Sitting tight Waiting for the repairer spike. Today was just a rumbling:-)
Brent at$74.85, this could be a great week
Adding GE based on 200-250m debt actually improves Enquest overall debt repayment profile.
GE will be paid in less then one year after completing,
Guess old Enq would have a 2 year debt free horizon.
That’s bizarre thinking about how good this deal is.
Hello Jan,
Doubt anyone waiting for results.
Over the last half year Enq transformed into a more and more safe bet.
A yearly FCF projection vs 6 months ago have improved around 300m based on oil and another 300m based on GE. Guess now it starts to be possible with some probability calculate it home based on 60 oil over 3 years.
There still so much upside in side given these oil prices.
That’s my thoughts
No reason not to issue it as soon as possible.
They will just be dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s at this point.
I don’t see how they can wait for half year results as these won’t be issued until September.
Maybe after sorting out the refinancing with the Banks, AB is keen to close the GE deal and the publication of the prospectus is imminent - hence today's rise in the SP.
Yes Pelle,
Our share price is now (22.05p) nicely above that of Harbour (20.62).
We were at one stage 10p behind them on 10th March. We have closed the gap since then !
The next 3 months should see a big change for us. The question I have is - Will the market start to price everything in (GE deal and our huge fcf) before our half year results in early September ? or will the market wait to see the numbers in Sept before pricing it in and giving us our re-rate ?
Personally I am not bothered either way ,as I'm not selling any shares ,so it does not matter to me which way round the market does it !
All the best
Dad
- opps sorry been writing to many thank you notes from Fathers Day yesterday here in the UK.
JAN
This is better then staying in Harbour
Could be clues about dividend in prospect? Lol
Something has got out that for sure.
Cat out of the bag IMHO
Brakes coming off at last
Summary
In a short-term perspective, the company has interesting fundamentals.
Strengths
The equity is one of the most attractive in the market with regard to earnings multiple-based valuation.
Over the past year, analysts have regularly revised upwards their sales forecast for the company.
Upward revisions of sales forecast reflect a renewed optimism among the analysts covering the stock.
For the last twelve months, analysts have been gradually revising upwards their EPS forecast for the upcoming fiscal year.
For the past twelve months, EPS forecast has been revised upwards.
Analysts have a positive opinion on this stock. Average consensus recommends overweighting or purchasing the stock.
The average target price set by analysts covering the stock is above current prices and offers a tremendous appreciation potential.
Weaknesses
With relatively low growth outlooks, the group is not among those with the highest revenue growth potential.
The group shows a rather high level of debt in proportion to its EBITDA.
Sales estimates for the next fiscal years vary from one analyst to another. This clearly highlights a lack of visibility into the company's future activity.
The group usually releases earnings worse than estimated.
Presumably prospectus would like to include official updated figure's for Enquest which will not be released till after 1st half so I would expect it may not be till after 30th June so most likely about 6th July onwards IMHO
Everything should look much better after right backs and updated GE projection's. £1 is coming buy time Bonds are replaced?
That’s 65p!!!
60p party is on lads!
Stop top slicing Chilting and we go euphoria . Lol
Yes, certainly moving up against the market - other oil shares are down.

This could be the start !
God hear prayers:-)
I think we might be on for one in expectation of the prospectus being issued.!
