WAI JORC de-risks Monchetundra Flanks
Eurasia Mining (EUA.L) an AiM-quoted Russian Pd / battery metals dominated PGM miner RNS 16 Dec 21 announced a JORC from Wardell Armstrong Intl. (WAI) for NKT (part of M Flanks Kola and north of West Nittis (WN). WAI assigns a low end NPV of US $1,188m, of which 80% is attributable to EUA shareholders. The deposit Inferred Mineral Resource are 50% Ni, 33% Pd and 13% Cu et al. We consider the WAI JORC de-risks Flanks in part. We may also use the inferred resources JORC to raise part of our mineral assumptions. WAI uses a much lower WACC than our NPV. Our new WACC is still approx. 33% higher vs. WAI. Our EUA EV rises to $3.5bn. We use significantly lower long run Ni price and Cu price and a 20% higher Pd price vs. spot, suggesting an Implied EUA VR GBp 115-127. If we use Pd spot price our valuation still rises.
Sale price of 10 milli…hahaha.
Keep em coming joker. Do you not see it wrong that you converse more with people who have no wish to speak to you than your own daughter?
Bad guy.

Have a peep at this mate, it was posted on another board by 8adger:
SEVERAL NEW MEGAPROJECTS ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED IN THE AMUR REGION
Field development
— The development of the Evgenyevsky apatite deposit in the Tyndinsky district opens up the possibility of producing fertilizers both for the agricultural sector of the Amur Region and for export to other regions. Another major project is the development of the Kun-Manye copper-nickel deposit. New production facilities will provide many jobs, and will also be able to significantly replenish the region's budget with tax payments, - commented Vasily Aleksandrovich.

This is more relevant to AMC but it's yet another example of the lengths the Russian Federation are going to to get the arctic regions more commercial. The same as our 'proposed' EUAv2 based around hydrogen/ammonia covering a large expanse of ports in the north of the country.
They are actively encouraging investment by foreign companies and in our case they are partnered with us on the Rosgeo licences. We could very well be selling to Norilsk Nickel for all we know therefore everything will be Russian owned.
Time will tell, all the best
I don't think they RNS'ed that it was BAU - just that there are no sanctions that affect the strategy. Other indirect effects of the war are clearly tarpitting things, though.
I suspect there may be a tax imposed on the sale but if assets stay in Russia or transferred to brick economy then should be no issue. As long as the deal creates jobs etc
Good enough for me but not the dummy spitting malcontents who are "apparently" holders in a company and BOD they despise. Go figure?
Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman commented: "The Directors are pleased that Artem Matyushok, a high profile M&A professional has agreed to join Eurasia. The experience of Artem and his knowledge of Eurasia can significantly speed up our Russian assets sale process".
James Nieuwenhuys, CEO and Managing Director of Eurasia commented: "We welcome Artem Matyushok on board to progress our M&A journey".
Amur
Agreed, we have no idea what is happening behind the scenes, the only thing we can go off is what we are told via RNS. They have told us it's completely BAU which does not appear to be the case seeing as though they are in Trappist Monk Mode.
All the best
Fair points Tygra - all the best.
Stonk
I can see your point but just like the Kinross deal there are no blocks on selling assets or repatriating cash. Our subsidiaries are all Russian legal entities and as stated by the BoD, we are not using any sanctioned financial institutions for any of our accounts.
Putting all of our collective conjectures aside, all of this is what the expensively assembled BoD, UBS, DLA Piper, Simmons & Simmons et al are paid for. They've been dealing with this for years yet we are still in the dark which is what I find completely ridiculous. NDA's don't cover everything our company does nor can they. We are being failed at every turn and until the sale RNS arrives (if it ever does), we are unlikely to get out of single digits.
All the best mate, let's hope for some clarity soon.
Stonk - well said. Completely unpredictable.
As a shareholder I really would prefer to wait a couple of years because the SP is incredibly low right now. If the war ends and the geopolitical situation improves we get more from an asset sale. Have waited for a few years and will wait a few years more.
Since the invasion I have been expecting either a de listing due to the war making operations impossible or an even longer wait. Obviously prefer the latter.
Ultimately the proceeds of any sale must get out of Russia to the UK company. It is that cash path that I suspect the board are trying to keep on the low-down. So yes, a BRICS deal may well be in progress (I personally think it is), but it is very much in the BoD's interest as significant personal shareholders to ensure the path for the proceeds is clear before signing the deal. I think it is the establishment of such a safe route that is keeping this under the radar. Even a BRICS buyer will need to buy Russian assets from the UK company - how would Putin feel about enabling that cashflow,? I don't know, and I suspect the BoD don't either yet. Just my unqualified opinion.
With due respect that isn't true. A sale of assets of any material size that rewards UK shareholders is not a great message from a Russian perspective right now. Yes they would be more than happy to see a sale of Russian assets to a BRICS company but beneficiaries of that would be very sensitive indeed. They could repatriate the assets and sell them anyway. I expect EUA have been holding off hoping for a resolution in Ukraine because the way the Russian authorities behave immediately on any significant news is completely unpredictable.
'Is it really this hard for people to understand why EUA are being very very quiet right now??'
Complete and utter pure unadulterated nonsense. What do you think the Russian Federation who are openly discussing foreign investment in the Kola Region are going to do? Our partners, Rosgeo, the state controlled mining and development corporation aren't exactly 'in the dark' as to the workings of EUA and the FACT we have been in an asset sale process since late 2019 (officially).
This wonderful BoD who seem to all have Halos according to some on here have openly stated the company are NOT impacted by any sanctions, are NOT selling to ANY country imposing sanctions and are continuing BAU with NO impact on their ability to complete their M&A strategy and sell their Russian assets. The same BoD who recently appointed yet another 'expert' to, and I quote, 'Significantly speed up our Russian assets sale process'.
What next? China drops a few 'special fireworks' on Taiwan and then the sainted BoD can be excused for not being able to sell to China because it might look bad on BBC news?
Eurasia Mining, the ONLY mining company with assets in Russia NOT affected by sanctions that identifies as one that does.
They are sitting by while our market cap burns, it's up to them to put out the fire they started.
All the best
Skippysb01, sorry disagree, yes it is correct thing to do to keep head down and get deal done but firstly we are actually teamed up with Rosgeo, Russian authorities know about us. Secondly the "Russian authorities" would be more than happy a deal goes through, likely to a BRICS company, to show the world business goes on. Pretty sure the UK authorities know about us as well but when they found out we are selling our Russian assets the tacit nod was given to go ahead. Why wouldn't it be? We are exiting no different than any other company imo. Distasteful though that may be business always carries on in war times.
Skippy - we have a JV with Rosgeo - Russian government.
Exactly that, Skippy.
There is a massive geopolitical crisis with the war ongoing in Ukraine. There is in my view no way for EUA to announce a sale without attracting the attention of Russian authorities.
Is it really this hard for people to understand why EUA are being very very quiet right now??
So we got both nuts out today, I thought one of them said they were going to stay in the Y fronts and we wouldn't see them here again, obviously in need of attention like the other nut.
Most companies are really not interested in the share price unless they intend to raise funds or the BOD bonuses rely on it being a certain level or they are up for reelection.
EUA is up for sale so the current SP means nothing to the BOD, once the sale and price is announced the SP will rerate x10, x20, x30
They know what the numbers they have been offered are, ultimately if the sale goes through the current price won't matter as it will re-rate as soon as the RNS is released.
