it has been requested !! In his and my view to just randomly shuffle the bod NOW without a very very good and very imminent reason would rattle potential buyers unless they stipulated or requested it as a condition !!!!!
P.S. Covid lockdown??
When did a UK government of any colour last get anything right?
I invested in EUA on an article I read 2006.. that investment companies use the shotgun approach that is investing in a number of AIM companies with a minimum of research and even if the vast majority fail if just one comes through it is a good profit after covering the other losses.
I invested in ORSU, AMC & EUA.. lost on ORSU broke even on AMC.. made a nice profit on EUA and still holding.
so maybe the shotgun approach works
Ive been buying the dips and now hold probably more than i want too lol which of course wont be enough once the news breaks :) Had a chat with a copper trader friend and he thinks this is a no brainer, and the second there is the slightest whiff on the vine this will rocket. Wasn't a recommendation, more of a keep the faith and all will be well kinda vibe.gla
