Thanks Uhlf, I will contact him I have some questions on cash for 2022 and if enough...
Uhlf
Thanks for the kind thoughts from Patt .
Occasionally some of my posts make sense but not too often.
Cheers
Fredelm
Many on this board speak to MR.
I don’t think he requires thanks, an appreciation by investors of ENET , in terms of what they are doing, where they are at is probably better. Having said that ofcourse it is polite and proper to thank him when he does reply to investor queries, even though that should be a given in all listed companies, but unfortunately isn’t.
When said "Quite right that Mark R is nobody fool and has a very sharp and crisp mind." that is not a lie. We are lucky to have a person of his caliber on the board and I am sure he is a sanity check for everything. I looked at him on Linkedin - this is a very accomplished and seasoned businessman and well respected in London as well.
I have a friend in South Africa where Mark R is from who controls a very big corporate group and asked about Mark. The friend said he not seen or spoken to Mark in years since he left SA but he was extremely well respected in SA and had also turned around some major companies that were in trouble.
Right man for this board methinks. Someone here who talks to him should contact him and say thank you.

I posted your thoughts re EGM/warrants/timings etc on advfn, trust that was ok. Anyway, PATT on that board wishes to thank you
astralvision....can you message dallo with my thanks for that bit of excellent logic. Makes sense and ticks all the boxes. Quite right that Mark R is nobody fool and has a very sharp and crisp mind.
Bid, I think you'll be really surprised.
End of year mode is not a wind down to the new year, it is usually the most frantic time of the year in tech including in the US. I think a lot of objectives will be to tie agreements down this year ready for next year.
I'm still expecting significant contract news as well as more rounded strategic update news, setting up 22 as the key year in the transformation of the financial performance.
Also remember it's just gone thanksgiving and now people will be in end of year mode.. not traditionally a time when you sign a load of deals. Maybe they've got lots of irons in the fires but nothing 'oven ready' to coin the lovely phrase from boris
You are probably on to something there Dallo! Looking forward to the next update.
oops, must have missed it, apologies bid.
Unfortunately can't delete on LSE so my stupidity is plain for all to see!!!
Broker note was posted over a week ago uhlf .. don't mention that name round here!

good point dallo, and one i had not fully appreciated
bid, can't take the credit, lifted from TL/Cottoner on advfn
PS
Remember the company has to give 21 days notice of an EGM which may explain the news vacuum at the moment imho.
Imagine if the warrants were exercised last week and the company wasn't able to issue the shares until a EGM was held.
The company would be ridiculed and quite rightly so.
Mark is too smart to get caught out like that hence I feel the newsflow will increase from next week.
Just my musings nothing else

Nice find uhlf -
"Resound will be expanding their G1-powered network from their base in Pampa to cover areas throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma over the next 5 years."
Next week's EGM will approve the increase in the company's authority to issue further shares to account for the potential warrants ( 13.4m shares) and a further 6.6m to provide cover for any further issues if deemed appropriate .
So with this authority the company can now abide by its amended Articles of Association if warrants are exercised.
It was not able to so under its current authorities and would have be in breach of Israeli company law.
Now it can focus on updating the market and perhaps announcing new contracts/existing order increases without fear of a legal breach if SP surged beyond 80p and it had not authority to satisfy the warrant holders .The legal pathway will be clear from next Monday and I expect some commercial news to follow.
