@Isa.....
Isn’t that a copy/paste from ADVFN from a day or so back? If you’re going to criticise the company, at least make the effort to come up with your own words......slightly desperate don’t you think?
In that case thanks for the correction stokey12. I was going by the timeline that there was an early-mid October cut-off for Aries to pursue the claim, meaning the Billingham MOU extension cut-off would fall after that (22 Nov 20).
iQBenQi In relation to your 12.56 post I think you will find that your information is not upto date. The MoU extension is until November. There is an agreement that the defnces in the Aries claim do not have to be in until the 10 December. Accordingly, unless the matter is settled the Ares claim will still be ongoing when the MoU extension expires.
If you check my post history you will find a link to the relevant court orders.
The Aries claim IS mentioned in minutes, albeit briefly. See below, final sentence.
"a. Biomass plant—update: Dan Rosenberg reported that they are getting closer to
obtaining the county building permits. Fees get tacked on, as the county reviews
the project. Construction will begin soon. The lawsuits run their course, as
needed."
@iQBenQi
Could you please remind me of the dates for the key events that you mention ?
It would be much appreciated.
People will be jealous of that SP entry in a couple of months nit2wynit!
The SP should rise a fair amount once the US legal dispute with Aries is sorted. Following on from that we've got the Billingham news, which should raise the SP considerably. I personally think the Billingham news being delayed and arriving after the US dispute is a blessing in disguise, as there should be nothing holding the SP back from reaching it's full potential - which is well over 1p immediately following the Billingham RNS in my opinion.
I'm one of the fools that got back in a 068....EQTEC is my biggest loser in my portfolio.
What should I expect from here on it? Anything coming soon?
Isa - all the best. Hope to see you back soon (investor) . I wouldn't want anyone to miss out on the investing benefits. you need to sort your investing psychology as it seems like you are all over the place buddy. (just my view)
Please do not talk this share down now you have left. It would be idiotic thing to do and i think you have more wisdom than that and investors here are too intelligent not to believe any negativity or attempt of shorting this share.
The fact are clear. I refer you to @lunsams excellent post on here and twitter. very strong analysis.
The lockdown measures today have a limited impact on companies such as Eqtec and the waste to energy sector generally.
Palumbo will continue to have his meetings online and the technical team will continue to build and design the tech.
@stokey it will be interesting to get some timelines for the aries claim process. I know you were following the north folk minutes and post on here. The minutes posted earlier seems all in order and not a mention of the Aries Claim.
The interim results for HY will be out any day now. When you look at HY 2019 and HY2020 there will be a positive difference and this should be reflected in the SP. Palumbo will off course use the interim results to talk about money coming in this year and all other framework. So all will be well.
I still cannot believe that other companies are not making profit in the sector and their sp is way higher - where as we will be making profit next year just on the Billingham project going through and ongoing.
@bananaman2 - read your post on SAE (where im also invested) you make some very interesting points that this whole sector will be at upwards as climate change will supersede covid (which we will learn to live with and are doing so).
