In the reply I got to my e mail was the sentence” the company LOOK FORWARD to updating the market”. Why would they look forwards To updating if it was bad news?
Nice one Buckeye.
The way I read all this is based on a scenario if we were in a court of law and presenting to an arbitration panel / jury.
There are many cries of fraud, scam, torts and ‘naughtiness’ but just no evidence or substantial assumptions that can back up any of it.
Whereas there are rational reasons why the share remains in suspension which all point to a full / part asset sale.
I’ve openly invited Evidence to suggest otherwise but people are really having to trawl to depths.... Didn’t a member of the ‘short crew boyz club’ once post a link to some ‘cyber’ mining scam the other month and tried to suggest Eurasia were involved!!!!!??? HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!
The tweet from Michael Hammond reads:
"-Understand good meetings at Indaba:#EUA making good progress on negotiations with Russian, Asian, and S.African PGM producers. Citic Merchant has signed engagement letter with #EUA-PGM very much in focus at Indaba -PGM + / #EUA Research"
Micheal Hammond states on his current Linkedin bio :
"Various projects including Citic Merchant, SC Lowy and various Chinese SOE's.-money mkt funds distributed on e-commerce/digital platforms-5g tech co looking for strategic investor-platinum/palladium/gold producing debt free co looking for strategic investor aims for top 3 global co-etc"
So he works as an adviser with CITIC Merchant and he's looking to find an investor for "platinum/palladium/gold producing debt free co looking for strategic investor aims for top 3 global co"
I think his tweet was simply him doing his job and tweeting out success stories, probably not thinking it went outside of what had already been stated in RNS, though obviously it did.
The majority of the negative speculation about EUA IMO comes down to a question of whether Michael Hammond would put his professional reputation on the line for a short term boost to a small mining company. A boost and lie which would inevitably be discovered and would destroy his job/deal making prospects for the future.
So I don't see it that this chap would sacrifice himself in this way.
If the 'naughty behaviour' is the directors use of Telegram, BB or similar, can that be substantiated with fact? Are there any examples of direct lies told by the directors or others to boost share price which have been released onto BB or other channels?
Cloudtag had no money, no product ,no longevity and no directors worth a jot. Are you saying That EUA is, after 24 years on AIM, in a similar position?
“Naughty” seems an inappropriate word in such serious circumstances. Children and animals are “naughty”. Company Directors are “fraudulent”, “criminal” or similar wouldn’t you say?
They’ve been very very VERY naughty.....
I’ve text him on FB messenger. May get a response concerning the company but more curious what’s in his infamous fanny pack!!! He was ‘rockin’ it like a BOSS at PDAC.... (that’s how the street kids would of put it)....
Buck
I think Spikej answers that question
My observation is why the RNS is not made more explicit if it was the case that the company was to be investigated or is it just getting its house in order.,
It’s all so opaque..,.
"caught out for being very naughty."
Lamtree, What exactly have they been caught out doing? What constitutes 'very naughty' in this scenario? Genuinely interested as I fail to see where/how this has occurred.
i suppose a key issue is whether (A) “social media speculation” simply
referred to one particular tweet made shortly before the suspension, as
the optimists tend to think, or whether (B) it relates to a broader pattern
of behaviour shown over time & across different social media platforms
(chatboards, twitter, WhatsApp groups, group emails, etc.) with collective
effect of ramping up sentiment, as some sceptics seem to believe. in other
words, was there a single leak of some genuine, positive news about EUA,
which is taking more than seven weeks to ameliorate, or were there a series
of ‘leaks’ which were not fully based on real, underlying corporate progress?
(if the latter, then subsequent, important but different question would be,
who was responsible for such upbeat pseudo-leaks? - me, I don’t know.)

The NDA is an interesting one.
Question is, if they were in place, who broke it, the buyer, the seller, the bank, the tweeter....
In my line of work it is usually the buyer that signs the NDA at the insistence of the seller. But, it would be the bank that would brokering the deal and not EUA. The ‘tweeter’... who is his paymaster?? The bank?
Messy
Simple update, this would likely not undermine any NDA (these are not super injunctions)
Lamtree....
Ok, let’s spin it the other way.
Please provide a case (with substantial assumptions / facts) that EUA will never come out of suspension and it’s all now lost for so many...
I’m happy and very open to anything you can put my way.... So please do... take some time composing and make it rich and informative.
Must it? Do all companies post milestones of an asset sale leading up to the point of sale? Is it possible that an NDA on behalf of buyer is limiting communications? I work in design and every project we’re commissioned on (even when tendering) is subject to NDAs....
