TC101 and all
As I have said before 56p and mortgage goes over £1 makes my life a lot easier anything over £2 and me and the wife can retire so £3.50 is more than life changing
I don’t want to have millions the main thing in life is to be healthy and happy it’s no good having millions if you can’t get out the house and it’s no good being the healthiest person if you can’t afford to eat and pay bills you have to find the balance between the two
Ah well that’s my philosophical viewpoint for today
As usual GLTA
P.S I don’t think it will hit £35, I’ll be happy with a quid, any amount higher brilliant. For me this is a way of setting my expectations.
Arsenalles - completely agree with this. I topped up a couple of thousand shares yesterday. Have a tiny amount compared to the holdings of others but it’s all good and I genuinely want all of us to do well.
However if hoochies £35 prediction comes in, my tiny holding would make me more comfortable but hey, if any of us make a decent return, that’s the aim of the investing game.
GLA, prediction that we will know the outcome in 2021 still stands.
Hi all
Just topped up a little bit only 1039 shares at 25.3 but every little bit helps don’t get paid till next Friday and the EGM is before then and did not want to miss out on anything
It doesn’t matter how many shares people have 1000 or 10 million it will all make a difference to their own lives in some way or another
you cut your suit according to your cloth so the old saying goes
Thanks then Lamstree and good luck to you, a nice size holding.
All the best.
Lamstree, you state that Ian’s going to be very wealthy. He’s already wealthy in my book with 4.2 million shares. That’s £1m there at today’s price. I could live a splendid life with that! But of course Ian may already be fabulously well off and £1m is peanuts to him!
Morning Stix,
Thanks, and to you also! I will have to give a fair chunk to HMRC though! not all protected from CGT, unfortunately!
All the best.
well done Ian (nice. bit of booty)
tilly we are stuck on a reef , need to reduce some weight ! all non essentials overboard not the rum !
Hi, Newtothisgame,
Why do I sense the sarcasm in your post!
:-)
Do you hold more?
Morning Newtothisgame,
I have previously said, but currently only 4.2 million.
All the best.
Many shareholders have already made over £1m with this stock, so yes some may be selling some stock to crystalize gains!
-
The current FSP is starting to take a perceived overly long time, so must be failing? .... NO still in full swing, the company has said so!
-
The company turnover does not reflect the current share price, it is overpriced? .... NO, the company is an exploration company primarily, and on the cusp of going full swing into mining! it has a lot to offer going forward in a buyout!
-
The company is in Russia? ...... NEXT!
-
The company is thinking of performing a rights issue or selling more stock to raise vital cash! ..... Really? The company only wishes to correct a missing previously passed annual resoloution to ENABLE them to go that route IF THEY EVER require it!
...... Currently, they have NO debt, cash positive, millions in the bank, and access to loans like the $150m Sinosteel deal.
-
They will need to raise this money to fund the future expansion with the JV over the nine new mines! ..... Really? The company has only stated the deal is a great one for the company! they have not actually said they will mine it themselves! That is only an assumption! bearing in mind the late arrival of the JV deal when the company is in the assumed last throws of selling off the company, WHY now, can only conclude, that the JV deal is for the new buyer to pursue! EUA has only paid upfront $500,000 to get its foot in the door and gain a two-year exclusivity period!
-
Remember, this is not some distressed company sale, far from it, this is the sale now of a world-class collection of assets that rival the Bushveld Complex in South Africa, it is not going to be sold on the cheap!
-
How do we know the whole company sale is preferred, over just the sale of its assets! ..... Originally, the company quote was 'The sale of the company OR its assets' that seemed to change and has recently been worded thus ' The sale of the company AND its assets'
-
Just my latest thoughts, if any new news is forthcoming things may change of course!
-
I think the company is virtually sold and all this last-minute stuff is just dotting the i's and crossing the t's, WHY call for an EGM when you don't appear to need cash!
-
An extraordinary general meeting is usually only called when the company has something that urgently requires some attention! Raising Cash would seem to be low on the current list with our cash availability and upcoming sale!
-
Join the dots I say :-) we will soon know one way or the other!
Good luck all.
