Watch this shoot up in the morning! Peter North ain’t got nothing on ESL. GLA
For got to 1b revenue at say 8% margin that 80m profit a year . Current map 30m just does not add up
Is my logic wrong?
Dbay inject 70m and get 51% of the company so major holder values ESL at around 130m that’s like around 40p 50p
Up early....thought it was Monday already...damn. This is just too exciting. I’m very confident of this rising close to 20p by mid week at the latest.
I always wondered about that M&A rule, say a company share price collapsed through escalation of debt or something silly, you wouldn't expect a new company to pay the highest price paid in 12 months?
I don't know what the exact ruling is, but logically because of the price paid for the 50% odd, you'd expect an initial offer around 140m minimum.
Any low bid offers - regardless if they are accepted or (more likely) rejected - would always have the advantage to current shareholders of underpinning the SP and driving it upwards to a more realistic level.
10p is a great buying opportunity and I cannot see MM's allowing us lowly PI's to take advantage for too long before the window firmly closes!
YL ;-)
No it’s the highest that they have paid in preceding 12 months if you are referring to M&A rules. As far as I know they don’t currently have a holding here.
25% I thought it was 18%
Of course they do that's the ruling.. I reckon a merger
Would Wincanton have to offer over the 12month high of the sp????
Exactly Klozza636, 70m injected three months ago. They must have been confident of a return on thier investment. I personally don't see them letting anyone put a silly TO offer that will lose them that much much cash in a short space of time.
Could really get interesting with potential for a bidding war between them and any other interested parties.
Is everyone forgetting that D Bay are getting 25% interest on the money they injected. Easy money why would they sell at all?
No one can just come in and offer a paltry sum it just wouldn't get accepted . Dbay will want a massive return on what they have invested so let's see what comes. Anyone know what price wincanton bought shares at because that will be around the going price and that's if they want to sell. We have a new drive force now and got rid of the dead wood so the only way is up gla
I’m buying more Monday am!
At the current SP level... ESL is unlikely to be independent for 3 months let alone 3 years...
A bigger fish will swoop and take us out - with DBAY's blessing & encouragement very - VERY - soon IMHO - unless the SP re-rates enough to take us quickly out of the bargain basement bin.
The next week or two should be very interesting indeed!
YL ;-)
TAFF - defo mate. This was £1.06 this time last year, I don't think it would take 3 yrs to get there as you you say it is easily worth £1.60 NOW. This has major potential going forward and unbelievably cheap at this price what shares do people ever get to grow with their wealth i am gonna just keep topping up each month its a no brainer
Short term days/week defo looking at 20p,med term 6/12mths looking at 45p for sure, would expect to ba back above £1 within 3yrs.
Short term, 25p is very achievable. Long term 45p and over. Not selling anything until we see those figures. Drop has been way overdone.
A STUNNING drop is usually followed by a STUNNING bounce.
The bounce is now in play.
20p short term.
35p medium term
Saw one of their trucks yesterday delivering to Tescos, all looked business as usual.
Lets not forget Stobart have retained their 17% interest in the company. They obviously feel its a going concern. Should have a medium term target of 30p and short term 20p easy. Next week going to be interesting.
I think we might see another attack on 17p with closing around 14-15p imo
Monday cannot arrive soon enough. Eddie is far too big to be allowed to sink.
