BNR, yes still no clarification on what Lamtree means by naughty. But he restates it regularly with no back up or proof, does not even bother with IMHO.
Morning all, trust you are all well..quite right Blue, agree with you there EUA playing by the book and quite rightly so. We have a very professional bod so leave them to it.
Ian, my friend ..how’s the sight now..improving daily I hope. Any idea when we start mining now?
Presume people are on the ground preparing for a resumption. We should then start generating some cash. All bodes well for the future here.
Just looking forward to the celebration sea cruise. Cheers mateys pompey
Morning to you Blue, In my view your post is spot on, well said.
aandi, the subsidiary of Eurasia which is responsible for Monchetundra is Terskaya Gornaya Kompaniya if this helps your search.
Aandi...
Spent ages over the weekend reviewing the spreadsheet.
Then I read the procedure a little more and to my understanding the flanks application is an extension of the original license / application. I’ve emailed The relevant body to find out.
Oops I pressed enter too early. Here is the header titles from the spreadsheet 3.25.20

Couldn't find any mention of ??????? (Eurasia translated into Russian... ) What other names may Eurasia be known? Isn't the MT part of the business under a different company name?
The name of the body considering the application
The date and time of receipt of the application

I think the employee share warrants (not options) were exercised, but that still helped investor confidence..
A1EX, interesting link. I may look for EUA later on.
I just looked at the 2018 Accounts. The exercise of the employee share options just a day after suspension has been encouraging some investors. There are only two employees in the 2018 Accounts.
To those who like get deep into research....
Just spent a couple hours navigating and trying to get my head around the Russian mining ‘department’ which deals with licensing and applications. Generally intrigued about flanks application.
Anyway.... I’ve found the relevant page on the Rosnedra website which contains a number of excel spreadsheets which appear to record and register applications and an plethora of other ‘bits’ associated to the app... I’ve not had any success as yet on finding the app but I’ve had the kids to entertain so not had 100% commitment to the cause. Website below:
http://www.rosnedra.gov.ru/page/76.html
With the use of google translate, it all starts making a bit more sense. You can use google chrome to translate the page and excel can also translate but it works on individual cell basis so a bit of a pain.
The spreadsheet which I think is of interest is the one dated 25.03.2020.
I’ll try to have a chance to review again later tonight but now having to get some chicken nuggets into the oven so please... if anyone else wants to have a peak please do....
Some of you may be excited by the challenge ;) I’m sure it’s in there somewhere.... there’s a cr@pp load of entries!!!
Absolutely GLG

Hi Gecko,
I found the shops around here are much better stocked now and I was wondering if you have at last managed to get some hand gel soap or not, I must say the queues are much longer to get into the shops now that they only let a few in at a time.
I hope you are keeping well.
ATB
Hi, we have been running the guess the news date game purely because no one knows when the news may drop, we all thought about now but with this virus, we can only guess that things may take longer.
if a company is suspended, it cannot comment on the current suspension but can RNS any material change to the company, so the start of mining could be via RNS and or sale of assets, as I understand it.
Ian_ I do get the NDA point, but I wonder whether it's normal to have so little information for a long time.. Before the suspension EUA did send out more RNS messages!
Ian_, do you think there may be an update before mining starts, giving progress on negotiations and/or clarifying the CITIC relationship? Do the company need to wait for the mining to resume before releasing an RNS for some reason?
lamtree, in what way do you feel that EUA have been very naughty?
Hi Banjo, you have to take what dear old lamtree states with a pinch of salt, some days he states good old logic, on others, well.
let's say he changes his view with the weather if you click on his name you can see his posting on other stock and then make your own decisions on his validity.
I wish you well and please stay safe in this horrible virus.
Relisting no delisting!
I’m beginning to lose hope of this delisting, just the way I feel. I’ve copied in the Nomad on several emails and at no stage has Katy replies. Furthermore, Eua should have at least clarified the situation by now and given the uncertainty with everything put shareholders minds at rest, it’s the least they could have done.
Afternoon Lancashire lad, this suspension is a legal thing and so all parties must remain shtum and say nothing, they can't their hands are tied until it is resolved, I do expect an update when the mining commences sometime in April, it is I'm afraid just a waiting game until the news drops.
Just my view, all the best.
I messaged on Wednesday got a reply on Thursday.
It's also rather 'strange' ,shall we say, that after 2 recent mentions of the dramatic failure (and quite serious losses by Matt and myself) of a Company called CTAG, lamtree suddenly introduces CTAG as an explanation of how "naughty" EUA have been- ie we're going down big time. I would much rather be guided by Ian's logic and trust that lam tree is simply 'avin a laugh. We shall see.
The silence is worrying.
I phoned the Nomad a few weeks ago. The woman who I spoke to would only say no comment to any questions about the suspension or anything else. Is that normal given that the suspension RNS said to contact the Nomad with queries.
I haven't had a reply to an email to the company sent on Thursday afternoon. How long do they usually take to reply?
Afternoon Elenor, just a point if I may, in your earlier post you said you agree with lamtree that the first RNS for the suspension was from the London Stock Exchange because that RNS stated the wording of any queries please contact the London Stock Exchange...But
Twenty minutes later, that RNS was superseded with a replacement RNS stating, If you have any queries relating to the above, please contact the company's nominated adviser on +44 (0)161 832 2174.....
So if you have any queries to contact the companies NOMAD, and NOT the London Stock Exchange, that would imply to me that the suspension was enforced by the NOMAD as that is the first point of contact in all eventualities, the first RNS was simply wrong and replaced, that is the case as I see it.
As we now understand the RNS was issued by the NOMAD and for the reason stated in the third RNS re -
Statement re Suspension
The Company confirms that, following social media speculation, trading in its ordinary shares has been suspended (at 7.45am today) pending clarification of its relationship with CITIC.
The Company's AIM securities remain suspended. Further updates will be made shortly.
So everything we have been informed of revolves around the NOMAD and the company, and nothing to do with AIM directly only in following their rules to which the company appears to have done so to the letter...
This is of course only my view of how I see things have played out, but at least I have shown my logic and reasons for my conclusion, lamtree, has just simply stated they have been very naughty and posted nothing of substance to back it up which is a pity.
So we are back to the social media tweet being the only cause we know of at present, and if a deal of as large a value as we have been speculating then some very strong NDAs may well be in force...
The truth will come out in the end but I would be more inclined to believe in the company RNSs and the fact that I can see no logic in a good company spending years on proving up its vast acreage, directors taking shares in lew of pay, and a company that has only just started to make some money stating no cash raises required going forward throwing it all away for doing something naughty as lamtree alludes to, makes no sense at all.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend in this strange new confined world of ours.
All the best
Ian
They could have put we will update the market as soon as possible. Or is it just me clutching at straws?
I'm not sure I see a positive reason why the shares remain suspended, or why there hasn't been a RNS to clarify the situation. I just haven't seen anything to make me think the company is going to go pop immediately.
The biggest indicator as stated earlier is when the mining kicks in again and money rolls into the company from WK. The site at Monchetundra is a long way from active as far as I can see and will need a ton of investment to become productive.
