DerSack how old are you? Did you finally get your isa from mum and dad? ;) I am just kidding. Looks like the sp is getting higher thumbs up
Don't feed him too much Andy. The poor guy doesn't have it easy. Spending the whole day under a nickname on one and the same channel on the Internet, only to denigrate one and the same stock over and over again.
At the end of his days, he will look back on his life and ask himself: What have I done with my life?
76 projects ranging in size from 1MW to 30MW. Probably in the range of €7m to €160m

**worth noting that the deal structure now pays out 40% and not 25% at financial close.
Tenpins, I hope we do raise funds at 4p, 7p etc etc all the way up as we want to fast track to financial closure and take 25% equity slices in some big projects.
Tenpins, of course you need money to grow. And those who want to grow quickly sometimes need more money than they can acutely earn. Especially when projects can take 1-2 years before you can reap the fruits of your work. Amazon did it years before, Tesla is making profits right now for the first time in a decade or more.
From nothing, comes nothing. Anyone who wants to sell something must first ensure that they have goods, customers and staff. And all of that costs money that you don't have at first.
What's your alternative? Do not make any contracts, accept no orders or not sell anything so that we can save money, material and manpower?
If that is too risky for you, then you better have a look at Disney or Coca Cola, they have already survived a few crises and always delivered. But then you also have to be satisfied with single-digit percentages.
Aandi seeing is believing. Up to now Eqtec has shown quite little other then their good ik’ Buzzwords, there’s that word again.

5 or 6 projects this year. 15 + next year? 30 or more the next? This supports the increasing revenue forecasts of €15m, €63m, €149m in 2021/2022/2023

No projectes have been dropped during the covid pandemic.
Thorough due diligence is carried out on projects before they make it to the pipeline status ensuring the projects are all viable.
Most people would see a pipine of 76 projects of at least €30m a shot as a positive tenpins. Its almost as though you're here to instil fear and uncertainty, but I'm sure that's not really the case.
76 projects that will need the dotted line signed though. Between now and then we can have more share dilution when money runs out, declining sp. etc
Just being realistic here. Saying 76 projects in the pipeline (as if they all have reached closure) is misleading at the very least. GLA DYOR

No mention of Shannon on this page of the website. Could we reach financial closure on some of the larger RDF projects in the uk first? 76+ projects in the pipeline to get through, it’s going to be a busy few years.
It seems I was a little premature with the link I shared this morning, please ignore it
More documents have now been added to the planning website, including a 'Schedule of Conditions'.
Scroll down to the bottom of the list at the following link

Non of the conditions seem onerous or unexpected, on a quick scan.
Thanks Rollon
Planners Report is now available online, it's 56 pages long! I've had a quick look and it's not easy to understand what the conditions are....I'll have a proper look later when I have more time.
http://193.178.30.219/iDocsWebDPSS/ViewFiles.aspx?docid=518026&format=jpeg
As far as I can tell they haven't been posted on the website yet. I'll keep my eyes open and repost them once they appear. I guess it takes a day or two......
Rollon it would be very useful to know what those conditions might be. If you are able to find them please let us know. Thanks.
Subject to 13 conditions which aren't detailed on the council planning website yet
