We all want news today however compared to AMC, we have DLA Piper UBS and Wardell Armstrong engaged the RNS's should put this into perspective as to why they are working with EUA and further clarify for you what is at stake here.
This is not a company selling any of it's assets at a knock down price tiny fraction of a percent as in AMC's RNS today (and note this is not confirmaton of a sale either), but if thats the clarity you want chuck it in here and stick your money in there, I know where mine is staying and have researched enough here to feel totally comfortable with the BoD working to maximise my investment and trust they will release the relevant news once these goals and further goals have been achieved.
Whether the amassing of troops near the border is true...what signal is this sending out ? Pull back we invade...dont pull back we invade...dangerous game
prix, I agree and thank you for your message.
Frutsels, that’s very clearly not what I suggested.
The AGM in June?? So you think it could take another 5 months before we receive any kind of update on the sale?? It would be out of order if we would really have to wait for that long. COME ON BOD: SHORTLY must be gone now???
Jp, just to follow up on your point - you’re right, I do think the BoD could probably be more equivocal with their RNS’, but I don’t necessarily object to the secrecy if it produces a good outcome in the end. What I would say to reassure you is that in my opinion, they’re going to have to have this wrapped up or at least have provided a very clear map forward to stockholders before the AGM in June.
If they don’t, can you imagine how much the board are going to be absolutely inundated with questions? I really don’t think they would be happy to sit down in front of an AGM, having dangled the carrot as you say, and still not be able to say anything - it’d look very bad if they couldn’t be clear and unambiguous with us by then.
There’s also the matter of the buyer(s) who will want to get it wrapped up ASAP to start mining.
Chicken & Roger, I agree with both your posts! The BoD definitely need to provide some transparency as to what is the Strategic plan they are going deliver, it's okay saying it's the 'sale', 'potential asset sale' but we don't really know as they always have the legal proviso that a sale may not happen. The BoD release ambiguous, jam tomorrow, carrot dangling RNS', and recently a tweet to just keep us all excited and as such the sp ticks up to nearly 30p only for the iis and MMs to play their games and make a killing, the sp drops again to above 20p and we get another potential exciting RNS to push the sp up again and the same games are played, rinse and repeat, meanwhile lths are losing money on other investments. The BoD stated that the JORC results would be released shortly, well the 'shortly ' hasn't materialised yet, unless they meant 'shortly for themselves', now we've had the recent tweet about delivering on the Eua1 strategy and delivering Eua2 in 2022, but what does that actually mean, it could take until December. I think the longer this drags out it's only right and proper in my opinion that lth shareholders are going to ask for clarity from the BoD, especially as we've invested in the company.

AMC may well be small fry but I would prefer to be looking at +89% rise today as opposed to what we are all subjected to!
Our BOD need to add some transparency to our process for the sake of our sanity!
The only winners here are the MM's and the Rum manufacturers who are both making a killing!
AMC is small fry compared to EUA location demands it needs substantial investment to develop it.
Still think £100 million is low ball be interesting to see how this one develops, either way not in EUA's league IMO.
Hindsight - what a post that was from @summit ...
** have followed **
@summit should gave followed your advice 2 hours ago.

Likely booked in for some time but interesting that the call is going ahead. Putin having a video call with Italian business leaders today on the basis of increasing economic and investment cooperation and expansion of business ties between Russia and Italy. Wonder what the Q&A will be like!

Russia, the world’s second-largest oil exporter behind Saudi Arabia and supplier of a quarter of Europe’s gas needs, is also one of the world’s largest steel and metals producers. The following is a list of some of the metals produced by Russia and the country’s world ranking:
NICKEL
Russia is the world’s largest nickel producer. It produced 278,400 tonnes of refined nickel in 2007, or 19.3 percent of global refined nickel production of 1.44 million tonnes.

It produced 110 million tonnes in 2007, or 5.8 percent of global production of approximately 1.9 billion tonnes.

Russia is the world’s sixth-largest gold miner, behind China, South Africa, Australia, the United States and Peru. It produced 169.2 tonnes of gold in 2007, or 6.8 percent of global mined gold output of 2,476 tonnes.
Russia’s gold reserves, however, are second only to South Africa’s. The Russian Gold Industrialists Union says the country plans to raise production to 225 tonnes by 2015 as many large mines in Siberia and the Far East come on stream.
Russia’s largest gold miner is Polyus Gold, which produces around a quarter of the country’s gold and is the world’s fourth-biggest gold company by reserves.
