Most of my research was based on info posted here..but with the proviso that I delve into it in depth.. I’ve got reams of it in a folder plus loads saved..which I go back through out of interest and the more I do so confirms my belief in EUA..so yea each to there own..but ok listen to others but most of all DYOR..gla pompey
Mac, keep them coming. Love reading your stuff.
Love it Bobby, can't wait for Neo`s answer to that one .........LOL
Indeed Andre, constant battle against FALSE info online. It can only be countered by keeping the facts in circulation and so that's why i will continue.
I don't need to give any opinion, the third party professional sources tell anyone what it what in black and white. People have eyes to read themselves and arrive at the correct clnclusions.
GLA
Absolutely agree re the research Mike, amazing that people bother to try and sway someone one way or another. So much information is available now compared to 15-20 years ago. Easy to find and check and make your own mind up.
Mike - 80% of folk want to be spoonfed, agree with what you say but thats ideal scenario and not reality. Reality is the world is super influenced by the wrong information, Facebook and many others including LSE thrive on it. It drives clicks and engagement, its why fake news (lies) travels 7 times faster in the digital world. Dont be so naive to think every investor does their due diligemce or not, most are lazy, and rely on others it how the psychology of the markets plays out so consistently at a micro and macro level. Just the regularity in this age is higher, more hype cycles and more crashes.
I really cant understand this constant arguing about people being influenced by info put own by others. If you choose not to do your own research then you shouldn't really be investing. People may put research forward and information they have discovered but its for the investor to assess and make their own judgement.
No one is going to influence me to sell or buy
WOW NEO,
you just said you sold at nearly double what it is now lol, so you held and sold when eua was 1b but dont think its worth 500m
you should be a fiction writer, PMSL, what a total crock of poo that story is

In other words neo you have a short open so your spouting crap, what a fool do one.
They post to disrupt and move any factual information off the first page here. They have various angles for doing so, some take the negative approach like the green boxes that yous are replying to. Others are more subtle, i've even seen instances of some of them wishing to take credit for certain info that has been brought here.
It's all very odd tbh, there isn't anyone who wouldn't think so as a legitimate shareholder.
Just filer them, they bring nothing to the table here, never have and never will.
GLA
Neo - you're either mad or running a deramper agenda. Find another share to plague!
All I can say Mac is this must be one hell of a sale, both in complexity and price. Unless of course there are multiple sales going on with multiple buyers. Time will tell.
NEO- if your so negative on EUA what the heck are you doing here pal??
It does start to become clear just how the vast majority of PIs lose their money in AiM when people would rather participate in grouptgink fantasy about 20 baggers tomorrow, than actually think through an investment case coldly and logically without confirmatiom bias. Time will show us who was correct in their analysis - if i am right i will have saved myself a big loss having sold these many months ago and they will come down to a low enough price to make it worth speculating on the risk-reward; if the rampers are right they will earn some level of profit at some level if they sell. The question with AiM small caps is when to take a profit or loss, or ride it further and risk riding all the way back down again or lower. I have a nice profit banked and can today buy back my holding for almost half what it was sold for, or dramatically increase my holding. Simply don't think it is a good risk-reward profile right now. At 5p and below that may well change. So happy to keep following for an opportunity for another speculation. But don't kid yourself that this is an investment at 25p, there simply isn't enough rnsed fact to make this worth >half a billion!
Filter or ignore the naysayers……have to admit my green box is filling up pretty quickly !
It’s plain to see why they are here…..doing a pretty poor job and it’s so clear who they are!
They are only here for Disruption !
Lots of assumptions Neo. I was always told never answer a question with a question but it seems you are not prepared to answer the very simple question.
I will let others decide ultimately what your motives are.
Friendsps, why don't you just do some m&a research yourself? See the timeframes involved from dd complete announcements until the deal is done. That will tell you a lot more about what is (not) happening here than anything anyone else tells you on a chat board. Wouldn't do you any harm to break out a calculator and see how much you've lost in realisable value comparing what you could've sold your holding for in the 40s or the 30s, and what you could sell it for today. Then ask yourself if greed based on fantasy will allow you to hold this back down into the teens and even lower with the no deal rns when it comes.
Number 5 on our (sellers) side has to come to us shareholders to vote on via an EGM, we vote it through and then it can finally be signed and the asset sales take place.
It has been a long process with Eurasia tbh, the 5 month DD is a good example of that, you don't see those type of time spans mentioned in any material that is readily available. But, it is still all moving along nicely and the M&A is firmly in the final stages.

