Overwhelming buying again today 130k+ excess on the buy. MMs will have to let this run soon. Selling now is crazy. News from China over the next 3-4 months will fuel significant rises. One item about adoption leading to mass deployment will trigger a major leg up. Ethernity are in the ring for contracts through multiple avenues. Chinas three major telecom will be using fpga SmartNICs and at least one is using ACEnic-100. Mass deployment starts in about 9 months. Leading in we'll have OEMs and integrators engaged and serious indicators over volume and schedule.
Some of this mornings UT was my buy at 16p. Not sure how else it was made up but I got 700 more in the second auction.
The 2 UTs ( uncrossed trades) followed an auction and were the MMs matching the buys and sells on their books.
Sometimes where the MMs are swamped with large buys or sells and the books are totally unbalanced the shares are frozen in auction and depending on whether the imbalance is on the buy or sell side the UT can be higher or lower than the pre-auction quotes.
This morning's UT s in Ethernity were pure tidying up of a small imbalance.
Dallo I don't know how else shares end up in auction. I have experienced foreign shares in auction today. As for piling in you said that.
The speculative investor in the UK is a rare thing. The LSE is more than 50% funded by foreign investors. Ethernity has a presence in Israel and its a problem that it is so hard to trade on the AIM from there.
Sure thing Big D whatever floats your proverbial ! I’ll keep blowing air out of my arse to pass the time lol. Atb

Maybe the boat should be named Eternity while the distant shore of solid
newsflow awaits over the horizon.
I’m imagining us in a little boat named ethernity and we’re in the doldrums with a distant storm somewhere on the horizon that we’re heading too slowly whilst arguing who ate the last gummy bear. Hang in there peeps
Tracy
I think that those in auction will be foreign investors.
Your quote not mine.
Dallo I don't think anyone mentioned foreign investors piling in except for you
Bid it is not like a UK platform. I can see the actual price. It is like dealing through a third party. When I do a market order it is not instant. I have traded once and it was broken into two. I will see what happens next time.
Dallo UT go at the mid price
Come on...foreign investors piling in ?
2 auctions with mid point buys at 16p for a total value of £8200.
If there was any interest from real buyers in volume the SP would trading at 20p not at at 16p which is a penny below the ask.
Why do you think it's foreign investors, because the buys are going through in the auction? Are the brokers they use not able to send non- auction orders?
OK this gets more intriguing. I also got 753 shares in the second auction. I guess that the first was oversubscribed.
I think that those in auction will be foreign investors.
It could get interesting if we are reaching foreign investors.
I think that this share needs the liquidity so not so bothered.
Another 50k sell loaded in the auction at 16 .. this could go on a while!
Tells me that there is a bit of supply but only at 16p. I guess that it went that route as my trade was from Luxembourg. Bizarrely Israel is excluded from the brokers reach so residents of Israel cannot use their services.
I must say that it's a pain as everything is slow and real time prices don't exist so no market quotes for on market purchases.
I assume that I am part of that 50k or maybe it will show later. I waited since yesterday afternoon for that to fill.
ah that was you, interesting. someone took the balance to fill that 50k on the sell side then
That's 9am UK time
I got 17964 @ 10am for 16p.
Ah.. it got filled!
50k in the auction again at 16, looks like it might get partly matched with a 17k order
In actual fact from this text it suggests that they plan to just use the firmware and software on their hardware. However we do know that David has said that they are building their own solution onto ACEnic-100.
It does seem unlikely that little Ethernity has a industry leading product. David did say last year that a customer chose Ethernity fpga solution after trying and failing with the Intel product.
So unlikely may be the reason why support is light but everything points to it being the case.
Never cease to amaze Tracey Holmes! Lucrative indeed
