Neocantus,
You are correct in that we cant guarantee a sale, but we can speculate based on the valuation of the metals that are known to be within the territories and the fact that it is a low cost extraction compared to other PGM mines in SA.
Put simply the current market cap is around 1% of the metals value, if that, and as such for me a value backed risk in my own valuation. That is all extrapolated from things I think you wouldn't dispute isnt it?
The speculation on what % of the value of the unmined metals we may receive as a price is then all fun and games. As I have said before, happy with anything over 40p, delighted with a £1, expect £2.50 ish is possible but would still be thrilled, my own Rodders value of £8.88 whereby I will be giddy and then the Zengha level - £35 and I will be inviting the extended family to Christmas with me at my new 5th Avenue apartment.....but 40p happy :)
Ah yes, the old "if it was true, the share price would be higher" BS logic.
If that reasoning were valid, you would never have any reason to invest in any share ever, because you'd never be able to invest in something for less than it was really worth.
So I assume you're not an investor, just an internet troll.........?
Quite the opposite on both fronts: I have no knowledge outwith the public domain RNSes, just like everyone else. And the company states in black and white that there is no sure thing on the sale front. I don't know how much plainer they can state the facts! Yet there are some people here trying to fraudulently con potential investors here into believing this will be sold for many pounds per share any day. The reality is that there has been no such deal announced, and there is a lot smarter money in the markets betting against this narrative - if they believed it, the sp would already be much higher. As it is, the smart investors on here got out of this in the 40s or even the 30s. Heck even in the high 20s. Simply because they could see that the shares were, and still are, massively overvalued for the known information about this company and its activities.
Do idiot derampers understand that the value of the company is in its resources, not in an asset sale?
The asset sale is just the quickest way to realise the value. It's not the be-all and end-all.
So, if you're keen on reading facts in the RNSs, have a look at what it says our resources are, then do a simple calculation of the value of those resources.
Neo
I wouldn't underestimate reputations here - CS and DS are proven and very experienced leaders in the mining sector, JN joined from a much larger business AFTER doing DD, Tamerlan is building his profile and then Firstov comes in from Rosgeo, you think they put together a team like than for ****s and giggles........!
We know some of what we have, not all yet, that is why we wait, but every indication is that the resource base will be moved up significantly, the share price will follow.
Oh yea, and then UBS, WA, DLA Piper, all joined in to ruin their reputations built up over generations.........come on Neo, surely even you can see the opportunity here?
Neocantus,
I presume your happy that you are not invested then
Is that the green boxes angle lol
We've had disclaimers throughout, all standard legal stuff tbh -
"There can be no certainty that an offer will be made, nor as to the terms on which any offer will be made. Eurasia reserves the right to alter or terminate the process at any time and in such cases will make an announcement as appropriate. Eurasia also reserves the right to reject any approach or terminate discussions with any interested party at any time."
We had that one when the FSP was started, now we have a buyer with DD complete and they're advancing several transactions.
Mind the door on your way out green box, toodles.
GLA
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. He he he he he he he eh eh.
Neocantus - You're funny.
"Views" are not important, facts from the RNS are all that matter, so we are told. So the company says there is no guarantee that any deal will be done, or the price it might be done it. So the mkt cap has risen from 40m to 660m simply on fantasy and hope. The fall back to those foundations will be dramatic and painful when the no deal rns lands. Anyone speculating in eurasia at the current price risks a large downside of more than 90% just in hope/fantasy that some big buyer will pay many billions for a collection of licences in a rather risky location, oh and a small loss making mine. Lol yeah that sure sounds like a nailed-on multibagger any day!!!
Neocantus.
Do you think that everyone on here is daft?
We all know what we’ve invested in. Posting a standard disclaimer in an attempt to show that you are somehow privy to extra information is plain ridiculous and makes you look really foolish.
You posted this yesterday and the days before and failed to reply to and of the views put forward !
You will see this at the end of every RNS on any M+A not just the EUA one .
Its called a disclaimer ..
What are you afraid of ?
so 3 lemons, 3 cherries, 3 strawberries or 3 lucky 7 then?
Here is the most important RNS fact for anyone staying awake at night, afraid that the company will be sold "on the cheap" (which apparently means £2 per share!) - "Until a transaction is finally concluded there can be no certainty that a transaction will occur or on what terms." Gotta love those RNS facts, as the BoD clearly state, the sale is far from certain, and there is no talk of multiple pounds per share, seems more like a warning that it has the potential to be a lot less that the current hope/fantasy based share price.