Neocantus is the next troll into the bin. I don't want to be saved by him or his unsubstantiated garbage. I wonder what other names he has used, probably going to be able to keep himself company in Davy Jones Locker.
Bye bye Neocantus.
Mac is still repeating the same post claiming EUA have a potential 40moz that they have first mover advantage on and then Volchetundra to add as well.
21moz of the 40moz is not available as it occurs over a 100km away from MT and over 13moz of it has been bought up by Fedorova Resources who now have a first mover advantage over the remaining 8moz. Volchetundra is one of the JV areas and somewhere that EUA walked away from to concentrate on MT.
All of this should be known by anyone who has done any real research on EUA and as Mac has accepted that Fedorova Resources has bought out 13moz of the potential 40moz then why is he still claiming it's available.
You need to seriously question Mr Research's research and facts.
Quoting from past RNS's without adding what has changed since then is not fact based.
Neo,
I see your earlier post has been deleted where you stated due diligence has been completed and the fact it hasn't completed within a couple of days, the process has broken down. Just to enable me to understand your comments and your credibility, please explain your background in business which I assume include mergers and acquisitions.
Thanks
Buyers side -
6 -Negotiate and sign the deal. This is the point where you make a “go/no go” call. Use the products of your valuation models to create an initial deal, then present that deal to the target company. Next, you’ll enter a period of negotiations; the deal is finalized once both parties agree to and sign the deal.
7 - Perform due diligence. In M&A, due diligence refers to the evaluations you perform to ensure every detail is in order before you finalize a transaction. At this stage, the buyer should create financial modeling and operational analysis, as well as assess the culture fit of the two firms. The LOI should provide a ballpark for the timeline of due diligence (typically 30-60 days), but the schedule will vary depending on the firm. To get started, check out this comprehensive list of free due diligence templates.
8 - Create purchase and sale contracts. Once you’ve completed due diligence — assuming you haven’t uncovered any major issues — you write the final purchase and sale contracts, including the type of purchase agreement you are entering (i.e., a stock or asset sale). Once all relevant parties sign these contracts, the deal is considered closed.
Sellers (our) side -
3 - Enter into an exclusivity agreement. You are now locked into an exclusive deal with the buyer — you can’t pursue further negotiations or solicit interest from other potential buyers.
4 - Help facilitate the buyer’s due diligence. It can take more than two months for the buyer to complete their due diligence evaluations, but you, as the seller, can help expedite the process. Prepare all documentation ahead of time, and stay in close contact throughout the process, so you can swiftly handle issues as they arise.
5 - Get final board approval. When the buyer has completed due diligence and plans to move forward, solicit final board approval.
6 - Sign the definitive agreement. Once you sign the final agreement, the deal is closed — you have either merged with or been acquired by another company, and integration begins.

Agreed, sp28, when the big rns lands the sp movement will be massive! My guess is back down to 5p as a whole load of PIs and insiders dump the share when it's announced that the sale is not happening and they don't want to hold another 10 years or however many decades for it to get back up to 50p. No matter how many times people tell you that the slow bleed down from the 40s, through the 30s, now down to the low 20s, is good news, it is a matter of personal intelligence whether or not you see a halving of your holding value as a great thing!
Here Summit, go through this link, it explains things for both sides of the M&A table -