Palladium price at time of suspension. Circa 2600?
Palladium price peak of Covid thus fair: 1400?
That’s almost 50% fall? So yeah!!!!! Great idea!!!!! Let’s go back to market where are main ‘unconsoliated platinum play’ can be massively devalued...
In the middle of a sale. Fair assumption...... The suspension was caused by someone with ‘insider’ information bringing this to public attention.
Difference between SXX and EUA is that SXX was openly advertising you could say for someone to come save them. You don’t get it do you.
Suspension caused by speculation amounting to possible breach of NDA.
Share suspended because of this....
Then Covid hits..... so why not delay the result of the ‘clarification of relationship’ until such a time when then palladium price is free from any Covid ‘turbulence’..... makes perfect sense?????

Thing is we don’t know. You are basing everything on the tweet.
I’d prefer a proper update through official channels.
Rather than an tweet from some douchebag.
No way a multimillion pound company should operate its comms.
People making the tweet sound like idle cossip.
The guy is close to talks, stating more than one party in talks with EUA, CITC signed up, the share was starting to move.
The suspension taken out of EUA hands, common sense that the suspension had to take place.
I recall one recent reply from EUA stating suspension would be lifted following conclusion.........take that how you want to.
I remain very positive that shareholders are going to be very happy when the suspension lifted.
Lamtree,
Have you noticed any other companies on the stock market currently in suspension taking themselves out of suspension to expose their asset to what was almost a 50% reduction in their main dealing asset?
And re read my posts. From the above I can assume your response will be ‘well it’s now recovered in part, why do they not come out now’..... to save you from actually having to read my previous posts, the main reason being they’re in the middle of a sale and are not obliged to. Would you expose your company MCAP to further reduction during an ongoing sale?? No....
Would you stay in suspension at high level SP whilst deal is being done.... yes..... protects the asset sale in part.
C’mon..... I’m a novice to all this surely you can see the wood from the trees here ‘lamtree’.... Pun intended... perhaps have a coffee...
Lamtree...
Are you reading the content of my posts??
Where on earth did I suggest or state that I think Eurasia should go back into the market when Palladium was low? I gave you the ultimatum (if you were in charge) to re enter the market when Palladium dropped in commodity price (post RNS of suspension - based on my assumption this was off the back of an NDA) or;
Re enter when Palladium has recovered / is receiving on upward trend.
You would of course re enter when the commodity was at a higher price...
Read and understand a post or statement / point being made before ‘lazily’ making some daft conclusion. I’m sure all over users have read and understood the point being made which you did not answer.......
Ian
I agree that Lamtree’s theory is just that.
This is the issue with all this. No substance either way....
I do agree that a tweet from any douchebag doesn’t cause a 7 week suspension, sale or no sale.
Simple plain update needed
Aubrey!,
Aaaaagggghhhh!!!!!!!
Morning Lankashire lad, the company did not request it, it was very happy to not do anything as the leaked company sensitive information would have only have driven the stock price higher, some time later when it was brought to the Nomads attention was a suspension issued, and thirdly lamtree has posted a comment again without any proof, which is a shame as at the moment his theory holds no water, at would hevely invested EUA director's with a company that has been around for 24 years through a spanner in the works and ******* it up for themselves and us, lamtree needs to supply some evidence to his theory...
Just my view,
All the best
Some quite extraordinary claims on twitter, they appear to be getting strong from the usual critics without any reply to the contrary.
Time for an update.
Shortly
should read when she checked etc.
Missed off the "e"
A wife asked the undertakers to have the message "God he was thine" on her husband's headstone.
When he checked it she found "God he was thin"
After complaining the masons said they would correct it - the outcome was "E God he was thin"/.
The RNS does not say that the share suspension was requested by the company. It seems reasonable to think that the suspension request was by the Nomad or AIM..
Well, I beg to differ, if the tweet was true as per the RNSs then they are in discussion with third parties and any leakages during the discussions would be company sensitive and the NOMAD would have to act to protect the shareholders, just my view and of course time will tell.
Have a good weekend and stay well
Ian
Lam...
Simple scenario... If you were ‘the boss’, and currently had share suspended (no debt... and overheads low due to inactivity), would you:
Take share out of suspension and risk 50% wipe of share price, or:
Remain in suspension and return when chances or mass drop in SP is lessened and you enter back into market in more ‘stable’ state?
Tick box..... What one?
