Since 2010 the revenue has increased 35x Share price has risen 250% in just over 12 months. We are about to fly past breakeven into profit. If you own 200 million shares in this company you shouldn't be asking a public board for advice lol
i bought some stock in this company a while back. my holding is 42%. can anyone give me reason to believe this situation will improve or should i just sell and cut my losses?
NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR HOLDINGS River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP Has bought more shares and has crossed over the 5% holding.
It looks like we are heading for profit adding £500k in Q1. The £11.9 million in the bank is worth about 3p? a share. If we are heading towards fast profit then all the £11.9+ million will not be required and technically could be paid back. through a divi or share buy back.
Sp at 28.40p We should have good news on profit outlook and if we can soon have dividend payments.
Sp moving up nicely.
We are winning lots of awards. Earthport payment network awarded Best Cross-Border Money Transfer Solutions Global award. Speaking of their "excitement" about the Earthport model, the judging panel said: "The company is not afraid to pioneer new concepts and lacks no ambition either. Earthport is a textbook example of a lean and mean business that squarely aims to disrupt established practice in order to bring in the new. The formula works and offers both payers and payees - and crucially the banks in between - an efficient, safe, and fast alternative to move cash around with a minimum of fuss, effort, and cost." https://www.earthport.com/news-insights/news/earthport-payment-network-awarded-best-cross-border-money-transfer-solutions-global-award-2/
“We are thrilled Beau has joined us at this time of rapid development for Earthport. https://www.earthport.com/news-insights/earthport-appoints-new-head-europe/
Beau Andersen, Head of Europe, Earthport, said: “I’m delighted to be joining Earthport which, as the leading cross-border payment network, works with some of the biggest names in the banking industry. The company is witnessing growing demand for its solutions in Europe and I look forward to working with the team to help secure the many opportunities the market has to offer.”
Lets get the share price up this week after those buys.
Nimrod - I would rather this get to £2 and take dividends off it. Better than a takeover.
I'd like to say that those buys are mine, but unfortunately I don't have that sort of money. Would it be institutions, as there have been other big buys in the recent past. Building a big stake prior to takeover??
2 x £423k trades gone through @ 28.25p
Hank Uberoi, Goldman Sachs' former technology chief, says Earthport is "probably the single largest investment opportunity I've seen in my lifetime, and I've been investing for 28 years." http://uk.businessinsider.com/earthport-ceo-hank-uberoi-on-building-the-fedex-of-payments-2015-10
No debt. Large growth year on year and a huge market. This is becoming the biggest money pipeline in the world.
Youve got to be in it to win it.
Blockchain Tech Could Disrupt The Oil Industry https://finance.yahoo.com/news/blockchain-tech-could-disrupt-oil-045900664.html """While the implications of these “distributed ledgers” are still being realized, one thing is certain - early adopters of will undoubtedly come out ahead of the curve."""
Here is one of our customers getting some good press. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/money/transferwise/the-cheapest-way-to-send-money-abroad/ ""ouch! It can cost as much as £50 to send £1000 cross boarder. "" ""With TransferWise, consumers benefit from the real exchange rate and transparent fees."" We get about £2.68 per transaction 68% profit.
Tide has certainly changed here, momentum and great basics are a fantastic combination, just hope we can maintain independence as there must be several banks running a slide rule over Earthport with a view to leapfrogging competitors into the developing world. If any such bids come try and keep the faith.
Some big buys towards the close. Let's get this pushed past 30p. It's too cheap.
Large numbers of small trades today which show up mainly as sells however the trend still seems upwards. 29.75 earlier but has fallen back to 27.75. Anybody know whats going on?
Our increases in revenue have been huge. It will make a difference to the share price.
happening, plenty of big buys starting to go through since 1000hrs
""Wire transfer fees still cost $10 to $15 to execute domestically, and transfers via SWIFT can cost upward of $30 in some markets plus an FX margin. These payments continue be the main way traditional banks do business. These payment systems are being eroded as new providers such as Transferwise enter the market with price competitive solutions.
