Sorry for being anal GS, numbers are kind of my thing! :-)
Well again LordG I doff my cap.
I was working on 6.87 billion shares multiplied by .375p = £25.8m
Fair point LordG, though bit less than £26mil unless the sp recovers to 0.45!
That £16m market cap does not include the new shares. With the additional shares the MC will be in the region of £26m. Still, prior to the placing EQT was valued at £30m when the whole City knew the dilution was coming and as you say the debt has reduced and we have an additional £8m in the bank plus we have funding signed off for the first Greek project. The US lawsuit is a real fly in the ointment but it seems that the price drop has been way overdone.
Cavendish... Celebrations were curtailed I suspect! Look the thread for this is ‘calmness’. If you take away the hubris and price any American Business at zero, with the pipeline as it is the company is worth more than £8mil with at least £8mil in the bank.
Hence I buy (shown as a 2.5m sell at 0.372.
Now the mcap is £16mil with 8mil in the bank and reduced debt.
Even if you completely discount the US, this is still way undervalued and a bargain under placement prices IMO.
The charts are BS on aim Cavendish3 and you know it... Wish you would just scurry of back under the rock you came out of!
Of course they have just put in 9 million quid......and they do NOT want and did not expect a US Court battle. Already two million £ down and growing. I suspect and there are rumours that some are now saying "no thanks". Did the company mislead investors when launching a placing by with holding critical info? I dont know and it is difficult for any PI to know but then I am not two million quid down in three days. Lets see what the company has to say.
RNS in the morning suggests the Doc....trying to clear up all the mess. Whatever you guys think, the instits are not very keen on this shambles or so it seems.
What price did you open your short?
Well good luck but if it starts to move up remember this one seems to treble on very little news.
People are forgetting that there is transformational Billingham / Greece news imminent. A poxy lawsuit in the US which accounts for 5% of the companies revenue isn’t going to have a massive effect. It may go slightly lower but the placing shares will clear eventually and this will move up. Patience pays. See you all (who have the bottle) at 1p.
It's hardly 'unreported' legal action is it? So much nonsense in your post.
It will take a long time to get to 50 let alone 70. I see a heavy fall on Wednesday as all this stock is dumped at a loss. Some PI's seem to think its a good idea to buy stock at a high price and then wait ages to break even .....I could see a further placing at 0.2 in 6 months time blaming the legal costs. But then shares are a gamble and this look like a loser to me even if it is not a scam. I just see it as a big red flag...big discount to the share price and three days later....oh look unreported legal action that could cost a lot of time and money. Hope to get out with a small loss here.
Yep my heavy top up at 70.4p also has become a teaching experience! But in one month? Who knows.
Speak as someone who bought in a 0.8p , just relax and ride this out , it will come good eventually, with or without the US
