I would love star wars day to be correct (May the 4th and all that) as this will transform many people's worlds (and give a little profit to smaller investors like me) However i thnk the process will take longer and would like to be down for full sale announced on June 1st. Gla
snap
Ian please put me down also for the 29th April
my late dads birthday .
Thank you

The Japanese investment could be for a slice of the Rosgeo JV .... rather than for EUA shares. Quite common for Japanese trading houses to take small % in project JVs in the O&G world in order to secure offtake ...
Thanks Ian
Hi, Long,
Banjo2, has his Birthday! on that day and he is hoping that the sold RNS fall on the same day :-)
That is all
Good luck.
What is happening on 22 Ian if u don’t mind me to ask plz
Morning Banjo,
Yes, you are down for the 22nd April, good luck mate.
Morning Ian
Yes - it’s an Extraordinary GM but you knew that!
Did you receive my request to make my RNS guess on my Birthday - 22nd April? I’m sure it’s already in hand.
Thank you.
Morning Ian,
Great info thanks.
Can it be assumed that if the EGM is to be held on 28th April, that is unlikely the BIG RNS will come before that date?
If that assumption is correct, then can you add me to the list for 6th May 2021, and this to supercede any other date I may have already guessed.
Thank you.
Stay Safe all.
Come on EUA!!!
Struggle to find another explanation for dmitry leaving the BOD other than a sale of some capacity. Can’t see how these recent developments weren’t in the pipeline prior to his exit.
Hi Ian
Can you put me down for the 29th please
Alan
Hi Ian
Can you put me down for the 29th please
Alan
Morning Ian
Very good post and as usual very good points, they want the full sale to move on DS has his new project and the BOD are getting on a bit so do not want to be mining when they have spent the past 20years building it up they want to sell it and sit on a Yacht in the sun
Good morning Ian. Please can you put me down for 21st April. Thanks.
Morning Newtothis,
"Ian, it’s not an Emergency meeting as you seem to think, it’s called an Extraordinary General meeting and is very common for companies to hold them despite the name"
I will take it on the chin, I used an incorrect explanation of EGM, so please accept my apology :-)
BUT in fairness -
"The extraordinary general meeting is utilized to deal with URGENT matters that come up between annual shareholders' meetings"
So what I was trying to convey anyway.
Ian
Fully agree and full sale
Please add me to list for Thursday 29th April.
Many thanks
Extraordinary (Ie any shareholder meeting other than the scheduled annual general meeting) Not EMERGENCY. Just for clarity. :)
Concur with that view Ian.
The 2 points most relevant
- If the company were intent on going alone theyn the SS deal would have been actioned by now
- UBS, DLA amongst others still enaged in the FSP, if non binding offers were not being considered with realistic potential to binding offer they would be out by this stage.
What the deal will consist of is the question for me ie part sale, full sale etc?
But for me convined the FSP will complete and soon.
May 4th (force)be with you.....,,,
Morning Saxon, already have you down for the 4th of May, good luck mate.
Major RNS tomorrow after 5:00 pm
Morning Ian
Yes it’s a bit nippy! I’m not putting my seedlings out just yet!
Can you put me down for may 4th ( I’m pretty sure I had that last year too!) brimming with confidence that this is nearly over the line!
Gla
Good morning all, and an even colder start to the day, the sun will be out soon to warm the place up.
You know my current theory,
I posted it up a few days ago!
The BOD is land grabbing as much extra real estate as they can at the last minute!
They have just spent a very small amount to stop anyone else from being able to box them in, they now have unlimited expansion potential!
Posters think that with the last RNS that mentioned the 'WORD' rights issue, the company is thinking of going it alone!
Not to me, it doesn't!
It is purely a housekeeping exercise, in this particular case, last year this resolution was not passed because of a problem in vote counting, and as stated, NOT needed anyway due to having just raised millions by selling shares at par!
This missing resolution to enable the company to raise funds by a rights issue has been present in all previous AGMs and voted in favor of, so passed with NO problem!
The fact it has just raised its head, and because an EMERGENCY General meeting has been called to fix this omission, posters think the worst and think the sale is off, and we need to raise funds to go it alone!
Well, sorry, the sale is still full-on, we have NOT been told otherwise by any RNS?
This missing ability to allow the company to do a rights issue will be seen as a weakness in any negotiation by any other party, most if not all companies have this proviso, it is standard business acumen to have another way to raise capital, IF ever needed.
My logic is this -
The company sort a DFS, it recommended mining from the two mines, concurrently to maximize output!
The company responded by RNS stating THAT is NOT their plan!
Rember that Sinosteel loan -
"This new contract is basically a loan package and EPC contract, so a turnkey operation to develop the mine and plant to extract platinum group metals, precious metals, and base metals from the deposits we've been exploring.
“It's basically a one-step turnkey contract with financing already conceptually in place for when we get the go-ahead from the Russian government to develop the mine,” Schaffalitzky added.
Sinosteel will construct and commission the mine with the contract in total worth US $176mln"
They have been kicking that loan down the road for years now!
To me, the company is just grabbing as much as it can in the final throws, it wants to give the impression of maximizing its mining output and profit, but knows the full cost involved is prohibitive and better for the big boys to take on!
The only reason to get this resolution passed with an EGM when they could have waited till the NEXT AGM is it is required ASAP!
So if it is required so quickly, and very unlikely to be used as intended, cash not a current issue, that can only mean one thing!
WE are on the verge of completing a sale!
Only me applying some logic to what I see, what do you think?
Today's only hopeful is:-
