Gecko- understand now and good luck to you and Alth.
Unless of course you are reading my posts which makes you doubly strange and a bit sad
Gecko - surely the use of the filter facility is there so you don’t have to read my messages. Why do you feel it necessary to reference me when I make a post if you’re supposed to be ignoring me? Strange behaviour
Haha! Gecko tells so many dibs on here he loses track. I noticed earlier he was calling someone skint and referencing soup kitchens when he admitted only days ago that he had to borrow 40k to buy in here. Utter, utter BS merchant.
Great entertainment
Gecko- you claim to have more 3 mil shares in eua.
26sept.2021 @17.19you posted,
I got in quite late and bought 90%of my holding at 1.17p' dam didn't get the bottom at .3p
and 10% at 16.1p.
15 nov 2019. you posted,
I have a holding of 800k shares at average of 2.83p. How did you manage to get your average down to 1.17p?
Wish I had big cahonas as some bought 75k shares for jus under £300 way back. Sold 25k @2.5p, 25k@7.5p post suspension 15k at various times between 22 and 40p. Currently traded what I have left to hold16k won't be able to retire but may be able to get a small man cave in the garden. On the plus side I was able to diversify and build a better portfolio with the profits. Wish I had held firm but risk v reward was too much for me. Bon chance mes amis
I bought £1000 worth at 0.43p back in Oct 2019 and had 232,558 shares. When they went to 43p I sold half my holding and kept buying back in on the dips and now have closer to 350,000 shares..
I feel these are still early days In some respects, and anybody buying in now is still getting a bargain in the long run..
Gla....
I can remember selling 176k shares @4p if that makes any one feel better lol
Strange,
Its just a learning curve, I was in here early but I missed out on the really low prices because I hesitated.
Research is the key, look for things the world needs, look for a BOD who are committed to the company, and are they invested with their own money! Does the company have debt? look at the fundamentals and you shouldn't go to far wrong!
Remember you don't have to go mad, £500 at 1p a share buys a lot of shares if you want to test the water!
Anyway my beds calling, see you all bright and early in the morning!
Bumble - that's incredible. The smart thing of course is to be able to spot those opportunities at the time, keep watching developments, have faith in them and retain them.
I would think for every one you get right, a number could go wrong.
I don't have the experience to gauge these opportunities, and to commit to them early doors.
However I'll keep researching and reading.
As mac and others have said, quality research was key to EUA.
Strange,
What really brings it home was that 2 years ago you could have bought 1,000,000 shares for under £5,000.
Now that same 1,000,000 would cost £236,000
Deneway, we mean that you can buy for ~25p now. Back in the day 25p could have got you 50 shares. We're approximating here - just illustrating a point.
Cheers.
Not true that people who got in at 0.5p have 50x less shares than when they bought them.
What about the really long term holders ?
By that I mean anyone who held them when £2.85 and still do
Previously posted this.
It was tipped in the Sunday Mail, forget the year but we were in Spain, lounging on sun beds alongside the pool when I read out the article to my wife suggesting it may be worth a go and could be a sound investment.
Informatively she reminded me of my other shrewd investments citing AMC and my failure to sell at their peak.
I cut the page out and chucked it in the suitcase.
Months later while packing to go away I found that page, read it again and decided to go for it and bought in.
A good while later I boasted to my wife that EUA had doubled in value to 2.5p.
She exclaimed
“ you need to play safe, sell half and take some profit for once , you know what happened to your AMC shares at 40p and now they’re 2p “
They just won’t let go will they !!,
Well, you guessed it - I did !
I sold half my holding.
Anyway, since those 2.5p days I have taken pleasure in slowly and regularly recouping my holding and an almost equal amount of pleasure in constantly reminding her of her financial advice !!!!
You should do well StrangeAttractor, all shareholders should, there's plenty legs left in Eurasia. When those JORC'd Rosgeo JV assets start landing it's a completely different game again on the resource front, 15Moz gets multiplied quite rapidly as they drop into play. There's even Volchetundra to consider, another area from Anglo JV days, Palladium dominant, there could be a move back into there at some point also!
"The Company would also like to highlight further regional potential specifically in the Volchetundra Project, previously operated by the Company under a Joint Venture with Anglo American from 2004 to 2011, and subsequently surrendered to focus on the Monchetundra Project. Volchetundra occurs 5 km from Monchegorsk. This high palladium deposit now becomes of interest given the recent price appreciation in palladium and the future price outlook. Palladium prices through 2011 averaged less than $600 per ounce. The Company's database of proprietary information including 12,000m of drilling will be compiled in due course to reassess the projects future potential development. If the Company did want to explore this project again, it would have to re-apply for the relevant licences and there can be no guarantee that they will be granted."
Eurasia's story can keep going and going if i'm honest, they know Russia very well and quite a lot of the resource rich areas.

I should add that my comment on VAST is very much tongue in cheek- I’m 75% down.
ATB Pete
Bumble, I have it’s VAST ;-) ;-) ;-)
Have a good night, see you all in the morning.
ATB Pete
Strange,
Doesn't matter that you've "jumped in" Good luck to you! That's the nature of share dealing.
What you need to be doing now is looking for your next share, the next one that can multi-bag.
There are one or two out there you just need to find them before the whole market does!!!!!
Good luck!
Thanks for feedback. Some brilliant stories there - buying at 0.45p and 0.7p etc. As some of you have said, you've researched it well and it must have taken some nerve to stay in there when it did rise to 44p or whatever.
Bumble - yes , as you say, the early investors could have ~ 50 shares for every one bought now.
Well, lets see what the next few days/weeks brings. I hope you guys nail it.
I have bought in myself at around the 25p mark, as I'm new to this and had never heard of EUA until about a week ago, so not going to make a fortune if it flies, but will still enjoy the ride.
Feel a bit of a fraud jumping in at 25p, but that's share dealing - it is what it is.
Good luck.
A “punt”, I guess, but one informed by research of the fundamentals. I could not understand why a company with Monty and a Sinosteel agreement plus WK and a gold tailings project (yes, haven’t forgotten Semenovsky) could be so cheap. So, bought in heavily in mid 2018 @ about .45p. My prediction was for a sale between 8-20p! Glad I got that bit wrong! Gains has paid off my mortgage and made retirement comfortable. Still lots of headroom for more recent investors and as others have observed, EUA illustrates what research and patience can yield on AIM.

Top of the pile....when was that? Lol
Beat that.
I was given my shares for nothing and was paid £12bn and another £6bn and given some more free shares as well.
