Re:partner.
I am pretty sure, once concept has been scaled with a variety of different feedstocks, that is exactly what will happen. My assumption as a very committed investor is that that investment will come at the mcap £250mil or so, so in a years time IMO!
Simms45 - In relation to your 09.41 post you hit on a point of concern I had which is does Eqtec have the capacity to handle the pipeline? It may make sense to modify the current screening of proposals so as to exclude any that require development costs to be provided by EQT. This would cut the Q2 pipeline from 40 to 20 which may be easier to handle.
As i have always said my fear is not that Eqtec will be a massive and highly successful company in the medium and long-term (albeit takeover offers will come from all directions next year onwards) but in the short-term to focus on closing deals as they have so many now they are drowning in contracts. for an organisiation like Eqtec having just 5 deals would be hard work but they have a massive pipeline off the scale for the size of the team. David is open and addresses this and it is great to see as he will be doubling down and focusing on closure. It is a great for a CEO to openly flag up where he sees issues are as opposed to what other CEOs that might do and brush under the carpet. I dont know David but i know a great CEO when i see one.
"Although we see pipeline growth continuing in H2 2020 and beyond, we are also taking the opportunity to put in place greater discipline with financial close and with project execution."
Yeah, top up of nearly 2 mill for me this morning. Couldn’t resist these prices
Also managed to top-up. Not as low as i would like but below placing price is money for old rope. The morning spanking is over and time to look at the horizon of a goliath waste to energy success story in the making.
redundancypot, Can't blame you at this price. I have a long term view and will be adding further. I think this may drop below 0.4p yet. It pains me to say it but the general market is so fickle it wants everything yesterday or today. All this will do is present great value to the long term investors.
I think while market will take a small but temporary “toys out of pram” this morning if you have had any dealings with planners, councils, lawyers, banks in last 6 months (as i have) you know the industry is barely functioning. Basic things are taking months. That is the reality but Eqtec have massively delivered and confirmed the future potential, if we did not know that already but putting bigger and bigger numbers in the rocket booster. There is a massive potential order book and it should all start to come together. Personally if it goes to .4 i will throw the kitchen sink at this opportunity as it is too good an opportunity to miss, especially when last raise was .45. of all companies i have reviewed Eqtec i rate very highly for that long-term exponential curve in the share price, just need to have a 1-10 year timeframe in mind.
No, just the stock market!
Does SP recent fall suggest some prior knowledge of these results. Re poor revenues v good potential (still)?
Optimistic outlook but ST not much revenue. Any views on trade payables £2m
I agree. This is a great interim with a huge project pipeline and potential sales.
Yes, COVID has affected time scales but the need for green energy will go on long beyond the world dealing with the virus and buying test kit stock or those that claim to have the holy grail in vaccines.
Given the need to tackle climate change is a long lasting event and will significantly out weigh the need to deal with COVID, this is where any free cash is heading for me.
Great update, time is coming for EQT. This is not a Jam tomorrow report but a very honest report of the current situation. Regardless of the financial close set back to some projects EQT are inundated with enquires and this business will succeed greatly.
Rather like this bit... News to one in unpredictable fashion:
Of over 40 opportunities and projects in our pipeline at end of H1 2020, more than half are expected to receive development capital from EQTEC as well as our partners. The acceleration is expected to drive us to closing deals more rapidly and deepening our partnerships.
Always good for CEO to understate business prospects :)
“Given the size of our growing pipeline and market enthusiasm for our waste gasification technology, we see 2021 as potentially exponential in terms of deal closures and revenue growth as governments across the globe seek to encourage a green economic recovery.”
