Eqtec would do wonders to release some updated news so markets can feel that 2022 is on track and not slip the same way 2021 did. The market is being smashed today by the probable unwinding of the Bitcoin bubble and the mass exodus to cash, which is quickly running out of all exchanges, and so many other global events. Not a good day in general that catches all stocks but any company putting out good news over coming days could expect to see a lot of interest as investors look for a safe haven in companies they can trust to grow and reach targets. Lets hope we get some key news this week as we are due some given DP said lack of progress on some deals were only pushed back a little. We are now 1 month into 2022 so surely some of that delay should be around now.
Bouncing back?
Mostly sentiment I feel , Eqtec are doing a good job overall. The share price is bouncing back now , and some investors are getting an unbelievably cheap entry in to this market.
Negative sentiment all round - nothing directly related to EQT - AIM always intensives the volatility - just hold for better times.
Swap - Say

Revenue target missed. 2021 revenue up 400% from 2020 and not 700% as forecast.
“· Cash: The cash balances of the Group as at 30 June 2021 were €15.3 million”
(Revenue for first 6 months was about €500k so around €7.5m revenue earned second half of 2021)
Further revenue from warrants, total unknown
So the big drop of most stocks this morning on the same morning, news that UK and US ambassadors are pulling out of Ukraine due to fears of Russian invasion, is actually all due to a lack of good news from EQT board? Well, seems like the company has a very big swap on the market.
What does the SP matter unless you are selling or buying? The projects are progressing as expected and so the performance should be as expected.
Don’t think there’s much to stop this heading sub 1p at the minute and when it does it’ll either snowball due to stop losses, or recover fast with buy orders. Either way this has been a horrendous 12 months for the SP. The company has some great stuff lined up though so I’m hoping a run of good news can help things. We just need Putin to calm down a touch!
Yeah, I'm aware of that, but EQT needs more than a quick spike.
Although looking at today's chart, I take it all back!
Not so much Myles buying but his 16k followers. The McNulty bounce its known as
If we're relying on Myles McNulty to rescue the share price, then EQT is in trouble!
His moment in the sun has past.
We need Miles Mcnulty to take a new position, that should help the share price.

Jacob Rees-Mogg now aware of eqtec

Will Anaergia and Eqtec join forces and work together on each others pipelines...
"As a leading AD plant developer, Anaergia has vast experience within the waste processing sector, including a portfolio of 13 AD facilities in the UK and over 1,800 reference sites worldwide. The company is not alone in recognising the impact that anaerobic digestion can make on the UK’s carbon emissions. According to trade body ADBA , if AD was used to process the country’s unavoidable waste currently left to emit methane into the atmosphere, it could deliver a 6% reduction in UK GHG emissions by 2030 – 30% of the carbon savings required to meet our 2030 target."

I initially thought it was a disadvantage due to Brexit but the corporate team look to be well established in London now.
Once biofuels are added and we see the first financial close of a UK plant I think the UK press and politicians will start to throw their weight behind Eqtec.
There is now an ESG policy in place, all we need now is a glossy investor presentation. Maybe we need to wait for a blockbuster RNS or two to be released so there is plenty of news worth presenting.
Aandi do you think having an Irish residence rather than a UK one is a disadvantage or does it give an advantage on European projects?
