Tincoff was forced to sell after his anti-war instagram post where he said that the war was “insane” and a “massacre, waged by a sh** army”. And where he said the 10% of Russians who supported the war were “morons”.
I think that the Tincoff “deal” should be viewed in that context.

What a Company is worth based on Asset calculations from drill hole sampling & desk top data modelling , against what others taking the risk of actually doing the extraction judge it’s valve to be , are quite different figures. Also it won’t be lost on others that for a UK Co. these have now become akin to ‘stranded assets’ & with a continuing tax burden Russia is now placing via its mineral extraction tax duties , its no surprise someone wants to conclude a sale fairly quickly ! Feel some just need to temper their expectations or alternatively look at the Financial Costs within the CPR and work down from there !
Welcome back to the BB, RNSman! Where have you been hiding, buddy?

#eua #eurasiamining For the benefit of LJM1976 on lse chat board one example of a company going up by 20,000% remember Eua have 184moz platinum equivalent that’s 180 billion dollars DYOR shorters will be burnt
Gateway Industries was by all measures an insignificant website design firm. Trading for just a penny per share, its sole employee, CEO Jack Howard, wasn't considered particularly talented.
Then, on Feb. 8, 2011, a black swan event occurred when famed media entrepreneur Robert F.X. Sillerman announced he would be acquiring Gateway, going into effect on Feb. 11, 2001.4 Based solely on Sillerman's reputation, Gateway's stock immediately spiked over 20,000% to $2.97 per share.

LJM... I don't think 70p is dreaming at all. Infact I think it is actually very undervalued at about 2 billion with the resources we have and some of the best deal makers in the world working for us. Good try though kid!
50p should do the trick in regard for the sale , times have changed last few months for sure. June will be fabulous this year :)
There or there about sitting on a big loss but still believe I will walk away with a MASSIVE profit
'NN could still possibly try a hostile takeover at say 5p!'
Given the share distribusion of this company that comment is beyond risible :D
bae,
You done well to have bought in at 44p.
My recollection may not be correct but I'm sure the highest they went was 42p????
I think people will be suprised, when the deal is done
OK i stand corrected...
You know what I was alluding too
CTC
The one problem with our BOD is they have never been transparent in their RNS's they are always been grey...
so it's down to every individual to make their own deciesions based on the evidence available.
my own opinion is we are close to a sale be it the whole company or assets
Just be transparent I bought in at 44p sitting on a big loss
Fortaunatley bought into GGP at 2p ant sold at 33 p hence I am already retiredi, if I make a profit here, every penny will go straight back into GGP
BAE: I completely agree with you. EUA do not need to sell these assets quickly or for less than true value. They have built the business for 20 plus years. They are solvent and if the buyer who completed due diligence awhile ago, or other interested parties try to take advantage of the current geo political situation, then IMO, the board will simply wait it out for more settled times, which will come sooner or later. They will not move more quickly because of impatient, bedwetting private investors. I have a decent number of shares in this which will be life changing so I am as keen to see this sale of assets complete. However, I along with the board do not want my pants pulled down. This will come good, and fairly soon IMO. Have a good weekend all genuine holders. To the paid pond life and shorters, your jub day is coming.
To be honest I haven't a SP in mind, but if it got to 75p I'd be very happy!
That said, my main holding is TRX, and if THAT got to 75p I'd be handing my notice in at work quick sticks!
Bae,
CTC's right, Dmitry hasn't sold any, it was defo AC.
Bae - re the BoD it's actually more positive - the BoD effectively cannot sell any shares as they know it would collapse the SP so they have to make the deal in order to reach an exit ....
GL
Postman,
I really can't see anyway this can end up less than your average, even with what's going on in the Ukraine.
Obviously OMO but someone like China would be mad not to pick this up considering the world's future needs.
The question everyone needs to ask.
The Board of Directors own 21% of the company, not one has sold a share, before the de-rampers start yes Dimitry sold 28 million last year but bought back in....
Dimitry has tweeted many times the company won't be sold cheap.!!!!!!!!
People talking about anything below 1 pound are shorters
I can't see this being sold fire sale company has no debt.
So, I am not ramping, if you disagree then show me evidence facts, not fake news.
Ps. I’m a retired Postie with no Porsche anymore. I hope to buy another 911 one day!
G&M - I'm pretty much the same as PP - been here nearly 2 years (wish it had of been 3). I started with 250k at 26p but I've now got down to 20p with 400k shares. Unlike you, it's most of (i.e. too much of) my ISA portfolio now but still I might go to 500k on the well-known-but-invariably-disasterous investing strategy of "in for a penny"! And I like round numbers.
Obvs an eventual SP of anything over £1 would make for a different retirement plan... I used to think that was very likely, but less so now - I'm hoping for maybe 75p.
I very rarely post but frequently skim through this Board each day - it's 95% greed-driven shorter's drivel.
I'd appreciate it if Vlad would FO but what will be will be.
@Ginandmilk - What I found VERY weird was that on Thursday this board was absolutely bonkers/mad, then yesterday nothing. I still don't understand why 1. It went so overboard on Thursday and 2. Completely stopped yesterday.
If anyone has any ideas please feel free to enlighten me
@PostmanPorsche - Hopefully things will improve, and if you're not in a rush to cash in, even better. I don't normally check on EUA much, but the past few days have just been weird to say the least. Or they've been weird to me anyway.
