Algos and day traders making their margin.
If that's the business you're in then it's just good discipline.
That's not the business I'm in.

curious what those spec plays are?
thanks
I have not won or will win any money. I will wait to find out what money my investments provides.
I won’t have enough to retire when it pays out
So if anyone in the East Cheshire area plans to spend their cash on building & joinery work please get in touch with me :)
these shares i hold as trustee, are held in my childrens's SIPPs.
so i will have no choice but to find another stock to invest in.
all of you S/Hs are buying their long awaited dreams- quite right too- but i want my 2 to be able to retire early if possible and have the back-up of a separate
private pension later in life.
they are the ones who will benefit- that is my gift to them. priceless.
I’m just hoping to make some money back that I’m down on SYME ?????
Not sure I’d call it ‘winnings’ but each to their own. It’s an investment which has paid off. I’m expecting the worst/lowest and when it’s more than what I’m expecting, I’ll be a whole lot happier. If it exceeds my expectations, new gaff lined up.
Sandy....lovely idea ! Count me in....

Thanks for an excellent reply.
Nothing for a while. Just sit and look at it.
If it's a big payout, some of those nice lego sets. If it's a really big payout, a nice house to put the nice lego sets in
Invest in Amc in America, next big short squeeze. Maybe a little crypto, NFTs look interesting, mainly though just living more comfortably!
Nice thought Sandy.
I'm in.
Great idea Sandy, I was deeply saddened by JT's passing, he was a big supporter of EUA and sorely missed. I will join you in making a donation in his honour.

Topper,
911's are generally very reliable cars but there are issues, many model specific so decide what you want model wise and do your research.
The forums are great for this and you will learn a lot.
The 996 is considered to be the least desirable but they are still great cars, again one or two issues (crank oil seal) etc.
Where you buy depends on how much you want to spend, dealers will obviously have the best cars but there's loads of Porsche specialist who will generally be cheaper and will be great for servicing etc.
No problem buying one privately but you do need to know what your looking at and it's a good idea to try and drive a couple of the model your looking at as a good one will shine and stand out from a so so one.

I'm going to set up a Just giving account in honour of JTMACS. For those who are unaware,
JT sadly past away recently at the age of 68.
He is responsible for quite a few investors finding this stock including myself, after he highlighted EUA. Once we heard the news, both LSE share chat & Telegram, started buying 68 shares to mark his passing.
JT was planning to buy a yacht, so I had suggested, anyone who was interested could donate the value of 68 dividend to his local Sea Cadets in Redcar. To enable them to but a boat, so TJ could have his wish.
So that will be the 2nd thing I will do, after I have bought some new reading glasses.

I will probably buy some gold, silver, platinum coins and palladium bars. I'll wait for bitcoin price to drop further, have a buy price in mind, and have a few other miners I like the look of both UK and US. Got a couple of speculative plays that are pretty much at their lows but have enough upside to provide free carrys on a small rise.
Postman Porsche thanks for your reply.Where would you look if you were thinking about buying.(Not counting my chickens before they are hatched)
Topper2 I had a 996 great car only get one with impeccable history worth paying a bit more for the right car , get it checked out at an independent Porsche garage lots about and normally great to deal with
BoldlyGo, i agree. I Tested tesla model 3 performance few months ago, what a machine. Its on my list if all comes good. Hydrogen is a bit too far off and will be initially more expensive. So will play eith a M3P hopefully.
Topper2: 996s are good value at the moment but not for me, I like new stuff. I’d prefer a 993 if I had to buy an older one, or even a 964.
