“ I just hate to see boards where if you don't ramp a share your opinions wrong”
Thanks for that wonderful insight.
I shall post this as a reminder to all in each thread you comment in tomorrow.
Goodnight x
Neil, normally I would agree but the current circumstances are extraordinary and the value of the assets in the ground haven’t changed. Personally, I took a fair chunk out when the war started, as did many other I’m sure, and was able to do so because I was up by well over 10 bags. I’m aware there are many less fortunate who have been stranded at a serious loss because of the war.
As far as the morality of holding these shares given the terrible plight of many Ukrainian children women and men, I am conflicted and yet, here I am; still holding till the end.
is there a way to check announcements in the far east if anyone buying EUA assets gets mentioned in the early hours
Two very different beasts though Neil, a Russian company and a company in Russia.
Most of us who’ve been investing in EUA for a long while felt that is was an ethical mining company with strong green credentials. That hasn’t changed.
Well thanks awfully for your quick response neil, but seeing that i cant be asked to respond any more to nut jobs who spend there time trying to annoy people i'm afraid you will now enter my green box and we will no longer be able to have a chitchat. Adios muppet...
Just out of curiosity have you ever been invested here neil?????
Neil, the bit where you called EUA a Russian company.
NeilllMc: You really are a scummy knut! Is your arse twitching? You gonna get jubbed you lowlife skid mark! In the bin with the other scum.
Don't make me laugh. Let me off??? dear lord you really are a special kind of stupid. grow up and feck off is still my advise... Regarding me supposedly banging on for months about a £4 divi please provide evidence as i'm pretty sure it wasn't me but go away and do some research and copy and paste the evidence if you find it. Oh one more thing i'm not worried
Mac
You can't educate stupid!!
Keep up the great work, because you know they don't like it up em
Neil, what is this Russian company that you speak of?
Thanks for the links Mac cheers
OK thanks neil for your input now kindly go away as you're not invested here and none of us care what you think. Nothing can be done now we are suspended so feck off you child!!

You still for some bizarre reason just don't get it do you GD. WK is worth more than the mcap with ZERO value factored in for monchetundra and the tailings and so these short term sp fluctuations are pretty much irrelevant."

No one cares what you said neilllmcmc11, provide something to verify your claims.
Read the suspension link, you might actually learn something about AIM suspensions instead of spouting total nonsense.

Keep the facts coming Mac, you can’t get away from facts …good updates GLA
Once again BoD seem happy to keep share holders in the dark. They must know the reason for suspension. The feel good factor that this might finally be coming to some kind of conclusion at long last is fast wearing off! Rather a sense of foreboding is descending…. Come on BOD let us have it, whether it be brilliant or rubbish news.
Mac
Stay calm this is now over one way or another lol
Can't ramp a suspended share, you can comprehend that can't you?
I'm sure the real shareholders appreciate verifiable content over absolute junk, any real shareholder can follow the links and read it all for themselves. Please do provide some links neilllmcmc11, a tenner says that you can't!

I suspect what we'll get next is this -
"Such a disposal would require shareholders' consent, an announcement which contains the information set out in Schedule Four to the AIM Rules; and be accompanied by a circular containing the details of the disposal and convening a general meeting to approve it."
Of course, this is simply what matches the rules and the M&A process that has been going on.
GLA
This -
"The AIM company putting in place changes that can be judged a fundamental change of business. Under such circumstances, the company must work alongside their adviser to re-prepare their AIM admission document and go through the processes required for re-admission to trading of its shares (Rule 15)."

If the Company was to dispose of both of its Assets, then AIM Rule 15 (Fundamental Changes of Business) would apply. Such a disposal would require shareholders' consent, an announcement which contains the information set out in Schedule Four to the AIM Rules; and be accompanied by a circular containing the details of the disposal and convening a general meeting to approve it.
