The key to transparency is finding out who the partners are. Tarana I infiltrated in 15 minutes. Ethernity I had to work much harder and buy pizza.
Fairview. Me too !
Yes news flow and an investor meet in Jan 22 after the 21 update. Not necessarily to boost the share price, more providing further understanding, reassurance and transparency (on top of contracts) that we are holding the stock we all have been thinking it is for X years, rather than as you say still wondering a slight bit.
Second alcos post, after all these years seems like I know you all.
Skid I hope you're right and it wasn't just poorly timed. I've lost some of my upside because of all the extra shares and warrants so we need to see strong newsflow now. I don't want months of wondering what's going on anymore.
Well said skid couldn’t agree more.
I’m a veteran investor from the very early days back when this was a very quiet board. Much prefer it the way it is now. One of the best boards on aim with some excellent regular contributors - aside from yourself, TL (obviously), uhlf, 01234, dallo, bid, longy, fairview, kitlow etc etc…
Everyone brings something different whether it be deep technical insight, years of small cap investment experience, or much needed humour at times. Its a pleasure to share the journey with you all.
For my part I sit, watch and wait, as the story unfolds.

Good posts, skid35. ATB.
Fairview.
I have change my view slightly and giving the BOD the benefit of the doubt, time will tell.
Having worked ten years for one of the companies talked about in relation to the server DU I can assure you that, even with tight escrow etc, ENET wouldn't have passed initial screening. It may not be necessarily that they "need" the money, it's to show they "have" the money.
Longy.
I've been a similar time to you, this is through the Times where I still saw the company as highly, highly speculative and deeply risky.
From a month ago we have a similar market cap with a tonne more cash and two deals which confirm the tech leadership in a global market across multiple products lines. The market cap is smaller than a lot of sh#### little AIM tech stocks who have little IP differentiation and a UK market of a few million quid. If this was a nasdaq stock it would be 5x where it is.
I have kept on adding (including 20%+ of the broker allocation) to now over 1% and I am happy to hold, for at least a further three years so a six year investment cycle to see this play out.
One day (I believe an RNS late next year which blows their revenue, margin and cash forecast for 22 and more importantly shows the market a glimpse of where 23 will be) the share price will just rocket, with smart ar### from IC and the like piling in.
I think this might be the time Dallo exchanges his euros and buys us all a Guinness or two !
As with all us long timers, I believe patience will be rewarded. As usual all my opinion, for what it's worth.
I'm with you and TL on value destruction here. Some people like to say they needed the money urgently but with recent newsflow the raise could have been done higher. Were any of the recent contracts dependent on the raise? If not it was a major kick in the teeth for shareholders. Those that don't mind are simply those that had spare cash ready to buy more. Having said that I still believe the future is bright.
bit hard when you been holding this company for 3+ years and they continue to amaze me with devaluing the company. But I wont mention another word, as it's obviously a sensitive subject with split opinions.
Move on .. now there's a thought ..
But we play the hand we have. I am sure that they acknowledge quietly that it was a c0ck up and move on.
I think had the placing been two weeks later we would certainly be in the high 50's and feeling the management were clever rather than stupid.
Looks like a 5g double sale of 32,500 gone through
I like your style 01234, I'm glad we are out of the downward trend and the trend has done a 180. The Mrs is buying tomorrow and I'm buying next Friday no matter the price.
If it wasn’t for Genghis Khan global warming would be a lot worse than it is today. No what I mean lol
if it wasnt for the placing then we would be in thye 60's now, maybe even 70's based on the last 2 contract wins. long way to go to get back to there.
Typical response to news. A few days for the dust to settle then buyers.
A rising trend needs to be re-established. That's a big ask but the whole deal is balanced on just a couple of hundred thousand shares. Buyers come and it's back
A better start today at least .. back to the 40's please!
