Hi dallo I hope you are correct re 5G being a lt holder. Re ‘double taps’, imo it’s almost undeniable that that is 5G.
Re Marks list, do you inform mark of a change in your holding and Mark changes it accordingly? If so, then there is no obligation on 5G to inform MR and I don’t believe MR can just change 5G’s holding unless he hears from them. I suspect we will only know when they go below 5% and that any sales, if indeed they do sell any, won’t be reflected in MR’s list as there is no requirement to do so. All imo, happy to be proved wrong. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Newsflow and strong sp appreciation will put 5G to bed. Right now, their intentions are not clear, least not to me atb uhlf
uhlf, something I posted a while back, showing a few 2 x 23,000 trades. May 19th, 2 X 28,000 trades @ 43.5p 11 seconds apart May 19th, 2 X 25,000 trade @ 44.25p 8 seconds apart May 18th, 2 X 17,500 trades @ 44.5p 14 seconds apart May 17th, 2 X 28,000 trades @ 43.5p 28 seconds apart May 17th, 2 X 22,151 trades @ 45.2p 21 seconds apart May 14th, 2 X 22,000 trades @ 43p 11 seconds apart May 13th, 2 X 25,000 trades @ 42p 10 seconds apart May 12th, 2 X 25,000 trades @ 44.25p 9 seconds apart May 12th, 2 X 25,000 trades @ 45.2p 88 seconds apart May 10th, 2 X 23,000 trades @ 52.5p 11 seconds apart May 7th, 2 X 15,000 trades @ 52p 12 seconds apart May 6th, 2 X 23,000 trades @ 49p 48 seconds apart May 5th, 2 X 22,000 trades @ 49p 12 seconds apart April 27th, 2 X 22,000 trades @ 53.55p 35 seconds apart April 26th, 2 X 22,000 trades @ 53.15p 12 seconds apart But for the record I agree with dallo. Now the holding is out in the daylight, it’s a show of commitment.
Uhlf Never convinced about the double tap nonsense and 5G. It is now in the open and out of the shadows. The company's website adjusts major shareholders list on a timely basis...my recent buy of 100,000 was reflected on the website after 5G issue so we should know if 5G is selling before 5% level reached by looking at the website. Why would 5G sell with its free carry and now visible inside the tent and the company set fair for major growth..doesn't make sense unless I am missing something. 5G as a declared shareholder is brilliant imho and removes a potential major overhang of c5m shares resulting in an extremely tight free float and a greatly reduced sell side liquidity situation. Small buy volumes could propel the SP higher and major newsflow may drive the SP through 80p in a blink of an eye imho. I could be wrong but logic says I am right. Now for the next 2 legs of my serendipitous triple header. DYOR
Was that a double tap re 2 x 23,000? ’ve got an open mind at to whether it was a 5G double tap or not. We won’t really know if they are still active until it gets repeated several more times, and then only confirmed when they drop below 5%. They would have to sell over 1m shares to drop below 5%. Although if/when the warrants are exercised that drop down to c 500,000 shares. On my records, 23,000 doesn’t look like a 5G favoured amount, they seem to favour 32,500, 25,000, 20,000, 50,000 but not exclusively. I was convinced that there would be a couple of liquidity events between the announcement early November and the delayed, end of November issue of shares so 5G could get below 5%. It was obvious to me last week they hadn’t sold anything like the c 1.25m to get below 5%, so declare or off market transfer where their only options. I wonder if they are a willing holder? Ie, if the liquidity events had happened, would they have sold into them? Who knows, but at least we’ve now got sight of them and will know if/when they drop below 5%.
Skid There is a Q&A with questions submitted in advance. They have to be extremely carefully with their replies as only a small number of PIs in attendance even though any shareholder can attend by contacting Mark. Cheers
With 5G firmly inside the tent there is now little or no liquidity support on the sell side and even small buying volumes will push the SP higher. What a time for a positive corporate announcement/ update. Serendipity beckons.
Dallo, can you provide your usual knowledgeable commentary from the EGM, don't know whether this is a pure rubber stamp or allows anything more especially if they have an RNS beforehand. More important maybe the BOD general demeanour, what dl said in the proactive was to me less important than his confidence and cheeky smile.
Last post There are now now 7 major shareholders( including myself) on the register owning c48% of the total shares in issue. Add recent placees and the faithful here with possibly 25% more and you reach my guesstimate of c75% sticky shareholders. I have not seen this before in any public company apart from Kape tech where Teddy Sagi has 68%. But he happens to be one of the richest Israelis. Interesting. Dyor
Interestingly 5G declared its holding at 6.5%...anything lower and it ran the risk of being diluted below 5% once the warrants are fully exercised. Which leads me to the perhaps nebulus conclusion that it wants to remain a major shareholder for the medium/longterm. Maybe a flight of fancy/fantasy on my part but I suspect I may be correct. Again I am delighted that a major overhang of c5m shares has been removed allowing unimpeded headroom for SP growth in the event of a significant news event. If 5G was still lurking in the shadows I would be concerned. So all good imho Dyor
Thanks for your thoughts dallo, I share your take. Yes, be a big relief to put all the double tap/TR1/ will they won’t they etc stuff well and truly to bed. Perish the thought re sig news and small free float, they might have to seriously hike the sp! £££££££££££ atb and hope the other two parts of your ‘triple header’ come through, a damn fine start! uhlf
