Approx 3 wks or so me thinks...
What is the period of time allowed for voting prior to the AGM?
Cheers Mac thanks for the info, getting closer.
@bae. If attending in person, the body language will tell all !
Agreed
But they have a duty on the AGM under AIM rules to release price sensitive info.
Oxygen
Perfect question leaves the BOD no wriggle room, but would they answer?
I hope this comes to a conclusion at the AGM
Can only live in hope
GLA
First question at the AGM will be ‘ Has that Credible Party referenced in your RNS 12th May 2021, now formally declined to proceed ….a simple Yes or No will suffice, thank you “. The next question will be a little more blunt !
A number of people on here are fixated by the upcoming AGM and the possibility of news being released prior to this, totally understandable. But let’s not forget the AGM is a legal requirement. If the EUA BoD have critical information to convey to shareholders they have the RNS service and if a shareholder vote is required they can call an EGM at any time.
Fully agree Dshox, the timing of it is a very big indicator of what is to come.
It has been a long time after due diligence was said to have been completed, so, even that backs up the coming to completion case theoretically.
The metals are needed for the green industrial revolution, there is no workaround at this stage. Chances are that NN will scoop Eurasia's Monchegorsk assets up as they know that they can still operate effectively. They are also cleaning up their entire industrial act, that's a good thing no matter which way you look at things. Yesterday there was a string of tweets from them, one of which had workers going around picking up and bagging rubbish, so, it appears it at an 'all levels' case tbh.

I also thought your post was well written and structured, always a pleasure to read such posts.
Mac @ 15:26 "Experts vs Green boxes, the choice is very easy imho"
Most of the so called green boxes on this forum are experts in how much bull you post on here.
The only experts you're actually posting about are the ones that have dragged out this sale process far longer than any of us imagined it would take. When Ian first started his posts about when the big RNS will drop did anyone guess it could be well in to 2022 or even 2023? The reality is we have absolutely no idea what is going on or when it's going to conclude so when you talk about experts, there are definitely none on here who are experts in EUA.
AGM appears a timely occasion to wrap this up and expecting an RNS very 'shortly'. EUA has never seen logic in setting deadlines for offers because if the date passes and your potentially best offeror hasn't shown its hand, what then? I do believe Artem's move to iNED is a sign its coming to a close and the size of M&A he associates himself with, a nod to potential quantum. For those complaining of no RNS updates, we can confidently blame AIM for that. Sorry Kira, you can thank Trump for the west learning not to sanction metals it needs hence why Potanin has a rare exemption.
Brookkers, you simply come with attempts and arguments while providing nothing to back up what you say.
It is all in RNS, i can't help that, they have provided us all with the relevant information over time. The comprehension part is far from patronising, that's just what you have to do, put all of the provided info together and comprehend what they have told all of us.
GLA
Let me help you.
From the OED: 'patronizing' - "treat with an apparent kindness which betrays a feeling of superiority"
It's all there in black and white - you just have to read it and comprehend tbh!
Luv it Mr Wolfe!!
M Turner,
Excellent post, and can you all stop replying to Kira, its pointless and very tedious. Ignore and it will go away.
Mac - perhaps you could look up the definition of patronizing and cut and paste it on to the board for us
Do we know of any general meetings approaching, anyone? Yes, that's right. i believe we do don't we!
"Such a disposal would require shareholders' consent, an announcement which contains the information set out in Schedule Four to the AIM Rules; and be accompanied by a circular containing the details of the disposal and convening a general meeting to approve it."
The timing of his appointment could very much point to something possibly looking to be wrapped up for the incoming general meeting. Now hey, no crying, it's just a theory based on the timing of his recent position, we are towards the end of May after all!

The AGM is coming up, I think we can start to see some material news being released. Whilst it’s frustrating waiting for material news. I have trusted the BOD numerous times before and they have never ceased to disappoint as of yet. Whist it would be nice for the company to move to the sound of my drum. It would be naive to think that such a complex sale wasn’t going to take time. Dimitry was always clear that they would take the route that leads to the correct price being achieved. That implied we would have to have confidence in the intentions of the BOD in achieving an asset sale and thus an liquify event. So whilst I would like to have received material news earlier, I continue to trust that the way things are happening are for a good reason. It’s relative, attacking Mac achieves nothing. Whilst it may be frustrated for those feeling frustrated with the situation, his posts provide a platform to continue discussion and posts are very quickly losts as muck appears to posted endlessly by some posters.. whilst some may not like Macs endless optimism, in the end if a deal comes through in a week, a month or a few.. He will have been right for his optimism. Sentiment can change very quickly as it has many times before. Character attacks add nothing..
It is all structured to follow the Aim rules, particularly this one -

"If the Company was to dispose of both of its Assets, then AIM Rule 15 (Fundamental Changes of Business) would apply. Such a disposal would require shareholders' consent, an announcement which contains the information set out in Schedule Four to the AIM Rules; and be accompanied by a circular containing the details of the disposal and convening a general meeting to approve it."
The entire thing is being structured to suit the Aim rules which the have to adhere to.
GLA
For Eurasia v.2.0 Brookkers, yes. But, we are not at Eurasia v.2.0 yet are we, we have to have a fundamental change of business to role in to once the significant assets disposal takes place. It is all in black and white in RNS tbh, you merely have to comprehend it.
INED at this stage is to finalise the asset sales, his role will undoubtedly change once we roll in to Eurasia v.2.0 and the Green hydrogen and Ammonia begins.
GLA
Presume Artem's effective promotion is a governance check given his large M&A background and probably yes, some useful relationships to get it done!
much more likely to have been appointed because of his contacts and relationships .... imo
Now now Mr_Wolfe don't sit on the fence you will get splinters.
I couldn't have said it it better Mr Wolfe
