Casper,
I was just going to mention the RNS on ESL yesterday as an example of a speeding ticket ........you beat me to it !
The RNS on 12/10/2020 did not read as a speeding ticket although it did have the effect of putting the brakes on the SP rise.
If you want to read a real speeding ticket, have a look at ESL yesterday.
Most things in life are about perception and interpretation and everyone's views are different. It's only by sharing and discussing these that we can better understand.
Have a good day everyone.

Why not contact Keith? Just call him. You will find his contact details on RNSs the bottom.
As you've been going about it for a while, it would be best for you to email or just directly call and find out.
GLG, i completely agree. You get these peeps everywhere but you never see them when the SP goes up.
I have no bearing on any outcome being discussed by the board. And I'm not trading I'm holding and you said yourself you trust the board, but are happy to perpetuate the notion that they issued a sly underhand RNS announcement. So which is it? They are dishonest according to you or are trust worthy according to you?
The SP spiked to 26.50 not so long ago (following the flanks RNS) and then retraced back to 17 where it was held for some considerable time. There was no RNS (speeding ticket or otherwise) to trigger the retrace. Maybe it would have done exactly the same had the RNS not been issued recently when SP spiked again. Reality is none of you have a clue why it has done what it has done and neither do I. GLA
Ethio ,
I totally agree on your explanation of the last RNS - definitely NOMAD initiated - sure they didn't want us to get suspended again as when we had sudden upsurge in Feb.
I also remember Aubrey very well as he was very active during suspension and he was very much in cahoots with TDT & Spikeyj.........talking down the company and always negative.
BOD want maximum share holder value.......always remember that !
UBS, Citic and DLA aren't here to do small deals........!!!
EthioEthio - which AIM rules are you referring to please.......?
I equally am not convinced it was a traditional 'speeding ticket' and I have said so numerous times but I have failed to find any rules within AIM telling them to issue such an RNS, if you can I would love to read up on them.
Cheers
Aubery
Could you please reply to my question at 9.55 this morning
Same post as yesterday Aubrey you utter weasel ffs do 1. Insufferable for over a year now.
HappyScot
EUA did not choose to release that RNS. The nomad would have asked for it per AIM rules. That's why AIM has price monitoring extensions. If you go back and look around the time the RNS was issued, there were many price monitoring extensions. Its all a means to prevent insider trading.
Ah the insults again. I phoned the company and asked and got my answer which I have shared. You keep up the devious and dishonest narrative it was a speeding ticket. Why would you deliberately support the misconception of those who sold?
Bitter and spiteful little man.
They often agree a price based on the VWAP of the last few moths and then stick a premium of 40-60% on top. That would put the sale price at about 48-52p which is just shy of the forecasted price in the broker note...... sounds like someones master plan to hold us in this range to achieve that VWAP so the premium takes us to that forecasted price.
RLD , my bad. i have not looked deeper into it. i don't hold there and the info i got in a group chat must be wrong.
Aubery
1 - EUA have never issued a speeding ticket. I have posted about it before.
2 - Further more, a speeding ticket, (EUA never issued) has nothing to do with the valuation of a company. Its always about a 'reason' for a particular raise. EUA would have been asked by the nomad as per AIM rules because we went up from 16s to 37s. It was not the wish of EUA to RNS. What they RNS'd is not the usual 'we know of no reason' for the raise response you always get with speeding tickets. This was in fact, the opposite. EUA basically said, the raise is to do with all the info we recently shared with investors. Just for your info, if a company x is 10p and out of nowhere, the SP shot up 120%, the nomad will ask the company to issue a statement regarding that raise. Even if company x says they know of no reason for that 120%, it does not mean their company is worth less than the 10p+120%. Speeding tickets have NOTHING to do with valuation of a company. GLA
HS. Why don’t you let Aubrey answer the questions for himself. He’s made a clear statement and investors have politely asked a few questions.
Arsenalles, that was a great question
Regards
Ryan
The share price would have risen, but now that it hasn't perpetuating the falsehood that the boards intention was as speeding ticket is dishonest, but you knew that as well.
Arsenalles,
absolutely... remember Aubrey was TDT's biggest fan boy and Happy Scot couldn't wait to agree with PATT.
Aubery
If your average guess is only 32.5 why not sell now and then you can invest in other stuff or why did you not sell at 37s the other week
It is Groundhog Day here. Same thing every day.
Not the question asked. But you knew that already.
How did you come to those figures Aubrey?
Aubery how was it a speeding ticket?
Ethio
Unfortunately the board don’t see it as £1... hence the speeding ticket they issued which still irks me.
BTW... I’m in at 3p
GL ramping
Reckon my 28-37 p will be a lot closer than your £1. Lol
Sorry 10 for 1, not 20 for 1
Ethio, RLD has had a 20 for 1 share consolidation!! So its actually gone from 0.30 to 0.32, not 0.30 to 3.20 !
Ethio
Is EUA holding up well against others in the sector as a result of money moving out of others, such as OMI, to be reinvested in EUA?
