News imminent now.. fortune favours the brave
Any sensible comment on the points made in my previous post Baserite......or just continued irrelevant outbursts?
Try to give a sensible appraisal of the investment case, which would better contribute to a useful BB for others.
Atb & have a good day all
Oh Bonum boy you can do better than that!I don’t think your mother showed you any love at all did she!Anyways must dash .Just thought I’d quickly check in for any snippets of news and relevant opinions from ltholders as like them and unlike you I am invested here. But no doubt you’ll be educating them and all on this company in the very near future Mr PPP.Oh actually that’s already started lol.
Perhaps the 'pomposity & arrogance' will help provide a counter to your rank stu pidity baserite?
I have taken a partial position already Tacuma, which may indeed increase with time and unfolding events and having also been a holder of EOG manybyears ago. I'm not totally convinced that Wressle is a done deal tbh and it'll be interesting to see how the very recent tremors in Lancashire, play into the decision making process .
The Farm in deal is obviously an interesting one to await, but again no certainty hence a geographical diversification, which will obviously require additional expenditure.
EOG have a revenue stream on line of course as well as funds from the most recent Placing, albeit companies need to plan well ahead to preserve cash resources for existant overheads and new strategic initiatives.
A few compelling possibilities and other obvious uncertainties, hence the limited exposure thus far - hope the rhetoric wasn't overly complicated and the points raised provide some fertile ground for objective discussion.
Atb & have a good week all
@baserite, got your drift but I suppose in the interest of diversity all comments are welcome although some of the rhetoric goes over my head a little sometimes. I much prefer simple words and sentences that I don't have to read several times to understand. I take it that you haven't bought into Europa yet bonum, is that right? I'm not sure what you are saying.
Trying to unravel the tangled web of Europa is almost impossible. This farm in if it happens is the most closely kept secret I have ever encountered. There is no defining moment to suggest when the best time is to come aboard. Look at Fridays RNS released at midday, on the face of it, great news. What happened ? nothing. There was one trade between Midday and close at 1630. Its a lottery, nobody knows or can speculate accurately, when and if it happens it will be out of the blue and take us all by surprise.
Like many other LTH'S here, I'm ticking off the years and will be grateful if it happens. This is my final investment and it will end when news comes. Till then GLA.
Oh please!!Are we about to be subjected to this pious pomposity and arrogance on a regular basis .God forbid!
Agreed Bonum - these Boards work best when they avoid emotive headers, emotional rants and hysterical outbursts. Welcome on board and I hope your investment does well for you. Look forward to future reasoned and factual debates.
Thanks for posting the link MPD12 and your own summary of cash position Tacuma - I gave this a very cursory look, so was pleaaed to see some pertinent feedback from several of the existent holders - these boards work better when logical arguments are presented rather than emotive rants & hysteric outbursts.
I still have certain 'concerns' and obviously there are no certainties about various of those outcomes, as is the case with most companies, hence the opportunities for capital gain through judicious assesment of risks.
I think I will take some position here as the investment case warrants it, adopting a 'staggered buying' approach and limiting exposure, to cover potentially additional increased expenditure for newer initiatives being pursued by the company.
Atb all & have a good bank holiday monday
Funding is not an issue; as said earlier by DreamOn in 2018 4M was raised from Institutional investors, and £0.3M from shareholders. Remember Europa too is a producing Oil Caompany at approx. 90 bopd that adds about £0.9M.
That's about £5.2M raised in 2018.
Wressle should almost certainly be given the Green Light as the council has pulled its objections which will come online quite quickly I suspect; adding further revenue $3.3M per year.
oil price $55 x (30% of expected 500 bopd from Wressle) x 365 (days in year) = $3.3M
I suspect Wressle (if all goes well) will be online latest March 2019).
We'll know about the farm-in well before Wressle news though.
IMHO
Bonum, go back to your pals on the MMX board (see this 1 quid + share of yours still stuck at 6p lol). If you genuinely want to consider this as an investment I would suggest you do a little more reading. Wressle planning appeal in November and possible farm out decision in September. Morocco imminent but subject to i and t dots from the Moroccans. LTHs ignore him.
but no (intelligent) response regarding the aforementioned concerns and funding requirements for new initiatives, resulting from uncertainties in the Irish initiative.
That raises concerns!
Seems it's a good day for a Turing test. Or ******ed cut and pasting. I recommend a day on Google.
Usually a good sign when we see these kind of things. Someone, somewhere wants some shares!
How does the Climate Emergency Measures Bill fit into the plan - isn't that a cause of concern for potential Farm in partners, as specifically stated by the company themselves - hence the current uncertainty in securing a deal?
Thoughts?
Atb
I have lots of time today to look at the great opportunities of extracting loads of hydrocarbons from Ireland offshore
Could be 20p a share when that happens
What do the rest of you think?
Yes I think it is really looking good
Could happen anytime now .. massive upside
