I agree with the replies, but lets play your game and say I agree, which all your posts are total BS conjecture too. Move on fella.
Sure this TDT can’t be short? Leaving an open short on a upward share? If so this shows how stupid some people are and he will pay dearly for his stupidity. Or he just bitter as now he got FOMO. You decide.
An asset for sure.
But a banker.
Especially useful if you're buying, so here it might point to his connections opening the right doors for a part sale, restructure and/or a Digital Metals investment with Lybrion.
Oh dear TDT,
I can feel your pain in every word you write.
Burn Baby Burn!
Just remember the song, the shorters hate the LTHs song lol
we're going to be rich, rich, filthy stinking rich
we're going to watch, watch, watch those shorters burn
We're going to be rich, rich, it's time for our turn!

It's all in RNS -
"CITIC Merchant provides M&A advisory"
"This Company's discussions on its projects have continued with potential buyers at and after the global mining conferences of Indaba and PDAC"
"The interest from the Banks is originating from the recent palladium acquisitions namely Stillwater for c. US$2bn by Sibanye in 2017 and NAP for approximately CAD$1bn by Impala Platinum earlier this month."
GLA
I think what people need to remember is that we're not at the start of all of this, that was back in oct, and as such each stage requires certain expertise.
We're on the home stretch, the execution of the deal stage, it's pretty much there in black and white in the latest RNS. The home stretch requires the legal paperwork for any transaction, no paperwork = no deal, therefore no paperwork = just discussing. Imho
GLA
I disagree Tr1ck, we already had a m & a expert, brought in at the start of all of this ;)
ALEXEI CHURAKOV
Strategic advisor to the board
Mr. Churakov is a former Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley senior investment banker specialized in the mining sector. He has a background in cross-border M&A transactions operating from Moscow, London and New York. Alexei brings his extensive experience in mining M&A as well as maintaining a hands on approach at operational level.

Having divested, JV'd and integrated over the years - though sub £billion - I'd say it's the global M&A experience rather than simply the law degree.
As a bare minimum, you need strength in both the commercial and legal fields to run a successful negotiation.
From having spent time at both Harvard Law and Harvard Business schools, I'd say lawyers and businessmen take very different approaches into negotation. And different skills and weaknesses.
If EUA are doing multiples at the same time, e.g. sell MT and a Digital Metals JV, that will take a lot of effort. Directing your agents then making sure the principles of the deal are accurately reflected in the contract is not straightforward.
There are also some well-documented cultural aspects of negotiating with Russians that can often be exploited if not acknowledged and countered.
All imho

Thanks Pompey, we are soon to be moving to the wilds of Exmoor and any spoils from here will give us an enormous boost to develop the property. Regardless of outcome here this is the most exciting time of my life.
All the best.
And to stop any confusion about the latest NED, we have all been told why he is here -
"who as a qualified lawyer and M&A practitioner will strengthen our execution team"
GLA
Hi Trift..thanks for that ..could be interesting development.
I’m very well thanks ..this will fund my winters in Los Cristianos for years to come.
Sure you will do well also ..good luck matey
i suspect TDT’s conjecture is actually a different one.
And TDT, you were told this back in oct but you have chose to ignore it the whole time -
"The Banks have agreed to work on a success fee basis"
Banks don't work for nothing.
GLA
Not at all TDT, they can't tell us that one is signed due to confidentiality agreements. If they say one is signed they then have to disclose the particulars of the engagement to the market, which in turn goes against any confidentiality.
If that is the only straw you have to clutch at, you already know you've well and truly lost.
Until any legal paperwork is done, we are at the discussion stage TDT. Once the legal paperwork is done, we then have a deal on the table, which then leads to final percentage fee agreement with 3rd party. Every thing gets signed and it's champers all round.

Good morning Pompey. There should be some info, whether relevant or not, quite early tomorrow and as an early riser I will relay stuff to this board but I do need to be a little bit careful for various reasons. The link on this thread should lead all to any interesting developments and I will leave it to the more seasoned posters to develop ideas should there be any links.
FWIW, If links are made to EUA tomorrow, it could be timely and necessary for news from EUA simultaneously but this is just a personal hunch.
By the way congratulations to you about your recent news and I hope that any future spoils from your EUA holdings enhance your life further still.
GLA
Trift
TDT....
''Surely they must have signed by now''
Pure conjecture on your part.
Surely you must realise that!
PS - some smart cookies there and the top man is did uni in the Urals.
Many thanks Trift
Good morning Saxon.
https://lab.lybrion.com/
Morning Trift, have you got a link for Lybrion please, I’d like to take a look!
22:44, so he might be a good person to try to ensure
the company acts legally and abides by regulations.
Exactly Bellers. The deal isn’t going to be struck over a pint and a game of pool in the Red Lion with Boozy Suzy slavering in the corner and talking to himself (TDT).
Good morning y’all...lovely day..Trift look forward with anticipation to your report to the board.
Good one tillywhiz and have a good day yourself.
Tomorrow is start of June ...methinks a great month for EUA.....AIM blockbuster
Have a great day everyone...pompey
If my remuneration was decided by shares I would be wringing the last penny for the deal as I ‘m sure the bod will be. :-)
